Our stay was amazing! We checked in on Christmas night and didn’t feel at all that part of the staff was not present - the guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. We had preordered breakfast from the menu, and a lovely girl brought it directly to our room in the morning. The breakfast was perfect - delicious, beautifully presented, and very filling.
The room was spacious, cozy, and warm, with a stunning view of the city.
I would also like to highlight the stylish and comfortable gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the hammam and sauna.

This hotel is a beautiful example of how architecture can be respectfully reimagined. The building carries so much history, yet the interiors feel calm, contemporary, and intentional. Every space is thoughtfully designed — from the textures and materials to the curated art — creating an atmosphere that feels both inspiring and grounding. It’s the kind of place where you slow down naturally and really experience the space you’re in.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for two nights at the beginning of October.
Everything was wonderful on the first day, but on the second night the air conditioner stopped working. The receptionist came to our room for about an hour and couldn’t solve the problem.
He claimed that the entire hotel had switched to heating two weeks earlier — which wasn’t true, as we had been using cooling throughout our stay.
In the end, he didn’t provide any solution, and we couldn’t sleep all night — when we opened the window it was noisy, and when we closed it the room was stuffy.
It’s important to note that even when we switched the system to heating, it didn’t work either.
In the morning at reception, we realized they simply didn’t care. They didn’t offer an alternative room or any compensation for the inconvenience.
If this is how a five-star hotel operates — I’m speechless.

Hotel Vizualiza in Plovdiv exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to walk to the Old Town and all the main sights. The hotel itself feels modern yet cozy, with a stylish design that makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for restaurants and things to see. My room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied, and served in a beautiful setting. Restaurant Valere is magnificent as well.
Overall, Hotel Vizualiza made my stay in Plovdiv unforgettable. I would definitely come back here on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and great service.

I visit Plovdiv for yers firs bicuse is perfect bisnes center in Bulgaria and history of More then 4000 years betifol wether ,the hotel was recomendet from muy bisnes partner.Combination from new and old building The oldest tabaco factory a unique butik hotel ,walking distense of Plovdiv main street Very good quality food and excellent service Rooms and spotless please i loved . lovely stay! incredible view! very attentive personnel. tastefully selected artwork. the only drawback was our heating system refusing to work and there was an "interesting" aroma in the bathroom that had poor ventilation. however, in spite of the minuses, i loved the place and would stay there again. ps they have the best sunrise view (though a poorly hung tv is blocking it partially)

We liked everything - the hotel looks impeccable, very stylish and tastefully made. Our room was very quiet and comfy for sleep, felt very private, cozy and had a nice hill view. The staff was attentive and friendly. We haven't tried their restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious. Welcome desserts in our room were a nice surprise on the arrival, and a coffee machine with a variety of nespresso capsules was quite handy. I personally appreciate the choice of nice toiletries. And the location is perfect, looked safe and quiet.
