Consists of one 4-storey building.

Only 52 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach with bars, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

It's a nice and cozy place, with a decent and clean pool on the side, and with great bartenders.

The food is good but not so varied; even so there are a lots of dishes every day, and I ate some meatloafs which were fabolulous.
And that lamb with mushrooms? O-la-la! 🤤

The services are great but in order your towels and sheets to be changed, you have to hang the "Please make up the room!" tag on the door knob.
Unfortunately, my room was on the main street side so the traffic could be heard during the night.
The room was big, with a sofa on the lounge zone, a big bed and an extensible armchair. It also have a balcony.
The bathroom was big enough, with a shower cabin.
From the hotel to the beach are aprox. 450m so it's not that far.
Overall it's an awesome quiet place with good personnel.

You have to be fair and judge a hotel or holiday by how much you paid.
At £417 for flights, hotel all inclusive meals and drinks for 2 weeks I feel this represents excellent value.
Food compares very well against other Bulgarian hotels.
Rooms spacious with extras such as free safe and fridge.

It is not a big hotel but it is tidy and clean. My room is big enough (maybe 40 sg. m), king size bed, TV, refrigerator (small, but freezes well), bathroom clean (no amenities). A breakfast is serviced at the ground floor restaurant. A lot of shops in vicinity. The location in 10 minutes walk to the beach

Everything was perfect in my oppinion, the rooms were perfect, very clean and cosy, very quiet and the pool was very nice! Warm thanks to Petya and especially Svetlin from the reception, who made our stay a very pleasant one! (I think Svetlin could easily work also as a tourism guide, as he answered profesionally to all our local tourism inquiries!) Price was very good so i really reccomend choosing Hotel Forum! We will be here next year for sure.

Rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is basic but will do. The 15BGN charge for parking is a bit outrageous as they just let you park on the curb. For some reason there was no water in the morning, but I guess this was a one off incident.

A cozy accommodation, located on the peaceful site of Sunny Beach. The view is pleasant and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The neighboring area has many shops, including a supermarket, a few pharmacies, restaurants, clubs, and more.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, not far from the beach, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, however 4 stars due to the lack of towels in my room; had to ask reception twice, because the first time I asked they forgot.

Stayed here with my 15yr old daughter for 11 nights from 28/08/17 first day it rained all day and night no entertainment in the hotel the food was cold every meal ok if you like salad asked the waitress for ketchup she replyed finished that was only day one day eight had a waiter on and he filled it up we had one salt seller to share in the restaurant we also had no pool for 4 days so had to pay 15lev to book beds at reception for the beach daily the receptionist lost our hotel key but after half hour she got us another one with attitude i also asked her about the wifi she shouted cant help you it must of ran out i told her it was only day three of our holiday she shouted again cant help you think this hotel could do with sacking a few members of staff
