We enjoyed a week’s stay here during the first week of the UK’s summer holiday. It was really quiet. Sun loungers were always available both by the pool and on the beach. The outdoor pool is small but lovely. It’s well maintained. The first few days we struggled to get in because it was really cold, we did get used to it though! The indoor pool was deeper and overlooked the sea. We had a family room overlooking the beach. The room was really big and the beds comfortable. The balcony was quite small but did come with a clothes maiden for drying clothes which was ideal, bring some pegs though as it can get a bit windy at times! The only downside to the balcony was that the aircon unit ran on to the floor so it was always wet! The restaurant area was really lovely, it was always clean and set up well. There is the option to sit outside looking out over the beach which was nice, the only downside was that there is no designated smoking area so quite often you could be sat as a family eating and someone would start smoking on the table next to you which is never pleasant! The restaurant really needs a new playlist! It was so miserable 🤣 We did mention it and it did change on occasion but it was things like my heart will go on etc and it was on repeat every meal time. The restaurant staff were really lovely, although one of the women behind the bar could have smiled more. The other staff sang, smiled and were always on hand to help. The food was very varied from day to day but always had a pasta and sauce bar, chips, something on the grill (chicken, kebabs, sausages etc), there was a huge salad selection, lots of breads, a variety of desserts, cured meats and cheeses, ice cream counter and then a variety of hot meals. Breakfast was our favourite! The snack bar outside served really tasty pizza along with hot dogs and chips. There are no self serve drinks other than water, everything is to be ordered at the bars. The animation team were really great, especially Venko. They spoke various languages and were great with children. Water polo and water gymnastics was always fun! The evening entertainment was always around the pool which seemed a strange set up when there was an animation stage on the rooftop. The hotel location, in our opinion, was perfect. It was around a 10 minute walk to New Nessebar (turn right out of the hotel, left at the mini roundabout, right at the end of the street, left at the roundabout) which we visit a few nights. It’s a street closed off to cars and is full of your usual touristy shops. We visited Old Nessebar a few evenings, it’s about a 20 minute walk and is a really beautiful place and worth visiting. Old cobbled streets, street musicians etc. We visited a man made cafe bar whilst there called Michael’s Eco Bar. A quirky little place with turtles! The fish pedicure was great too! When walking to Old Nessebar, if you like cats be sure to take the ramp up through the trees and if you call them loads come runn

Excellent hotel, rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was a little dated, but was decent size, balcony was a bit on the small side though. We stayed on the 3rd upper floor facing the sea, which was nice, as long as you don't want an early night, as entertainment goes on right below you till 10pm. Food was lovely, with a great choice of both traditional and some English dishes, chips and pizza was also available from the pool bar during the day, and icecreams from the hotel lobby bar. The beach bar was great too, not much choice, but saves you having to trek back up the pool when you want a drink. Location wise, it was spot on, the beach was large and clean, with a 20 min walk into Old Nessebar, past a selection of bars/restaurants on the way. Only slight downside (and I am being picky here) was the language barrier with some barstaff as I suspect they are not as used to using English as it was mainly other Slavic countries who frequent Bulgaria, but we got there in the end

Hotel is nice reception staff, and the young l staff i think thai in restaurant are really nice and work hard.. Bar staff very miserable not sure if its a language barrier but they could smile and be more friendly. Food at pool bar 10/10 restaurant food always cold even if your first in , couldn’t eat breakfast stone cold. No english tea bags every other flavour and ok if you drink coffee im just (glad i brought my own). Excellent cleaners and friendly. Overall stunning view, nice rooms just need hot food.

Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!
The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.
Sun loungers are very uncomfortable and the umbrellas are small so they barely protect you from the sun.
Our stay was enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the excellent location of the hotel

Currently staying here from 12th to 22nd for 10 days. Room/suite is massive and def can't complain and has a great sea view. Weather early season so far has been a bit hit and miss but kind of expect that. The food is good, I can only say good as its typical all inclusive stuff and definately not exceptional. Nice stroll down to old nessebar is lovely and a typical old town as you'd expect really. But I still 2 lev each which some reviews were saying 5 years ago so no inflation there. But.....and only a small but....some people say its really cheap??? Take off the really, its ok but only on par with home and someone said 3 course meal for 2 people is £40! Show.me where please as is double that but on hol it's the usual . May update after the full 10 days here

We loved it there! We stayed for 2 nights, in October and we had a great experience. The room was clean, with towels to use inside, in the bathroom but also for outside, on the beach. Also, the room was spacious and with plenty of space for us. The view from the room was speechless, we've seen the sunrise, directly from the bed.
We were lucky and we enjoyed the sea, the water was still good for a short swim, but we also enjoyed the inside pool and the finish & steam saunas.
Their food was delicious and with plenty of options for all meals, but plenty options for drinks at the inside or the outside bar.

On a short note, the place is nice, they even have a private a parking lot (you need to pay for it), and some entertainment moments in the evening, which we loved and we really recommend this place. Everything was more the fine, and yes, ultra all inclusive.

I enjoyed the stay, most of the staff were good, people friendly, lots of food, nice views, good location, relaxed attitude to starting and finishing serving, arrived late and was given a sandwich (would have been nice to have vegetarian option very minor point) and good beach. The chambermaids put the towels on the bed in different shapes such as swans, shells, it was nice touch. I can always find faults, things that can be improved (in dining room, would be nice if they had coffee filtered, rather than queuing), outdoor swimming pool very cold, indoor warm, car parking expensive 25 Lev a day, but there was free parking about 100m away, kids entertainment went on all day, would have liked it elsewhere. Some ideas - routes to places, local and further away including bus routes, nets in bedrooms got bit by the mosquitos. The picture from the Front on the Brochure looks naff, but would recommend the hotel.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star

I was really disappointed with my stay here. First off, the room had no proper curtains, only blackout drapes. This meant that if I wanted any privacy during the day, I had to keep the drapes closed, leaving the room completely dark. No mosquito screens on the balcony door either, so the room was filled with mosquitoes.

The bathroom door didn’t even close properly, and the lighting throughout the room was terrible—extremely dim. To top it off, they still use a shower curtain, which is pretty outdated and frankly unacceptable for a 4-star hotel in 2024.

The only positive thing was the food at the restaurant and the beach right next to the hitel, but other than that, the conditions were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the rating.

Very nice hotel right on the beach with excellent amenities. This is our second time at this hotel and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was the icing on the cake. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and we had everything we need. Great food choices at the buffet-style restaurant, especially for breakfast. We were very impressed by the animation team this year. They made sure everyone is having a good time by offering some nee entertainment options like games, dance performances, themed nights. We can't wait to go back again next year!
