Festa Panorama Hotel

As soon as you enter the hotel, the fragrance hits you, smells just like a spa. The hotel staff are so friendly, and the gentleman that helps with your baggage to your room is kind and friendly. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean with a modern twist, only thing is lack of clothes hangers. The pool area is lovely and food and drink were delicious, if you are a person who only likes British food, this is not the hotel for you, it's a mixture of Mediterranean and Bulgarian native dishes which were AMAZING. Entertainment was good too, something for everyone. The bathroom contains shower gel, shampoo and hand soap with the fragrance of similar to lemongrass and bergamot. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bulgaria and Hayes travel to book with. They understood our BUDGET better than TUI/Thomson/Thomas Cook.

This hotel was brand new when my daughter and i had our holiday. In June 2025. Plus of travelling on the dreamliner, everything went smoothly getting our key. Room was lush with cream carpets and huge balcony. Pools were lovely although few tiles needed replacing. Food was 10/10. And walk into old town nessebar is a must. Lovely street of shops just opposite hotel to the left. Taxi was reasonable to sunny beach. Night bar too small for hotel capacity. Denis the entertainer was good. Few blips with bars timings opening. All in all we were lucky to have paid so little for such good accommodation

Came here for a no fuss break with my daughter for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel around midnight along with around 45 other passengers from our flight to find just one receptionist, so check in was lengthy. We were given one room card between the two of us. We made it to the room and literally fell into bed - which were very comfortable. After a long day’s travelling we slept well, unfortunately meaning we missed breakfast, as we had not been told the restaurant shut at 10am. The rooms were nice but not yet finished- no handles on the desk unit, no fridge etc. We were given a kettle on day three of our break. My daughter had asked for a cake to be delivered to our room for my birthday morning. We returned from breakfast to find a birthday cake, together with plates, forks and serving slice alongside a bottle of Prosecco and glasses. The attention to detail was much appreciated. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well situated to walk to old Nessebar or sunny beach. On the negative I have a food allergy and while the main courses are labelled there is no information regarding the desserts. I did ask staff, who asked supervisor, who asked chef, and eventually I was told ‘ I think you can eat any of it except that one’. I gave up. We thought we might treat ourselves to massages, we went to reception where there was a price list and were told we needed to go down to the relax zone. We went down to find an empty reception. Eventually a chap turned up, having been outside smoking, and asked which massage we wanted to book. We were trying to remember the list from upstairs as he didn’t have a copy. We decided we would go with a relaxing massage, he then said we needed to pay cash as he couldn’t take card payments, he followed this by saying we would have to book slots one after each other as he was on his own. This was all starting to feel a bit awkward so we decided not to go ahead. This is definitely an area for improvement.

Great really hot there was cold pools for a dip if u got to hot the is a ledge on the big Pool for kids there was a kids pool connected to the big Pool. Pool acctifity a little bar with chips hotdogs and ice cream nice rooms nice view nice staff nice food

The view from our room(635) is amazing.
It's a short walk to the old town of Nessebar which is beautiful. You can also walk to sunny Beach if you want something a bit more lively.
The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables,they don't have any lentils,beans or hummus.

We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay. We thought it was great. Simple, not high end luxury! But perfect for our family. 2 adults 2 kids. Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Fresh sheets & towels if you want them. Big comfy bed. Mini fridge. Fresh bottle of water every day. Delicious, varied, home-made style food. Good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kids animation team were fantastic. Lovely people. The kids loved playing water polo, volley ball, darts, board games and they loved the discos and shows. Lovely helpful staff. Great location, walking distance from the old town. Right by a lovely little shopping street. 2 beaches in walking distance. Swimming pool great. Cleaned properly every day. Pool snacks & bar all day. (Hair dryer in room isn’t powerful though - if you want a good one bring one from home) . Had everything we needed. Great hotel. Read the handbook in the room when you arrive. Helpful info in there.
