Had an amazing time! Would definitely return. When we arrived it was around 1am quick check in and was even given a packed lunch as the restaurant was closed upon arrival.
Rooms were clean but slightly dated but couldn’t complain as it was super cheap when we booked.
Food was nice but did become repetitive, which we did expect been all inclusive, lots of space in the restaurant to get seated each day.
No rush to get up for sunbeds there was plenty!
They had an amazing/friendly animation team who would always make the effort to come over and get you involved in all the activities they had, always such a laugh which made most of our days at this resort!

Mostly it was OK but been in a mobility scooter the streets were not good for getting around just hopeing I've done no damage to my new scooter

The best thing about this Hotel is the food and the Female staff, the men working the Lobby Bar and the Night Bar are as miserable as sin, I can't help thinking they're both in the wrong jobs, no interaction with guests and no manners, please, thank you or even what would you like don't cost anything !!!!

Not a great start, arrived after dinner so was given a dry sandwich and an apple, took so long to check in as only 1 person on the desk so bar was closed before we got our wristbands. Told by reception the night club would be open until midnight so got ready and headed down at 22:30 only to find it was closed, when we confronted the reception who told us she explained it wasn't open tonight now and she was confused. So we thought we woild play some billiards, nope that's broken too. We were also greeted by a door frame hanging off our door, an outdated apartment with stained furniture and a bed that felt like it would collapse the moment anything more exciting than sleep took place. Then the air-conditioning wasn't working so asked the front desk again, as this was a major deal breaker for our booking, to be told they switch it all off this time of year.... guests should have the option considering its been paid for. Then this morning my leg was cut due to this broken metal chair leg and there was no options for fresh juices at breakfast. Let's hope the rest of the stay is a little better 🙏

This was a tray of soggy rubber chips, or ham and cheese melted in soggy bread 😬 no ice creams in the freezer either 🤔 definitely not feeling a 4 star experience. 3 star at a push. Dinner was pretty nice, couldn't fault it. Trumped by the "no ice" from the lobby bar at 7pm onwards. Night club was good laugh, very little seating so wouldn't like to be here during peak season at all, no karaoke as promised so very disappointing. Animation team explained it starts in 21 days when the next animation team take over as they font have karaoke, something the website should state. We chose this place for a number of reasons and a bit of karaoke was one of them 🤷♂️

Food is not very warm, no entertainment to speak off, after the evening meal, everyone was sitting in the lobby drinking, some even on the edge of seats, the lobby is a lobby, not a place for evening drinks. The night club is the only club on the premises and that doesn't open until 10pm for 2 hours only. They call it a nightclub, but no music or entertainment/animation team for our first 4 days, on the day they were there, the person doing the music only stayed for an hour! Open the club much earlier, have the kids entertainment there and then music and adult entertainment. There are no shows to enjoy, or daytime entertainment. If you just want a break away and chill out, then this is a lovely place and the staff are lovely and friendly, suggest eating out though.

Here at the moment, the Hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean. The bedrooms and balcony are a great size and cleaned every day. The staff are very pleasant, so far the only issue we have had is the food being cold, and I can't eat food that's to hot so that's saying something. We actually got chips from the pool bar yesterday and they were so cold you would have thought they came straight out a cooler. There is always a decent variety of food on offer at each meal, although we find breakfast and lunch to be much better than dinner. The coffee is not good, however the ice cream is beautiful the only downfall Is its not available at dinner for some reason. The outside areas are lovely, loads of sunbeds and again spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy. The location is great a 20 minute walk to old Nessebar which is definitely worth a visit, I would not be in any rush to go to the Thursday Market, ot is not just outside Sunny Beach, it is quote a distance away, it's more fruit, eggs and chickens than anything, great market it you want to cook fresh veg. If you are looking for fake tracksuits, trainers etc., go to the end of Sunny beach shopping centre, at the beach, there are loads of great stalls there.
It's our first time in Bulgaria and I must say it is lovely and I would come back to Festa Panorama.

Wonderful hotel!
We had a great vacation. The best all-inclusive hotel on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
The maid Maria takes excellent care of the cleanliness around the reception and the pool. She is always smiling.
Teodor and Christina will welcome you at the reception, they will help you in any situation.
Very clean hotel. The maids on the 3rd floor - Elveda is very kind and caring and always cleans our room perfectly.
The food is always varied, hot and very, very tasty. Tony makes the most delicious pasta I've ever tried.

Where do you start with his place 🤔
Food is horrible. We had pizza and chips every night for 2 weeks. The room was ok cleaned regularly. Drinks not very nice but there is a shop next door. Indoor pool to much chlorine in made it impossible to swim in there. Outdoor pool was ok didn't think much of the entertainment team not much going on

We visited this place in September 2021. The hotel is a little bit small, but our room was convenient. Most of the personnel didn’t speak English, but we somehow managed to understand each other. Very good animators, George and Agata. Food was a little bit repetitive but soups were amazing. Outside pool water was very cold, and indoor pool was closed by 6 pm :( the beach is not far away but you have to walk through a busy street. Overall, for this price, we really enjoyed our stay.
