Reviews
The view from our room(635) is amazing.
It's a short walk to the old town of Nessebar which is beautiful. You can also walk to sunny Beach if you want something a bit more lively.
The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables, they don't have any lentils, beans or hummus.
There are some old information in the information book you have in your room.
Rules that don’t apply anymore and service they don’t provide.
Be alert about the fact that you have to get up at 6:30 to get a sunbed since no one follows the rule about no reserving of the sundbeds.
The buffet restaurant gets quite noisy but there is also an outside area of the restaurant that is pretty nice to sit at. The buffet it self got boring after a while, but most of the food was good. They were quick about cleaning up the tabels and there was always a smile from the cleaners.
The placement of the hotel was great, short distance to the old town, the centre, the beach and the bus stop that takes you to Sunny beach.
We are happy after our trip and would recommend this for families, especially families with children.☺️
The staff are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in my life they literally look at you like your a piece of dirt wouldn’t just think I’d spent thousands to stay in there damp riddled hotel!
All inclusive is shocking there was nothing for my little boy to eat they’ve never heard of blackcurrant juice so I was constantly spending money for him to eat and drink out of the hotel. There was nothing for my sister who is a vegetarian disgusting. I put pasta on my daughters plate and the women who works in the restaurant come over stared and then shook her head at me for what exactly feeding my child? The man who works down stairs in the spa is the rudest of men. Our room had damp there was dirty glassss left in there for 4 days dust everywhere in the room and sticky marks now I didn’t clean these as I wanted to see if the cleaning staff was actually doing there job properly and they wasn’t it was disgusting. There’s stains all over the carpets hotel smells like damp. We got shouted at in reception at 10am for being on our phones. All I can stay is avoid the rudeness is something I’ve ever encountered in any country I’ve been in and I will never come back here again. My list could go on
The sandwiches were delicious, and I'd like to thank the lady who made them. The many interactive programs offered were great, with water polo being a standout, even though our opponents were too good. The jacuzzi was another highlight that we thoroughly enjoyed with the guys.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!
Positive was that the room we had was nice and clean and the bed was comfy and big. Negatives were that we thought we would have a sofa bed for our 3 year old but we only had a travel cot which I felt was a bit small for him. The rooms are a bit dated and could do with being redecorated and the air con was not great.
They have a nice big outdoor pool and also an indoor pool which we used every day. Only downside to this is that there are a limited number of sun loungers so you have to be out early to ensure you get one, especially as it was busy when we were there.
I thought the food was brilliant. I'm vegetarian and thought I may be quite limited but they had a great selection and the cakes were beautiful.
The animation team are fabulous and keep everyone entertained during the day and in the evenings. They have a bouncy castle for the kids which you have to pay for but my little one loved it. They also have a small park there but I feel like that needs securing more and looked quite shaky when the kids played on it.
The location is great. You're right next to the beach if you fancy a beach day and about a 25 minute walk away from the old town which is worth a trip.
We celebrated my birthday whilst we were there and without any prompts the guest relations manager Nikolai came to the room with a cake and a bottle of bubbly which I thought was so thoughtful and special and really made my day.
For what we paid I think the value is good and we had a great experience.
Rooms were clean but slightly dated but couldn’t complain as it was super cheap when we booked.
Food was nice but did become repetitive, which we did expect been all inclusive, lots of space in the restaurant to get seated each day.
No rush to get up for sunbeds there was plenty!
They had an amazing/friendly animation team who would always make the effort to come over and get you involved in all the activities they had, always such a laugh which made most of our days at this resort!
I was abit sceptical after reading some reviews but so glad we went with an open mind! Would 1000% return. We went mid May.
Day 2 not great so far, when booking the website stated snacks available at the pool bar 1100-1700. This was a tray of soggy rubber chips, or ham and cheese melted in soggy bread 😬 no ice creams in the freezer either 🤔 definitely not feeling a 4 star experience. 3 star at a push. Dinner was pretty nice, couldn't fault it. Trumped by the "no ice" from the lobby bar at 7pm onwards. Night club was good laugh, very little seating so wouldn't like to be here during peak season at all, no karaoke as promised so very disappointing. Animation team explained it starts in 21 days when the next animation team take over as they font have karaoke, something the website should state. We chose this place for a number of reasons and a bit of karaoke was one of them 🤷♂️
