Consists of one 5-storey building.

Amazing hotel right on the beach, everything was perfect, wonderful view, everywhere cleaned, clean pool, breakfast and dinners are very very good. The staff in the restaurant is really nice, especially Orhan and Simona, they were patient even though our English was bad, thank you.
If we come back to Bulgaria, it will be this perfect hotel to visit again :-)

We stayed as the last customers for 2024 off-season. Superfriendly customerservice and everybody spoke/understood english as well. We never felt like we were in the way even if they were closing for the winter. We even got a late checkout for free. Nice rooms and super clean place and theres also a Sauna to rent for private use if you want to. / Finland

Lovely place with the most friendly hosts! A dream-come-true vacation on the seaside with amazing sunrise view. There was good variety of food in the restaurant's menu. The seafood we ordered was tasty, the service - at high level. We were surprised to find out that the hotel offers auyrveda doctor's consult and massage as new service.

Excellent hotel at reasonable prices. Excellent service, caring staff and good food! Right on the beach with a splendid view of the bay. Areas to improve: work with the town to lease the beach and not having guests pay in cash for an umbrella and about the same for a chair. Also, get rid of the locks for securing parking spaces. It is inconvenient. Require Ukrainian staff to all speak Bulgarian. It should not be that hard. Some do, but some don't even try.

We enjoyed our stay and there are some great features of this hotel: Spacious rooms Large balconies Beautiful view of the sea and Nesebar Walkable distance to the old town Polite and helpful staff Breakfast buffet was extensive Fruit water and cakes downstairs as you enter Clean towels as and when wanted and pool towels on arrival. However some points were not so great: The evening meal for half board was very basic and not of a great standard. If we had known, we would have opted for breakfast only and eaten at the large number of restaurants close by and reasonably priced instead. The pool beds were reserved from 7:30am throughout our stay, then the hotel reserved 10 of the best positioned beds for ‘hotel club members’ which meant we essentially had no choice but pay 35 lev a day for beds on the beach. We had no idea or explanation who qualified for ‘hotel member’ status but it certainly wasn’t us. Rooms were cleaned daily but this didn’t include mirrors or toilets.

The rooms were big, very clean just like the hotel, the staff was very nice, the guys from the parking could improve their english but overall we understood each other. For breakfast there was a buffet with plenty choices, very good food, and for dinner theres was a menu u can chose from and me as a picky eater I always ate until I was full. The only minus I would say there is , is the fact that there was no free water and bread to dinner, we had to buy it, it wasn’t expansive at all but it would have been nice if the water atleast was included. They also gave us magnets when we came home. Amazing hotel, kind staff!

3rd time staying here in a row, we had a great time! the rooms were cleaned daily, the water in the pool was regularly maintained too. As always the food was delicious, service was great and the entertainment was provided, will definitely be returning next year!
