Family Hotel Evridika

Instead of lemonade, water with artificially flavored syrup, soups were out, salad was modest with stale tomatoes and a single olive, seafood risotto and pasta with a little seafood, both with completely cold mussels on top and served with a 15 minute delay. At the end waitress asked how much tip we would leave.

School group running around banging doors. No consideration for hotel guests. In for a sleepless night. They should be in a youth hostel. I certainly would not have booked this hotel if I had known it accepts school kids. There are 44 of them and at least some of them, if not all, are on the same floor as me.

This hotel absolutely ruined my holiday. I made a reservation and on the day of my trip to there they asked me to come the next day because they made a mistake and there is no room available for me 😲 I freaked out because I am travelling with my kid! And i have already bought my tickets, based on my reservation (i also paid a deposit for it) Then they told me they booked a room at the hotel next door and I was like "phew, ok, good". When I got there the owner said they are gonna give me a lift to another hotel! By car! Hotel next door!? It turned out its 2 kilometres away in the next town (Nesebar - evridika 2 apartments) i had to be flattered that they gave me an appartment for the price of a double room! My inconvenience with carrying all the stauff around and the heavy luggage is not important, I am a nobady, it doesn't matter... On the next day I asked the chambermaid for a new towel, giving her a dirty one and she said "ok, i will give you a new towel, but have in mind that we are changing towels once in three days! Lol ... with all this sand! The good thing is they have a vacuum cleaner in the coridor, clever idea, I must admit! The saga continues... i decidd to stay another two days.. i told the reception lady ... 3 times... she said ok, there is one option, but you have to change the room (ok, i understand, its a busy season and my decision is a last minute booking) i said ok, what is the price , she said it will probably be the same, ok good. In the evening, there is a new guy at the the reception and he had no idea that I am staying. I kindly asked him to call the owner, and the owner said ok, will stay in an apartment. The receptionist said : the apartment has two rooms - there are people in one of these, but the other one is free, it's ok they have a door in between that you can lock!!! I freaked out and he told me I was overreacting. I have never seen such a humiliating attitude in my life...
P.S. the restaurant has no room service! There is one woman there claiming she was the manager, and said you will have something send to your room if you pay 10 bucks for room service... This hotel is an outspoken joke! Very, very disappointed, never seen such a humiliating attitude in my life!!! I give them one black star and don't recomend it. Ever, never! I am moving out and will never come back here, ever, ever again! Very disappointing!!!

We weren't accommodated here. We just stopped for a meal.
WORST FOOD in all Nessebar.
Not a single mention in the menu regarding sides that are included in the food. For example: I ordered chicken with cream and mushrooms. How was I supposed to know that there are fries included in the price? Naturally, I ordered fries separately....
Another issu. The HOMEMADE LEMONADE, which, guess what, doesn't contain any lemon/lemon juice. How is that a lemonade?!
Incompetent staff, no english skills!!
