Ever since my arrival, I was taxed with a very high fine for the parking spot (people are parking 2-3 cars in one spot, there’s no room at all), after I checked in the room there were all kinds of visible faults, wifi not working, beds were tilted to a side, rails on the balcony were faulty and when I came with this problems to the personnel, they did not solve any of it, furthermore told me that these are not real problems and I should just stay like this. Distance to the beach is 10-12 minutes. I don't recommend at all, 1/10

The room was clean but the sea view from balcony not so nice - it's between two hotels. The food... the poor quality and only few things - the meet missed from meals at lunch. The private beach is a quite far way, but nice. I don't recommend the hotel.

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us ... The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options.

Most of activities of hotel werent even avaliable. Only thing that was avaliable was one table for table tennis. Outside pool closes too soon. Animators and staff of hotel were nice and helpfull. Food was mediocre i dont recommend eating fish.

I only give 3 stars for the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. But 1 star for the open buffet, wich is not that open 😒 i don t want a full plate, to eat like a peasent, but they put food on your plate like they give you from their children food. I m not allowed to take my own food, and the employees don t speak any other language but their own. The bar is closed very early, i can not stay at a table in the night and drink a glass of wine. I don t want to take more food than i can eat, but definetly not less. Never here again.

Pros:
-close to the beach
-all inclusive means you have beach sunbeds included
-big rooms with very nice sea view
-very nice, friendly staff
-the pool is big and very clean
-they organized nice games at the pool for everyone and in the evening disco for the kids

Cons:
-no air conditioning. Only a centralized air flow for the whole hotel, not as described on the site. We talked with staff and they said will try to fix it, but it had no power to deal with the heat outside, instead we got a fan to cool down. This was a big problem for us because it was very hot in the room.

-parking is full all the time. Every car is parked very tight to one another even on invented parking spots and you have to pay daily 16 BGN

-the rooms could use fresh painting

- at the beach you have drinks included in the all inclusive menu, but you have to take them to the sunbeds. You cannot stay at the bar and drink them. If you want to enjoy the bar and chairs over there you have to actually buy something.
