BSA Gradina Hotel - All Inclusive & Private Beach

The hotel is alright. the employees are nice, the location is good. The food is the worst I have ever eaten - never fresh, just frozen and canned things. The buffet has barely any selection of things, just the default ones and nothing has taste and when it does, it's as if someone's used their feet to make it. Do not eat here. Desserts are also bland and the ice-cream is as hard as a rock and unscoopable. The worst food I have ever tried. Stay away from this restaurant

Welcome to “the horror hotel”!
Only thing that was good and safe to eat tomato salad and baked potatoes. This is horror hotel, I have never seen anything like this before.
Got a room at 9th floor( very hot that you need to turn on always the AC)-clearly was never cleaned and I came home with flue as a bonus. Bugs where present in the bathroom every night ( I will post video on google and everywhere so you can see exactly) Although I mentioned the problem to the receptionist the guy said that they are fixing it( not sure how or what they did because no one entered in the room) this was just a lie, then he gave me the room next to ours! Really? Isn’t there bugs too? I left it like that because they were having problems with overbooking ( I heard 2 people having this issue and they were transferred to a even lower hotel for 2 days) Bathroom is a joke, room is very small, fridge was almost not working at all( plus it was dirty inside) No protection at the door if the balcony ( one night we had bees entering in our room) The bed was a disaster ( while trying to fix the bedsheets I noticed hair and dirty underneath the sheet. Disgusting!
Food? Oh this is absolutely terrible. I had 2 times some meat and ended up taking pills for two days, the rest of the days I only eat salad, tomatoes, cheese and baked potatoes, olives( those were my safe option)
Same breakfast every day.
One of our friend ended up with eczema and sores. The food was given 2-3 times ( there is nothing diverse) they gave you margarine instead of butter and fir coffee you get powdered milk instead of normal milk.
Pizza was horrible too, they were using bad bacon on it( rotten) the one that stayed too much on the table each mornings.
You had only two types of sweets, only profiteroles were good.
Bacon was rotten and had sour taste.
Instead of butter you receive margarine!
Omelette was looking bad, not well done. Fruits were ok, but they cut in two-3 pieces and bananas and pears were going bad fast. Also the fruits were badly washed, or not washed at all.
Many plates were not cleaned well as I found many times pieces of food on them although they should have been clean!
Fries where ok first day, then 2 days later I believe we received same fries but re-heated again in oil and they looked very awful. However who went at least couple of times in Bulgaria knows that this is not a 4 star hotel ( this is maximum 2).
If you want to come slim fit after vacation, with eczema and food poisoning, then yes, you can choose this hotel.

Good location that is not far from beach, decent to bad food and beverages, low quality and cringe entertainment. Rooms are really old and strange unless you are lucky and get a renovated one. Gym is nonexistent and there is no elevator until 4th floor (that is anyway sometimes not working). Pool is really small also. This is a budget hotel, if you can afford a little more don’t hesitate to choose something else.

The lifeguard shouted at my children and asked us to go to Romania!!!
All the staff are rude, pushed me and my kids out of their way!
Extremely small swimming pool and they asked us to go to another pool.
I booked 2 rooms and one apartment and when we arrived they said there is a problem with the apartment and they gave us 2 rooms.
People was asking for forks, no forks!!!
I am very disappointed and I will never come back again!!!
If you really want to have a good holiday, go somewhere else!
