Hotel Sunrise - All Inclusive

We traveled as a group of 20 people and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were excellent – renovated, spacious, and well-equipped (fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioning). Bathrooms came with a full set of toiletries, which was a nice touch. The facilities make it easy to enjoy your time even on rainy days, thanks to the indoor pool and spa. The food was delicious and, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, quite varied.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. They truly deserve the highest praise – extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and fluent in foreign languages. A hotel fully deserving its category. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We are coming here every year and this is our third year at this hotel and we absolutely love it! Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team — they are coming absolutely every day to clean the room and changing towels not only when you throw them on the floor.

What made our holiday truly unforgettable was the animation team. They were the heart of the hotel! Every single day they brought so much energy, smiles, and creativity. Morning games by the pool, fun activities for the kids, and amazing evening shows — they managed to keep everyone, young and old, entertained. They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night. Thanks to Bobi, Ginkgo, Dari and Marti for the amazing work!

The restaurant also deserves credit — plenty of tasty food with a good variety, and the staff were always attentive. Even small requests were handled quickly by the team.
The beach is close by and they have a shuttle for the people that don't want to walk. I think is shorter when you walk,but the shuttle is very useful for people with small children and people with disabilities.
We stayed mostly on the pools as they have 3 on one side and a 4th one on the other side of the hotel which is called relax pool and it's really quite there. And a 5th one that is covered if the weather is bad.
Overall, it was an incredible experience once again. The animation staff made it feel more like a family holiday than just a hotel stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys both relaxation and fun activities!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally very pleasant experience. There are many things to appreciate, but also a few downsides worth mentioning.

**Pros:**

* **Excellent value for money** – The overall experience you get for the price is impressive. It’s hard to find this level of quality and service at such reasonable rates.
* **Great pools for kids** – There are six pools on the property, and they’re all well-maintained and suitable for children. Families will definitely enjoy the variety and safety.
* **Good location** – The hotel is well-positioned, allowing access to key areas and attractions. It offers a balance between tranquility and accessibility.
* **Friendly and helpful staff** – One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. The staff is polite, welcoming, and always ready to help.
* **Clean and modern rooms** – The accommodation itself was spotless, with a contemporary design and all necessary amenities.
* **Free hotel shuttle to the beach** – The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach, which is a great convenience for guests.
* **Decent all-inclusive meals** – While not gourmet, the food served in the all-inclusive package was varied and satisfying overall.

**Cons:**

* **Weak dessert selection** – Unfortunately, the desserts in the all-inclusive package were quite disappointing. Limited variety and below-average quality.
* **Parking is inconvenient** – There is no nearby parking. The only available parking is far from the hotel and comes at an extra cost, which can be frustrating, especially with luggage.
* **Access to the beach** – Although the beach is not too far (about 5–10 minutes on foot), the walk involves climbing stairs, which can be challenging for families with small children or elderly guests.

**Conclusion:**

Overall, this hotel offers a very good experience, especially for families with children, thanks to the great pools, friendly service, and good facilities. While there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly when it comes to desserts and parking, the positives far outweigh the negatives. We would definitely consider coming back.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Hotel Sunrise!

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sunrise, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient – check-in was fast and smooth, and they were always ready to help with a smile.

The housekeeping team did an amazing job every single day – our room was spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged throughout our stay. They paid attention to every detail, and we truly appreciated their hard work.

The restaurant and kitchen staff deserve special recognition – the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. There was always something for everyone, and the service was attentive and friendly.

The animation team brought so much energy and joy! They organized fantastic activities for both kids and adults – from morning games to evening shows, we were always entertained.

Even the maintenance and technical staff were outstanding – everything in the hotel functioned perfectly, and any small requests were handled immediately.

Overall, every department at Hotel Sunrise works in perfect harmony to create a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

It is very nice hotel and we enjoyed everything here. Animation was perfect, food was perfect, I liked it so much.

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

It's an awesome place with very kind people. Food is great and always fresh. They come to clean the rooms whenever you want and overall is a great place for its price.

Very comfortable environment.Good rooms,good food and very important,nice people! The 2 boys from Animation Programme,Bobi and Ilko made me and my friends feel better,with multiple activities like music,volleyball,dancing and much more.
It was a pleasant and joyful atmosphere!
