Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church. I have stayed at this place several times when coming to Sofia; it's like coming back to to a family who meet you with all the extras a hotel offers. Unreserved five star!

Quite an amazing hotel, overnight stay waiting for flight next day. We had what can only be described as a suite, our 15 year old daughter had her own room. The master bedroom was just so comfortable, the en suite bathroom, was luxurious. The restaurant served up excellent meals. We intend to visit again in the near future.

I went to Crystal Palace's spa and sauna cente and forgot to make a reservation and thought that I wouldn't be accepted due to the lack of lockers...but to my luck the staff told me that i could still go and that they were going to guard my stuff. Beds are big and comfortable, big bathtubs, clean but quite old. Breakfast is quite poor and it’s unbelievable they try to charge extra for the honey. Kuddos to Desislava at the front desk, great host, friendly, respectful and helpful!

I often travel to Sofia for work meetings. And I always choose to stay at Novotel because the team is professional, the quality and fast service are very important to me. The food is great, the rooms without remark. Everything I needed, the staff have assisted me the minute. Clean, cozy and comfortable!

On 31 Aug 2024 Milen provided excellent customer service in helping my partner retrieve her phone from a taxi. He went above and beyond in retrieving it. I couldn't rate his customer service higher! I am very amazed by the service that I got. Housekeeping was wonderful with their cleaning service. Breakfast was immaculate! I loved the special Bulgarian food section. One thing that I loved is that the staff in the reception and the restaurant always had a smile on their face! 10/10 I would definitely recommend if you want to take a good vacation!!!

I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things. There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars. Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations. It’s well located.

Friendly staff and the service was above expectations, especially when the receptionist was going with me to guide me where to park the car, which was a 5min walk back to the hotel. Even better when the next morning we had to wait in the lobby, while the staff took care of picking up our car and bring it in front of the hotel .... Service with a BIG S 👍. It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip. The beds were comfortable and I slept well

This is a nice hotel, rooms are of good size albeit a little dated. However during our stay the air-conditioning system was not working and we stayed here for 2 nights over a 10 day period. On our second stay there was a school ball, no one was informed and the music went late into the night. This also shut down the bar service. Not something you want after travelling for 10 days

We attended a Four Friends wine tasting in January 2019 at Vega Hotel Sofia. We had a truly amazing time in the special wine tasting room of the wine cellar and we recommend this experience! The hotel is clean and the furnitures are not too old. The bathrooms are quite minimalistic. Good is that you have Lidl store close buy so you can buy cheap something to drink. Also walking distance to a big mal is just 10 minutes.

Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps. I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! Highly recommend to try it! The service was good, including English speaking waiters. The security guards were very helpful and efficient - they kept my cabin suitcase with themselves, which made my life easier.

Really nice hotel, excellent bathrooms. Only thing that it lets you down with is the room on the ground floor is subject to some noise quite late into the night from neighbouring bars. It's not horrendous but still irritating enough to prevent this getting 5 stars.

Conveniently close but far away enough from the city center, with a super friendly staff, ample, big, clean rooms and baths, and a big hearted breakfast. Special bonuses are the excellent italian restaurant just across the street, the student bar a couple of steps away, and the banitsa coffeshop down the block.

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

Location was really close to the Asics Arena and had multiple food places nearby. The rooms were quite basic but they were spacious if a bit unclean. Good value for money and there was a good choice at breakfast. All the staff were really helpful.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.
