The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

After spending one week at the hotel, I would say that the experience does not correspond to the image and price of the hotel. The curtains did not cover the whole windows, and it was very bright in the room at 6:00 a.m. The bath robes were not changed as often as officially stated. Did not have a great experience with the staff, either.

I came to meet someone in the hotel, and actually I haven't entered any room. But while waiting for my friend I ordered a cup of tea at the bar, and they gave it to me in a broken cup on the lip. And actually the attitude of the bar tender wasn't so welcoming.

Rooms are nice, staff in the hotel is friendly, the breakfast is very good. The bar still has some challenges: the only red wine you can get in a glass is like a kind of strong acid and the "bartender" has no idea how to open a prosecco. The background music is horrible.

I am very amazed by the service that I got. Housekeeping was wonderful with their cleaning service. Breakfast was immaculate! I loved the special Bulgarian food section. I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things. There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars. Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations. It’s well located.

Friendly staff and the service was above expectations, especially when the receptionist was going with me to guide me where to park the car, which was a 5min walk back to the hotel. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet." Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable. This is a nice hotel, rooms are of good size albeit a little dated. However during our stay the air-conditioning system was not working and we stayed here for 2 nights over a 10 day period. On our second stay there was a school ball, no one was informed and the music went late into the night. This also shut down the bar service. Not something you want after travelling for 10 days

We attended a Four Friends wine tasting in January 2019 at Vega Hotel Sofia. We had a truly amazing time in the special wine tasting room of the wine cellar and we recommend this experience! Location is in the middle of the centre. Parkins is a problem. TheHotel was ok, the stuff is helpfull and very service oriented however they are a bit amateur, so therefore there were some tech issues but nothing serious. Price and value is less than 4/5.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional! Very near the metro station from the airport and is on the boulevard thus close to a majority of shops. The room is SUPER clean with all amenities included. The decoration is based on flowers thus the name “fleurs”. Highly recommended!
