A bit below 4*. Like any 4*hotel in Sophia, the breakfast is poor and the coffee is hardly drinkable. The casino downstairs is a bit out of my taste. Half of the people are nice, half of them are a bit cold, none of them exagerates. Some stuff in the bathroom is occasionally broken or malfunctioning. The nice restaurants are within a 30+ minute walk.

Great for the price they offer, especially with the breakfast they offer. The reception area has a lot of seating area so you don't have to sit close to strangers and make it awkward for everyone. We stayed couple of nights in this hotel. The breakfast included was great, plenty of options for eating. The room is not nor small nor big but has everything needed for a comfortable staying. The ladies from reception were kind and explained everything properly.

The hotel has extremely friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you at any time of the day. The rooms are classic and accommodated with everything you might need for your stay. But the highlight of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The menu has vegan and vegetarian options and if you are a meat lover, you should definitely give their beef a try.

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

The location was very good, however, the bathroom was in desperate need of maintenance. The shower was open and the entire bathroom got wet, which was very inconvenient. There wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper when we arrived.

Absolutely fantastic! Stylish, sleek and yet welcoming. The staff were all kind and helpful. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night and we slept extremely well. The WiFi was a bit slow at times but mobile reception is great. And the mini bar fridge has bright white lights and a glass door, so we had to unplug it. the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.
