Wonderful place for a stay of whatever length; close to CBD attractions and half the distance to local shopping of all kinds. Clean, tidy and generally in good repair. Overpriced hotel whose heyday was over 30 years ago. The reception staff barely spoke English. You can see from everything that the best before date is long gone. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

The hotel has quite a good location, close to the city center on the pedestrian street. The rooms are quite old and mattresses are quite bad, but everything is clean. We had arranged for the Hotel to come and collect us from the airport which was much less stressful than trying to get a taxi. We were dropped off safely and our room was already ready for us even though we were very early. Room was clean with good amenities. Staff were extremely helpful especially Ivan and Antonio. This is our first day but I already feel like we are going to have a good stay.

The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet." Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable. The shower is like a jet wash which is a positive; you can turn it down. Good breakfast, polite staff. It is a win win for me and I'll look to stay in a COOP hotel again no problem

I stayed there for a night during my stay in Sofia, Bulgaria. The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro station, markets and food shops. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotel location and room size and facilities. The rooms are a bit older, especially the bathroom. The bathtub and toilet shows the age. But overall cleanliness and service is good.

The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. It was a very pleasant stay and the best thing was the location of the hotel. Staffs were professional. Breakfast was also good. The lady at the breakfast counter was very nice and welcoming. Cons - Since it is near the city center and the area comes in the blue zone so Parking was bit stressful on the streets. Also in the WC the water tank was not functioning properly.

The location is excellent. The hotel is indeed unpretentious and old, the staff were kind and helpful though there were some language and understanding barriers. The room was very clean when we arrived but not cleaned during our week's stay which was a pity.

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. Extra large room (25sqm) with very strange stripes on floor-which are unsimetric to the room equipment and that make fuzzy feeling. Location is quiet, small parking. Indoor pool and gr8 restaurant.
