The room was dirty, there were too many bugs in the room, the AC was too loud and overall mot enjoyable stay. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and the choice was made because it is next to the zoo. The area is good and the access to the center is straight either by bus or by car. The big shops are about 7 minutes away. Parking is easy to find, but not closed. Wonderful place for a stay of whatever length; close to CBD attractions and half the distance to local shopping of all kinds. Clean, tidy and generally in good repair. Bicycle parking was available to us at our request. Lift to upper floors was worthwhile. Very good twin air-conditioning was beneficial. Colour your life in the vibrant colours of Visito.

Our room was perfectly clean. Free private parking is a big plus. 10 stars for the comunication; for all of our question the owner was really fast and halpfull with answers.

Very clean place, confy beds. The building is conveniently located 100 meters of the tram going to the city center and just about 5 minutes walk to the subway station, or a 15 minutes stroll. Amenities are more than decent, depending on the price you pay. There are also private parking spots in the inner yard. Highly recommended for people looking for a fair price.

This is such a great place. Spacious rooms/apartments, always clean and tidy and brilliant service. Rooms are self catered. Located in a quiet residential area, close ti metro station. There is a shop 1 minute away. There are also a couple of really nice restaurants in the area. 5-10 minute walk away. It is suitable for groups.

We stayed here for more or less 2 weeks, and we are overall happy with the place and service. They have a coffee lounge downstairs for every client to stay or have coffee for free. Large rooms, it looks a bit old but it's clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming. And now for the room (it might change from a room to an other). The windows are thick so there's no issues with the noise. Unfortunately there are some downsides. I am tall, my head was hitting the roof while standing in the bathtub to take my shower (it was very annoying but it shouldn't be an issue...

Terrible beds. Could feel the springs. Not very nice. The room did have a strange smell, luckily we could sleep with the windows open. But that came with a lot of noise. Breakfast was there, but nothing to shout out for. Map-vise it was a tad south of where everything happened. But it wasn't too bad. Would still consider it within easy walking distance.

The position is great, right behind the Main Street and all the restaurants. But for the rest is a below average hotel. Very old, rooms are small and dated. Room 105, is right above the street and not insulated so the noise from the street for a light sleeper is a nightmare. You have to visit and just wonder to yourself how and why. The lobby is a spectacular rendition of insane interior design and the random placement of the property even more curious. To be totally fair their restaurants are worth a visit especially umami and the communist place on top.

This hotel was designed by a great Japanese architect. Luckily the new owners could not ruined the this beautiful building from the outside, but the horrors that they did with the interior is despicable. Once it was a great hotel! Present days it's an interior nightmare!

Rooms are nice, staff in the hotel is friendly, the breakfast is very good. The bar still has some challenges: the only red wine you can get in a glass is like a kind of strong acid and the "bartender" has no idea how to open a prosecco. The background music is horrible.

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day. I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things. There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars. Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations. It’s well located.

Friendly staff and the service was above expectations, especially when the receptionist was going with me to guide me where to park the car, which was a 5min walk back to the hotel. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet." Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable. It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip. The beds were comfortable and I slept well

This is a nice hotel, rooms are of good size albeit a little dated. However during our stay the air-conditioning system was not working and we stayed here for 2 nights over a 10 day period. On our second stay there was a school ball, no one was informed and the music went late into the night. This also shut down the bar service. Not something you want after travelling for 10 days

We attended a Four Friends wine tasting in January 2019 at Vega Hotel Sofia. We had a truly amazing time in the special wine tasting room of the wine cellar and we recommend this experience! You can find all details about the tastings on the Four Friends website, the winery's team is friendly and responds timely. Such a lovely evening!

Luxury hotel in communicative location. Polite personnel. Good for city breaks or business trips. Parking avaliable, on the top floor beauty saloon with many therapies. Close to neighborhood called Student city which is place with many dinner options and night life activities such as pubs, bar discos, game centers as bowling billiards and so on.

Location is in the middle of the centre. Parkins is a problem. TheHotel was ok, the stuff is helpfull and very service oriented however they are a bit amateur, so therefore there were some tech issues but nothing serious. Price and value is less than 4/5.

Excellent position, cozy decoration

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional! Very near the metro station from the airport and is on the boulevard thus close to a majority of shops. The room is SUPER clean with all amenities included. The decoration is based on flowers thus the name “fleurs”. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Located on the busiest shopping street Vitosha Blvd. Note that there are about 10 minutes walk from both metro stations that are close to the hotel. If.you would like to arrive at the hotel door you better choose taxi. The restaurant has nice outside seating. Wheelchair accessible. Not sure if there is a parking. .

I was on a business trip and stayed in this hotel for 12 days. I would say this is one of the best hotels for foreigners in Sofia. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city center. The room quality is decent. However, having only visited Sofia a few times, I find it challenging to compare it with other hotels in the area.
