Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. I booked a 2-bed room, and they gave me a room with a double bed. I couldn't share the same bed with anyone else. They said the room was full and they couldn't provide the room I booked. Finally, they added a makeshift bed next to it. , it was super uncomfortable to sleep!

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below.. Location is fantastic...many clubs anf nice bars for daytime drinking in the neighboorhood....

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. I will strongly recommend it. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again .!

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey. All of our guests loved the place and the people also. We highly recommend this place and will definetely come back. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.
