Exceptional service, comfort and cleanliness with all the right amenities. I stayed at the Hyatt during August of 2024 as part of a delegation to a special convention. Despite being part of a large group, I received personalized attention from the excellent staff and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend!

One of the better hotel options in Sofia. The rooms are quite basic but the beds are comfortable and it's quiet. Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. For me this is quite strange for a business hotel and can make a big difference (especially if you compare with next door Hilton as the prices can be similar). Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

Great sized rooms, although lacking some comforts such as an iron, a box of tissues and modern casting service from your phone to the TV. My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. I will strongly recommend it. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again .!

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey. All of our guests loved the place and the people also. We highly recommend this place and will definetely come back. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Large rooms, fantastic amenities, polite staff, and convenient location are just a few. The rooms are ornate and well appointed. The downstairs lobby is beautiful. Service by everyone on the grounds was quick and very professional. This was my first trip to Sofia and I will definitely stay here on my future visits.

Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are quite standard, would have here expected a bit more. Service is super friendly and the breakfast is good.

You have to visit and just wonder to yourself how and why. The lobby is a spectacular rendition of insane interior design and the random placement of the property even more curious. To be totally fair their restaurants are worth a visit especially umami and the communist place on top.

This hotel was designed by a great Japanese architect. Luckily the new owners could not ruined the this beautiful building from the outside, but the horrors that they did with the interior is despicable. Once it was a great hotel! Present days it's an interior nightmare!

The room key many times did not work and one of the elevators was extremely noisy so much that you could hear the noise from across the hallway. I do like the fact that they have a sauna that opens early and ends late so you can come at any time. So overall my stay was pretty good.

We just had a last minute, one night stay at the hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. My wife even said that this was one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed in, and we have stayed in our fair share. We are definitely coming back!

Super-convenient to the main centre of Sofia and to a metro station if you want to go elsewhere. Beautiful renovation… exec rooms and exec bar excellent. Breakfasts well stocked and eggs were hot every day. Diamond Hilton customer recognition also very good.

Been to this place over 10 times. It’s literally the best hotel in Sofia. The rooms materials are very high end, cleaning service is phenomenal, I love the bath tub and jaccuzi, breakfast is delicious and they got a bysiness center with computers in case you need to conduct business remotely. And the gym is more than enough. Will keep coming back in the future.

I would like to note that I stayed in this hotel around 60 times over the course of 1 year so I have seen every room and all other common facilities, so trust me when I say that it doesn't worth it.

I know that the hotel is currently under renovation, but I higly doubt that I would be good to stay there even after the renovation.

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day.
