It had a good central placement to sights (everything we wanted to see was maximum 25 minutes away). We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. It was always clean. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind. He did the breakfast for us each day treating us to different Bulgarian breakfast pastries and breads each morning. Good service for a great price. The owner will tell you where to go in Sofia and will also take you on a day trip to see a monastery outside Sofia. Every morning he serves you great Bulgarian breakfast and is proud to tell you all about Sofia and Bulgaria!

the hotel and the accommodation itself are good, the Panorama restaurant is satisfactory, but the breakfast is very weak and a poor choice. A big minus is that hotel guests are charged a daily parking fee of more than 8 euros, which is incomprehensible to me and very bad for the business of the hotel itself.

This Hotel is located within walking distance of the historic city center and major attractions. There are several parks nearby for walking or biking. There are also several large shopping centers within walking distance.

Located within a 15 minute walk of town centre. Clean but basic rooms. Breakfast was good. Actually returned to stay again a fortnight later for a couple of nights and had a different room, this time on the 4th floor. The room was much better; more spacious, bathroom more modern and bed more comfortable.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is decent. In front of the hotel, there are only 3-4 parking spaces, but nearby, there is another parking lot with plenty of spaces. It's a 3 star hotel, not 4 star. By far. Though offering good location, rather adequate pricing and fair view of Vitosha mountain. Might have been cleaner considering hotel star rating. There was some bad things happened. When I ask for transport they sad that there was no airplane that time and no room booked, so they coulden’t pick me up! They where wrong and they didn’t say I am sorry or something. They sad that I had taken Vodka from the minibar! Totaly wrong. I stayed in the hotel for one night. My flight was leaving early in the morning so the free shuttle was efficient and very useful. They also provided a breakfast to go as I was leaving before breakfast had started. The room was very clean although there was a piece of poop on the showerhead that I had to clean before taking a shower because it was extremely unsanitary.

The ladies from reception very helpful. Daily cleaning, daily change of the towels, parking for the car. A honest price for the room. The metro station it is at 400 m and you can take the metro directely from the airport. There is near an exchange office open untill 5 p.m. Also near are Lidl and Kaufland.

The hotel was fine, but they didn't gave us the double bedroom as we had reserved it on booking, instead they gave us a twin bed room. We had specifically requested a double one, and they just said that their colleague had forgotten to remove it from booking as booked. Would definitely recommend this hotel! It's located in a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood. At walking distance from Business Park Sofia. Rooms are huge and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English. There is private parking in front of the hotel although the places are a bit limited but usually there is more than enough place on the side of the road as well

beds uncomfortable for me at least, very clean, they do the job, reception is 24/7 which is good, kinda strange with the restaurant, wouldn't recommend breakfast because you don't get your money worth. The location is really near to the historical center, you can go there walking. The guy is really nice, he allowed me to guest a couple of friends and their luggage for a few hours in the middle of the night and he arrange the cab for them, he was really nice. The room was big and comfy, and it's really nice that every room has a different city name. Really a great hotel and great staff.
