Room was spacious and clean, was a bit hot and dense inside. Bathroom was neat. Staff was friendly but you only get 2 coffees in your room during your stay. Food was nice, bar also. Interior is very pretty.

A very unique and a surprising space combining a hotel, bar and a restaurant. The interior is designerish with hip, funky colors. The rooftop area offers a chic experience and it has a cool, chill vibe. Great merchandise also! Worth a visit either for a drink on the rooftop, to spend a night in the hotel or to try their food.

I was very happy with my stay, spacious room, renovated bathroom with lots of plug-ins and nite lites, comfy large bed, balcony, and desk. Reception was kind and supportive.

Hotel Favorit is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in (Judging by my 12 night stay). Relation between price and accomodation, fulfill expectations. Room clean and big, in bathroom you have all necessary things. Hotel staff very nice, with veru good english, always ready to assist. Some furniture need to be fixed in room, and room wasn't ventilated well when I arrived. Parking need to be better mark, easily you can enter in wrong one(neighbors underground parking).

Good hotel with nice rooms. The reception desk was often left unattended, and the breakfasts are served at a nearby hotel, which we weren't told about and found out about from other guests. The room was not serviced for two of the seven days. But it is near a metro station, a busy area just 25 minutes from the central attractions.

The ladies from reception very helpful. Daily cleaning, daily change of the towels, parking for the car. A honest price for the room. The metro station it is at 400 m and you can take the metro directely from the airport. There is near an exchange office open untill 5 p.m. Also near are Lidl and Kaufland.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English. From the Lobby to the Restaurant, impeccable. Two of the staff were kind enough to help me pack and weigh my luggage. (I did a tad of shopping). I 100% recommend this hotel. My parents stayed here and found it very nice. Staff were very friendly, everything was clean. When we ended up with a double booking thanks to booking.com, the hotel staff helped us right away and we're very kind. My parents will be staying here again happily.

beds uncomfortable for me at least, very clean, they do the job, reception is 24/7 which is good, kinda strange with the restaurant, wouldn't recommend breakfast because you don't get your money worth. Because of its location the prices are good, but the rooms lack natural lighting and the lamps aren't strong with white light. The shower is great, you get your accessories.

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby. Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains.

The location is really near to the historical center, you can go there walking. The guy is really nice, he allowed me to guest a couple of friends and their luggage for a few hours in the middle of the night and he arrange the cab for them, he was really nice. The room was big and comfy, and it's really nice that every room has a different city name. Really a great hotel and great staff.

The price is ok. Underground parking is a nightmare to get in/get out. I gave up and left the car outside (long one). Without GPS, guess not easy to find. I asked for twin beds room, but the concierge was not able to find any tooms like that. Ok to stay 1-2 nights, especially when you are tired.

Overall a ok place to stay It's decently clean. The minibar is now empty. You need to buy stuff at the reception. The showers in some rooms are broken (no water pressure, the heat regulator doesn't work often) The elevator does funny and scary things (dropping a bit under floor, starting without closing the door fully)

No one speaks very good English, the staff is not even aware of the hotel's own services (ie on the way there they were happy to offer a transfer to the Airport but on the way back they said all they could do was to call a taxi).
