Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

This hotel is quite spectacular and ideally located next to the metro. There is a pool, but you have to pay around £8 to use it. A coffee maker with 2 coffee capsules is available in your room, but you’ll need to buy any cream or sugar to go in it! The hotel is a short walk into the centre.

The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. Terrible beds. Could feel the springs. Not very nice. The room did have a strange smell, luckily we could sleep with the windows open. But that came with a lot of noise. The position is great, right behind the Main Street and all the restaurants. But for the rest is a below average hotel. Very old, rooms are small and dated. Room 105, is right above the street and not insulated so the noise from the street for a light sleeper is a nightmare. You have to visit and just wonder to yourself how and why. The lobby is a spectacular rendition of insane interior design and the random placement of the property even more curious. To be totally fair their restaurants are worth a visit especially umami and the communist place on top.

This hotel was designed by a great Japanese architect. Luckily the new owners could not ruined the this beautiful building from the outside, but the horrors that they did with the interior is despicable. Once it was a great hotel! Present days it's an interior nightmare!

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

The shower is extremely hot with water pressure that is better than in my own house. The bathroom was extremely clean. Both of our rooms were big. Pretty views on both sides of the building. There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here. Nice clean hotel in Sofia's center. At present it doesn't serve breakfast

Good hotel for business trip. 5 min. drive to Sofia International Airport /the hotel provide shuttle with No extra cost/. Good size, very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant itself is OK. Thanks for the hospitality to the all employees crew.

The location by the airport with an airport shuttle is excellent. Clean and modern rooms. A/C controls only in the range of 20C to 25C. Restaurant on site has a decent menu. The hotel is in an industrial zone, and it is not a walkable distance to anything.

Spacious apartment. Close to the airport- 4 min drive. Very clean bathroom. Free parking. We had an apartment. Individual AC units in both the living area and bedroom. We requested a crib and one was provided and waiting for us which was a plus however it had a very soft mattress not suitable for a baby, maybe just for 2+ yr old toddler. Perfect location to Sofia airport , good hotel room. Shower is a bit odd, would have expected a better browse. Hotel amenities rather limited. The price per night was high compared to what you got and compared to other hotel chains. Breakfast had good selection and nice ambient in the Restaurant. In the Restaurant the chopska salad was fantastic and the duck breast really excellent .Risotto dishes...

Room was unbearably hot because management lock the aircon on at what they choose and refuse to let you control it. Can't open the window due to noise so you have to just cook

I have stayed at a number of Sofia airport hotels and to be honest all are very good but I think this one is my new favourite as it is so close to the airport only 5 minutes transfer which was efficient and on time. The driver and reception were very friendly and I was made to feel welcome, the rooms are spotlessly clean and large and the hotel has an airy atmosphere quite relaxed with a nice bar ...
