One of the better hotel options in Sofia. The rooms are quite basic but the beds are comfortable and it's quiet. The restaurant is amazing! The hotel is clean, staff are polite and helpful, the blow-dryer is powerful, the bed is massive and you can watch Netflix or use the co-working space. Free water fountain on each floor (cold water). The hotel is new and quite hipster style. I love it!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sofia. It is next to the Sofia university, City garden, Royal Palace and National Theatre. Good customer service and cozy rooms. It is a little pricy but I would definately recommend it.

Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church. I have stayed at this place several times when coming to Sofia; it's like coming back to to a family who meet you with all the extras a hotel offers. Unreserved five star!

I have stayed at a number of Sofia airport hotels and to be honest all are very good but I think this one is my new favourite as it is so close to the airport only 5 minutes transfer which was efficient and on time. Quite an amazing hotel, overnight stay waiting for flight next day. We had what can only be described as a suite, our 15 year old daughter had her own room. The master bedroom was just so comfortable, the en suite bathroom, was luxurious. The restaurant served up excellent meals. We intend to visit again in the near future.

We stayed for 1 night in November at the beginning of our time in Bulgaria and an additional night in December at the end of our trip. It had a good central placement to sights (everything we wanted to see was maximum 25 minutes away). Beds are big and comfortable, big bathtubs, clean but quite old. Breakfast is quite poor and it’s unbelievable they try to charge extra for the honey. Kuddos to Desislava at the front desk, great host, friendly, respectful and helpful!

I often travel to Sofia for work meetings. And I always choose to stay at Novotel because the team is professional, the quality and fast service are very important to me. The food is great, the rooms without remark. Everything I needed, the staff have assisted me the minute. Clean, cozy and comfortable!

On 31 Aug 2024 Milen provided excellent customer service in helping my partner retrieve her phone from a taxi. He went above and beyond in retrieving it. I couldn't rate his customer service higher! The rooms are also very nice, and it's located between the city and airport with nearby public transport/taxi service available

I am very amazed by the service that I got. Housekeeping was wonderful with their cleaning service. Breakfast was immaculate! I loved the special Bulgarian food section. One thing that I loved is that the staff in the reception and the restaurant always had a smile on their face! 10/10 I would definitely recommend if you want to take a good vacation!!!

I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

The hotel was in a good location but I missed some things. There was no gym, the rooms were okay but I would expect more from Eurostars. Breakfast was good, with variety and quality. The bathroom was a bit dated as well as the bedroom decorations. It’s well located.

Friendly staff and the service was above expectations, especially when the receptionist was going with me to guide me where to park the car, which was a 5min walk back to the hotel. Even better when the next morning we had to wait in the lobby, while the staff took care of picking up our car and bring it in front of the hotel .... Service with a BIG S 👍. It's was quite far away from the center which was disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the staff were pleasent and very helpful when I needed help organising the next stage of my trip. The beds were comfortable and I slept well

This is a nice hotel, rooms are of good size albeit a little dated. However during our stay the air-conditioning system was not working and we stayed here for 2 nights over a 10 day period. On our second stay there was a school ball, no one was informed and the music went late into the night. This also shut down the bar service. Not something you want after travelling for 10 days

We attended a Four Friends wine tasting in January 2019 at Vega Hotel Sofia. We had a truly amazing time in the special wine tasting room of the wine cellar and we recommend this experience! You can find all details about the tastings on the Four Friends website, the winery's team is friendly and responds timely. Such a lovely evening!

Luxury hotel in communicative location. Polite personnel. Good for city breaks or business trips. Parking avaliable, on the top floor beauty saloon with many therapies. Close to neighborhood called Student city which is place with many dinner options and night life activities such as pubs, bar discos, game centers as bowling billiards and so on.

We came for a stay from another Rosslyn location thinking it would be the same, but were disappointed. It's a much smaller hotel. As soon as you walk into rooms you are hit with a smell of mold, after showering you realize why it smells like it. Shower was leaking , so after each shower you'd need to wipe down the floors. The hotel is clean and the furnitures are not too old. The bathrooms are quite minimalistic. Good is that you have Lidl store close buy so you can buy cheap something to drink. Also walking distance to a big mal is just 10 minutes.

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. It was always clean. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind. He did the breakfast for us each day treating us to different Bulgarian breakfast pastries and breads each morning. He was also very good at sitting with us and telling us about Bulgarian history...
