I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

Great price/quality report. Great amenities, friendly staff The hotel has private paid parking, it’s close to the ZOO entry and this makes it a very good stop location for families with kids. Recommended

Thank you so much for this hotel and the receptionist Atanas , they have been so polite, wonderful and funny all the time and made our experience in Sofia so much better. 10 out of 10 for room , hospitality, cleanliness and helpfulness. The girls at the bar, the maids and everybody has been so wonderful !!!!

Really good hotel, well priced and very comfortable mattresses and good room. However, you'll need to take transport to get to the center. But it is cheap by train and bus and takes barely 20 mins if timed properly

I am happy to share my great experience with the staff of the Zoo Hotel, and their exceptional service. The hotel is with great location and its pricing is very competitive for the comfort paid. I was greatly assisted by the GM Atanas even in my personal matters. It is always good to receive personalised service with an outstanding smile :) I will definitely book again.
