this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates. not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas...

The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. For me this is quite strange for a business hotel and can make a big difference (especially if you compare with next door Hilton as the prices can be similar). The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to city center. And also they have Casino if anyone interested but the rooms are pretty old and not so clean. Great place to come to very clean rooms were beautiful swimming pool was nice and customer service was great however, the swimming pool staff member with long hair was very rude he rudely told us to get out of the pool because we weren’t aware of wearing the shower caps. I can only review the coffee bar, since I've been there twice and in both occasions the coffee was excellent - strong and fragrant, and my Crème Brûlée was simply fantastic! I love this hotel. Charming, comfortable, impeccably clean, with great breakfast and kind and sweet employees.

The room key many times did not work and one of the elevators was extremely noisy so much that you could hear the noise from across the hallway. I do like the fact that they have a sauna that opens early and ends late so you can come at any time. So overall my stay was pretty good.

After spending one week at the hotel, I would say that the experience does not correspond to the image and price of the hotel. The reception was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel the room was sterilised. There was body hair in the bath top. It was tidy but the sense of clean just didn't get that feeling. Had to try the key card many times to open the door, very difficult. 5 minutes. Noise from the traffic in the morning but that is normal for Sofia. The layout of the hotel is nice and invite to comfort.

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

A nice place for private parties, only the bartenders were so slow and the tail of the bar was huge.

I stayed there for a night during my stay in Sofia, Bulgaria. The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro station, markets and food shops. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotel location and room size and facilities. The rooms are a bit older, especially the bathroom. The bathtub and toilet shows the age. This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day. I can't praise individual staff members as each and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them. I am coming back in January 2025 and look forward to staying here afain

A little bit old fashioned rooms, but clean. Good service and restaurant. Great and rich breakfast. Near tram line and supermarket.

It was a clean hotel, a variety of products were served for breakfast. The staff can’t speak English well but the communication worked through gestures, they were helpful. The hotel is not in the city center however it is easy with the subway and it is next to the Billa grocery store which was really nice.

Very convenient location. Great value for the service provided. Hotel staff-all are very polite and professional. The front desk / reception staff are top. Standard rooms located on floor 1 and 2 look tired and need refurbishment.

Very good hotel for the price. It's in good location and BILLA is next to it. There were coffee and tea in room. I would definitely come here again if i need to book a hotel in Sofia.

There was some bad things happened. When I ask for transport they sad that there was no airplane that time and no room booked, so they coulden’t pick me up! They where wrong and they didn’t say I am sorry or something. They sad that I had taken Vodka from the minibar! Totaly wrong. I have used this hotel often for 12 years and they had been OK, but this time it was not so good.

good $ value (should i say Euro?) , simple, quite, a good place as a base for traveling and walking the city. it also has good breakfast and near by parking (that is not that easy to get there). Crew are helpful and speak English. basic furnishing, clean, low maintenance of rooms - some things were not functioning like windows,, but we really did not need to open a window to sleep.

I was happy in this hotel. I got a big 4 bed room for the price of single bed, as it was the last room left, and the price was very good. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The housekeeping service woke me up at 11 o'clock knocking on my door, which was helpful in the end, because otherwise I'd probably sleep forever... Great location.

Good hotel. Modern building. Almost in the city center (five minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard), but in a quiet place. Decent breakfasts: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, beans; several cheeses and sausages, yogurt, muesli, marmalade, cake, cookies; tea, coffee, juices... Normal. The plumbing is fresh, but the chairs are already barely breathing. But the mattresses and linen are good. And very important...

Since I paid very little for the room, I guess it was to be expected to have a small one compared to the remaining ones. The staff, however was beyond words. The receptionist Vladimir was fantastic, super helpful and friendly. Definitely worth checking it out.

Probably the best hotel in Sofia for the money. Gorgeous breakfast. Gorgeous location. Excellent staff and manager. There is a sauna and a fitness room included in the room rate.
