Location: city of Varna, 10 km from the airport of Varna city, 50 meters from railway station, 1.5 km from the city centre.

Consists of one 6-storey building.

The room was located to the side, overlooking a completely filthy wall or demolition building about 6 meters away.
The room hadn't been cleaned since it opened, probably in the 1980s. The furniture was dirty, the curtains had never been washed, and the bathroom floor tile was broken, meaning it was in dire need of renovation.
On the plus side, the proximity to the train station and the subsequent bus connections to the city center, as well as the very courteous and friendly staff, were good.
Breakfast was sufficient and good.

Everything went smooth. Really helpful people at the desk. Also I want to praise Nikki at the restaurant. She was always smiling and ready to help. I'll come back!

Incredible experience!! I am here as part of a group and everything is going so smooth! One of the best rooms I have even been too, very clean and so comfortable! The buffet is very good with many choices! Best value for money! Highly recommended!!

Good location, great service and clean! The hotel shows signs of aging but that didn't affect my stay at all. I'd recommend it!

The bathroom was smelling all day long. Staff wasn’t welcoming at all.
The girl at reception used a wrong and annoying approach. I’m afraid it was her to be incompetent, I suspect it’s an organisational culture issue.
More: the gym was cold all day and sauna not open.

It was a terrible accommodation, rooms are very old. There was no sleeper , ac did not work, they did not even give sleepers
