Aqua Hotel

The bathroom was smelling all day long. Staff wasn’t welcoming at all.
The girl at reception used a wrong and annoying approach. I’m afraid it was her to be incompetent, I suspect it’s an organisational culture issue.
More: the gym was cold all day and sauna not open.
A kind of nightmare…

It was a terrible accommodation, rooms are very old. There was no sleeper , ac did not work, they did not even give sleepers

Worse experience, I booked deluxe rooms but room was not deluxe. Does not worth the price.👎👎

The rooms are old-fashioned but clean and neat. There are no slippers or other amenities in the bathroom. The attitude of the staff is a bit problematic, which is very suspicious for a highly rated hotel. If you want a city center hotel, it is ok, but do not expect too much.

Very bad service.
I travel 30 hour by bus and and visit to Hotel,it was 7:00 morning on Sunday.I had only Euro and was without credit card.
It was second time that I visit to this hotel,but they did not gives me room because I did not had Leva.I tried to explain to girl in the reception that on Sunday,7:00 o clock morning I can not change Euro to Leva and I will do it later and like warranty I offer them Euro but they did not support me and kick me out.
Also,personals thats working in the hotel,I never seen that they smiles…
Rooms are cleans.
But in any case,I never visit them any more!!!

First of all, there are no problems with the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the rooms, The main problem was that the staff mistreated us very badly. We stayed at hotel on the night of August 19th An early hours of the August 20th, we couldn't check out of the hotel although, We had already booked our reservation and paid on common website. In the morning of the August 20th, the person called IVAN who is in charge at the hotel, told us that he didn't receive payment, even though we have the payment record of the website. And also told usthat we should figure out his own problem.We waited about one hour and he told us unspeakable words which was terrible. It's not like it's acceptable to have such a bad situation in such an organization. This situation is unacceptable for Turkish an Bulgarian people who have lived together from past to the present.

It is out of the city center.
If you want to stay at a low cost, I think it's fine.
However, if you are a traveler, please note that there are no places to experience nearby.
If you like walking around, it might be okay.
The hotel breakfast is okay.
However, if you go to the bathroom or lobby for a while after eating, you will not be able to eat again. (He talked about the situation, but I didn't understand, so I didn't listen)
There is no inconvenience when using the room or other places, so it is 2 stars.
