Fantastic location, 5 min walk to the centre. The staff was very nice and helpful with a good level of English. We had a delux double room No37, very clean, modern, and also a mini fridge....Was clean and bed made everday....However it was definitely not a room with a view....This never bothered us... Breakfast was very nice and plenty with hot and cold options..The hotel also offers for a very reasonable cost pick-up up and drop off from the Airport...You have to email them separately...overall very good saty would definitely recommend....👍

Lovely hotel with big clean rooms, the location is great for anything you could need in Varna. The staff are an absolute delight, really helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning when I'm next in Varna!

The hotel is definitely away from its best years. Rooms are OKish, although could be better maintained ed and cleaned.

It was a wonderful stay for us, even tho we stayed only one night. The hotel offered us a transport from the airport because we landed late in night. The room was super spacious and beds super comfy. The breakfast was also really tasty. They also offer a free bike rental which is really nice to do so in Varna and bike by the sea.

We had a wonderful experience at the Modus Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Breakfast was small in size, otherwise delicious. The coffee was great (unlike many other hotels). The other good thing about the hotel is the location - downtown. Everything you need is 2 minutes away from you. Beach bars are 5 minutes by food as distance. First time here and recommended!

The best hotel in the city. Best location, clean luxury rooms with best view, best breakfast, best juices, best sauuna area, free bikes, free apples. Best location to the sea 2min, park 1min, center 3min walking distance.

Overall a very good and pleasant stay. The service is just perfect: anything is being realized for the wellbeing of the custumers. The ladys and gents at the front desk are very friendly. For example, they organized a nail salon apointment for me.
The breakfast is quite small but good. There are freshly made juices and the coffee is tasty.
The sauna and the gym are very small but o.k.
The location ist just perfect cause it is right next to the promenade at the beach and also the city centre.
Our room was the apartment on the second floor. Sizewise it was big and tidy. We didnt have a nice view through the windows and it was quite dark but cozy.
