My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location, super clean, comfortable beds, great food & professional staff. Everyone was very accommodating & attentive. Special mention to Tihomir & Ina who were so kind & caring! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Varna.

I’m really impressed by the hotel and it’s staff. Everything was impeccable starting form the service to the breakfast and the dinner (in fact I strongly recommend the restaurant).

Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed for a week to celebrate my wife's birthday. On day 1 (her actual birthday) at breakfast she was presented with a slice of cake and a candle, such a lovely greeting to start the holiday. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you and helped us out at every opportunity during our stay. The hotel is next to the immaculate Sea Garden which has loads to see and people playing music making the walk through quite magnificent. You are only 200m from the beach which is one of the nicest beaches we have visited. Highly recommend a cocktail or 2 at Cubo or Menthol with their hedonistic sounds as a great backdrop to a fantastic view. Overall we would defo visit again and would most certainly book this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for a great holiday.

Modus Hotel in Varna is an absolute gem. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Sea Garden and the beach, making it perfect for both relaxation and sightseeing. The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff—genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varna.

Our stay at the Modus hotel was exceptional. The location was outstanding, complemented by a cozy yet elegant décor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with well-informed staff ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed for maximum comfort. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.

Every member of the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself exuded a sense of openness and sophistication, avoiding the confined feel often found in many Varna establishments.

Modus is ideally located a couple of minutes walk from the Sea Gardens and the beach and also close to City Centre shops and restaurants. We really felt relaxed in the stylish decor of the Modus and the staff are very professional, helpful and pleasant. Our room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the sea gardens with very comfortable beds and pillows, an extremely well stocked bar and L'Occitane toiletries which we particularly appreciated. But, the best thing about the Modus, is their breakfast buffet - hot and cold! Well presented and absolutely delicious and they will also cook to order. I will definitely be staying again and next time will have an evening meal in the restaurant as the menu looked interesting and tasty. Thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel was perfectly located on the sea-side. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The room was big and clean. We loved our stay.
