The worst hotel I have stayed in. The first day we were robbed. We left our bags in the room, locked the room and left the key to reception. When we came back the room was still locked but - surprise- €1500 MISING from my backpack. The receptionist who we figured out is the owner of the hotel, didn’t help and cooperate at all. When we asked her to check the cameras she said that they were not working for the past 9 years. She was more interested in her sandwich?! than the fact that we were ROBBED! The staff is very rude, unhelpful and not professional at all! Regarding the hotel itself - extremely uncomfortable and dirty bed. The room wasn’t serviced for 5 days. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, no parking... The night receptionist sleeps whole night on the sofa so whoever wants can easily come in. If you want to keep your money in your wallet - STAY AWAY FROM THIS “HOTEL”!!
The room was very small and many items was broken (bathroom and wardrobe doors, toilet pushing button, the air conditioner working very noisy.
The TV doesn't work at all, we make a complaint, but they didn't do anything.
The location and the breakfast was good only.
Highly not recommend.
