Great little hotel in the city center. Professional employees, nicely decorated comfortable rooms, minibar, free toiletries, fast free WiFi, tasty breakfast with delicious coffee.

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price

Pros: price, staff, location Cons: didn't like the food, room was less than basic

My experience wasn't the best, on the restaurant I did't feel comfortable, but the price is very good, pool is nice, drinks are good, I would recommend to work the restaurant and reviews would be a lot better

The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

Clean and cheap, people at reception is nice, so is the bar staff and room cleaning lady, food is acording to price but it could be a lot better without changing any ingredients just try to make it better, one day soup was acceptable and the other was from leftovers with water, not even the effort to season it, not salt or pepper, staff at the restaurant seem to be working as a punishment not even...

Thankfully the Bay area beach was a bleasing, waters with no waves, warm and generally acceptable prices for good drinks which saved the entire holiday

Very good service, the food was limited, but I liked it. The hotel is near a Lidl, if you need something, 8 minutes to the public beach, near Astor Garden Hotel

Amazing. Rooms are beautiful.The hotel is near the beach. It has a private pool.But the place...is kinda ugly. I stayed there for 6 days at all-inclusive.

Near market, good restaurants and attractions

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

Sirius got many controversial reviews. I liked it very much. Excellent room facing the sea. Friendly staff. Good fish in the ship restaurant. But, was there during wintertime.

The feeling to be in the warm mineral water and to breathe fresh air is great in winter! There is a beautiful SPA centre with saunas. The restaurant is comfortable. Rooms are big with many facilities

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach

Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool

I was on vacation in mid-August. The administrators and staff tried to show attention and fulfill all requests and wishes

Free soda, water etc always available such as 5 cocktails if all-inclusive is chosen (I went all-inclusive). You have direct access to the beach, also beach loungers with. umbrellas? Well you know what I mean

An outdoor pool is available too. Little sport area too, nothing too professional though. No inside pool!! Apparently its been closed for 20 years by now. Far from the actual “city” though

Very nice and quiet place surrounded by sea and forest. Great beach, good drinks and food. Rooms are always very clean, and they're bigger than they look on the photos at the resort's website.

German here This year I first stayed in the hotel for about 8 days. I had a room for myself, room 501. They have two small lifts and of course a staircase

Spent my Summer holiday at Marina Hotel in June, 2022. Enjoyed every moment of my holiday. The hotel has been renovated and the service has been improved. The sea, beach, meals and service is on the highest level

The hotel it's near the sand dunes, not far away from the beach, and kids liked it here. The staff was very careful with protection measures against Covid 19

The hotel was 5 minutes to sea. You have to walk over the road to go by beach. I liked everything about the hotel except the hygiene. The first day i couldnt sleep because of the smell

It's nice, there are 2 bars, one in the restaurant and one by the pool. The rooms aren't too bad and the food is acceptable. If you go with all inclusive you can have many drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic for no money

Nice hotel in quite place, not like hotels in center of Golden Sands. To the beach is it about 5 min. To center of Golden Sands about 20 min

Cosy hotel, relatively close to the sea. The only things we found missing were decent TV and faster WiFi.

This hotel is great, the view is great, the room is large and comfortable, it is very comfortable to sleep here, the service is great, the roadside parking is charged and free on holidays, this is a very good holiday place

The room is very big, divided into two rooms, the front one is just like a standard room, with two single beds and complete facilities

The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery

There are two saunas in the basement, one dry and one mist, and they also have showers and an air-conditioned rest area. There is no cold bath, but there are two tile benches to cool your feet with water

Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant

Everything was almost good, the elevator from the underground car park to the hotel didn't work and there were no signs to reception, we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs ourselves and when we spoke to the reception staff we were simply ignored!

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

Only one annoying thing was that the night life lovers shout loudly at night. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the quality does not suffer much from this

Nice place not far from the railway station cozy interior and friendly staff. Conference hall, swiming pool. Small cafe and snack bar. All you need for a business stay in a town like Varna -just some minutes away...

The room was located to the side, overlooking a completely filthy wall or demolition building about 6 meters away. The room hadn't been cleaned since it opened, probably in the 1980s

Incredible experience!! I am here as part of a group and everything is going so smooth! One of the best rooms I have even been too, very clean and so comfortable! The buffet is very good with many choices! Best value for money! Highly recommended!!

This hotel is amazing, good staff, good food, very clean rooms and very convenient going to the beach to supermarket and central plaza just walking around and by car about 5mins going to the mall its very accessible.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street

The receptionists are nice and there to help you. The cleaning lady is very nice as well

Good hotel in the center of Varna. But the prices for 1 night unfortunately are expensive.

The rooms were amazing! Huge! Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. During the day, it was quite an effort to get anything out for the receptions staff other than a grunt

The staff said to me go to the supermarket when I said that I was looking for a better vegetarian experience. Can you believe on that??? "Hotel Panorama goes green", as it is written on the breakfast wall

People who serves food should speak English very well to explaing the ingredients respecting people's diet and health is vital for a good food experience and for health & safety as well

The hotel is with great location near the Sea port. There is a lot of restaurants and bars

We loved Varna and The Panorama Hotel. 5 star location and room view, etc. There is chees at lobby, what was a great fun too. But, 0 star for people who was dealing with food

However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours

I will be back, because even with these difficulties I loved Varna and Hotel Panorama experience

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly reception. Very helpful to me making recommendations etc. They gave me a room with two windows at either side of the building (702) and it was fantastic with big Windows

We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Quiet place and good location. Small hotel with good quality for short stay in Varna. Underground parking is too narrow if you arrive with bigger car. Generally I recommend this place.

Great view It is a great place, comfortable, modern. Just one thing that in the middle of the night we heard a night club music heavy bit, not sure where it came from. Otherwise, all went well and their spa is great.

Best hotel in Varna Overall very good hotel. Location, pool, service. The coffee shop was very nice in the past, not anymore, new management probably. The room was not prepared for two but for one person.

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

Either way , you don't feel "welcomed". Anyways , I did want to extend to 6 more nights , after a "lovely" talk with a a girl reception, I ended up to another Varnas best hotel in the area

Fantastic hotel My second time stay in this fabulous hotel continuing from last year. The same receptionist was there, kind and hospitable as ever who made me feel at home and relax

Love to open Windows to the street and listen to accordion, which often plays in the square in front of the hotel. Very romantic place, near a lot of nice restaurants and cafes

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated

We also used the small ****** downstairs - it was machine only, but the hotel offers a free 10 leva bonus when spending 10, so a cheap evening out! Would recommend local restaurant, the Sundog and the Orient for lovely food

However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip

The sports bar in the hotel had really friendly staff and super cheap food and drinks

Only real tip to share is not to bother booking transfers from the airport to the hotel - we did and really overpaid! A taxi is only 10-15 leva (less than £10) and we paid double this as the hotel details stated it was an hour from the airport - in reality it was only about 15-20 mins

Highlights include being so close to Parmy restaurant where we ate twice due to the food & service being excellent (NB you must book for an evening meal in Aug), the extremely friendly waiter at breakfast who remembered our order & would always greet us with a smile, the tourist train from the nearest beach down to the main Sea garden 'strip' (only 1lv pp each way)

Excellent place to relax and enjoy your time in wonderful Varna, Bulgaria. Great amenities with In/Out pool, tennis court, fitness, saunas, hot tubs, etc. Restaurant with unforgettable menu, friendly and loving staff

We spent 6 nights here for our honeymoon & the resort is just want we wanted in terms of peace, tranquility, beautiful surroundings, breakfast buffet & proximity to the beach & restaurants

Due to a lack of staff, the restaurant was not open during the day or evening which meant the place lacked a staff presence and no bar, which was a bit of a shame

Despite these negatives we loved it and would definitely stay again. Even if it was just for the fresh fruit from the garden for breakfast each morning & the quiet oasis that is Mimi's place

Great place to stay! Very cozy, it feels more like home than a hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the interior is made with lot of taste and style. The staff is friendly and helpful
