Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

Breakfast was really good with huge variety. I travel a lot and I have to say this is definitely on my top list

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

I also treated my wife and myself to facials here which were quality and we both are very happy with the results. Specifically the oxygen infused ones. There is a separate room in the spa room with calming warm beds

Some staff would benefit from training in hospitality. Breakfast buffet was overwhelmed when the hotel was full. Overall a good choice in Varna

Incredible experience!! I am here as part of a group and everything is going so smooth! One of the best rooms I have even been too, very clean and so comfortable! The buffet is very good with many choices! Best value for money! Highly recommended!!

Nice place not far from the railway station cozy interior and friendly staff. Conference hall, swiming pool. Small cafe and snack bar. All you need for a business stay in a town like Varna -just some minutes away...

Ideally located for access to the town centre, the local bus service and the beach which is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel

This hotel is amazing, good staff, good food, very clean rooms and very convenient going to the beach to supermarket and central plaza just walking around and by car about 5mins going to the mall its very accessible.

Renovated rooms feel cosy and most important - very clean! Bed was comfortable, so was the shower, yet the room was too hot - during the transition season was difficult to adjust the a/c properly I guess

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view

If you’re an animal lover, consider packing a little food for them—they’ll appreciate it! We’re already planning to return to Varna early next year, and we can’t wait to book this wonderful hotel again for our stay

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a. —we were initially worried about late check-in

It was so soft and cozy—I didn’t want to leave! The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well

All in all is not an expansive place but don't expect something out of order. Clean rooms, restaurant at first floor and maybe an opened gym if they are going to finish it

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly reception. Very helpful to me making recommendations etc. They gave me a room with two windows at either side of the building (702) and it was fantastic with big Windows

Breakfast is fine, eggs perhaps a bit dry. But there is enough choice, although perhaps a little more fruit would be good to see

The heart of the city! The service is great! Breakfast menu and is quite tasty! The bar is open around the clock! The sea is ten minutes slow. What else do you need for a good rest after a working day?

Quiet place and good location. Small hotel with good quality for short stay in Varna. Underground parking is too narrow if you arrive with bigger car. Generally I recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived after 3am and check in was fast and easy. The bedding and curtains were a bit dated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Not the cleaniest hotel.. i saw a dead coacroach on the hallway and the sheets were smellinh kinda weird.. it is expensive also

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat)

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

We arrived looking for a bed, and the lovely lady found us one, with a great shower and functional AC. For a very fair price too, around £40 for the two of us

Nice breakfast (meat, cheese, etc. Far to walk to things (too far to go to beach, walk back, and then walk back to the centre again in the evening - you would need to ask for a taxi the second time

It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

Nice place for its price range. The room is clean and tidy. We needed a crib for our baby and they were able to provide everything. Nice and polite staff, they were able to answer all my questions.

Staff is friendly, close to the bus station and the malls, it is placed away from major roads, so it's pleasantly quiet. There is a good pizza place 5 min walk away.

Room was clean but periodical cleaning must be. Two rooms with enclosed yard parking. Credit card payment is possible but wonky. Perfect location for short stay. Walking distance (with the luggage) from the bus station

Personnel - 5 starts; the perfect staff, they know how to make the guests to feel comfortable, they do their work fast and with great quality! Breakfast - 4 stars; I didn't liked the tables, they are good for a cafeteria, but not for eating, maybe serving the breakfast in the restaurant will be a much better and practical solution

There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and car parking not far away. Very efficient and friendly staff

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

One nice surprise was when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night and I wanted to have a drink before going to bed. The minibar was well-stocked and, what's important, prices were very low

There is also a good cafe, where we used to have our free breakfast, or a coffee during the day, and where we could meet our visitors. The hotel itself and the room were comfortable enough

The interior was a bit dated but, hey, the prices were so low, and they included free wifi and a decent breakfast

the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from Varna's recreation area. ) there is a bus station near the hotel (use 409 line- we traveled with him everywhere including airport)

We enjoyed graffit gallery hotel very much. we were upgraded with no extra charges due to bday celebration. we didn't use the pool and sauna but it looked nice

The service was really above & beyond this time around, and although the aesthetics of this property are enough to provide five stars on their own, the service really came through on this stay and I can’t overstate that enough

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

This hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be in Varna & is close to a lot of great restaurants & a very nice strip in the popular part of the city

Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street

The free parking offered by this hotel is a massive plus although cannot be booked in advance. Rooms are clean service is good and 24/7

Great little hotel in the city center. Professional employees, nicely decorated comfortable rooms, minibar, free toiletries, fast free WiFi, tasty breakfast with delicious coffee.

The staff and management is cooperative, friendly and helpful. Critical feedback is received in a decent manner and solutions are found.

Nice hotel and very comfortable if you are looking for something not too fancy. The place is in quiet area, not too far from the city center. overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms can definitely be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. That aside, the hotel is cosy, the staff is nice and the view is very nice. Food in the restaurant is not a one to be recommended

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

It's a very clean, well kept hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our booking but it was sorted in an hour and we were given our rooms

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view

The gym is tiny, the equipment is very old, yhe elliptical machine is broken, and weight selection is dismal and lacking standard equipment, so you have to improvise quite a bit to get a good workout, but it'sbetterthan nothing at all

There is a parking, it is right next to a main road, the room was clean, the staff are responsive and kind, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The problem is that there is no actual door for the bathroom

google does not yet know everything. This Hotel is called AMIRAL since about 2 years now. New renovated place, fantastic valuefor your money. I stayes only 2 nights, unfortunatly I did not start my holiday there.

There is just a blurred sliding glass that leaves a huge gap in the end, so everyone can see and hear everything in the bathroom, which leaves no privacy for the person

Overall, the hotel is a great choice if you are staying in the city for a night or two during a business trip

This is the only reason I left three stars on the "rooms" section

Lots of history with the first elevator used in Varna installed here. All the furniture comes from Western Europe. The room style is Old Baroque

Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good

This is graded as a 5* hotel, but given the overall status of the facility, I'd rather rank it as a very good 3*(+)... Yet, given the offered price and the location, it was a very good value for money!...

Lovely people Hotel is Old but comfortable the big problem ,they don't have refrigerator at room this is really crazy and unfortunately the road access is a real mess actualy, the sewage channel installation

There is everything you need for relaxation. The owner speaks English, Bulgarian, Russian. There is a chic bar, a dining room, the hotel room is spacious, the view from the window is inspiring

This is a great alternative to stay g on the beach. A short walk up the hill and you are away from the mayhem of the beach front. The host is a charming and softly spoken man

He has a wry sense of humour and excellent English. The place has a small pool, which is excellent for cooling off in before a superb dinner

Big hotel and casino directly at city center within the pedestrian zone. Great staff that helps you with everything you need. In direct vicinity are several restaurants and you have only 800m to the beach.

The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. The location of the hotel is great too. On television there are Russian-language, Ukrainian and Belarusian channels

Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant

The shower room is very spacious. Everything is freshly renovated. Separately, it is necessary to note the buffet. The only downside is the parking. But, although in the very center, by the sea, it already speaks volumes

The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!

Normal room, it is clean and have everything for a 2 star hotel. The biggest problem is the club near the hotel. But if you don't mind the noise is ok. Regarding the staff I can't complain
