The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful! I also liked the coffee and snacks served in the lobby. The room (double room, city view) didn't offer much comfort but was clean. Convenient location.

There is chees at lobby, what was a great fun too.
But, 0 star for people who was dealing with food. It is not Vegan or Vegetarian friendly, at all. People who serves food should speak English very well to explaing the ingredients respecting people's diet and health is vital for a good food experience and for health & safety as well.
The staff said to me go to the supermarket when I said that I was looking for a better vegetarian experience...

I will be back, because even with these difficulties I loved Varna and Hotel Panorama experience.

Our sea view room was a great choice. The view was perfect, looking out at the Black Sea. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, not cramped. The sofa was great to take advantage of the view. The only thing missing, was not having Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I just stopped by this hotel for breakfast and it was great experience. Everything you fancy for Bulgarian breakfast you can find in their buffet, plenty of choices and fruits! And the staff in the reception and restaurant are very welcoming . Thank you. Will visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel.
This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a.m.—we were initially worried about late check-in. However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic.

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well. A very kind gentleman in the dining room ensured all the guests were looked after, which added a warm and welcoming touch.

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view. I read some reviews and was shocked at people’s expectations and reactions…
The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, and I especially loved the pillow. It was so soft and cozy—I didn’t want to leave!

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna. There’s also a convenient little supermarket nearby, as well as the fascinating Roman bath ruins—so much to explore within walking distance. Don’t miss a stroll through the beautiful Sea Garden nearby; it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

One unique experience during our walks was seeing so many adorable cats around. We noticed many kind locals feeding and playing with them. If you’re an animal lover, consider packing a little food for them—they’ll appreciate it!

We’re already planning to return to Varna early next year, and we can’t wait to book this wonderful hotel again for our stay. Highly recommended!

Relatively new hotel, close to Varna port (passengers amd marina) and on 10 minutes walking distance to center. Parking available in front of the hotel. Breakfast can be better.

Nice location and okay hotel. The rooms were a bit old - especially the bathrooms, the showers are bad.
Breakfast is included and is quite good with a selection of local food options
