Panorama Hotel - Free EV Charging Station

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel.
This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a.m.—we were initially worried about late check-in. However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic.

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well. A very kind gentleman in the dining room ensured all the guests were looked after, which added a warm and welcoming touch.

Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Just to point out, when booking a room, if you want a sea view you need to book a room with a sea view. I read some reviews and was shocked at people’s expectations and reactions…
The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, and I especially loved the pillow. It was so soft and cozy—I didn’t want to leave!

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna. There’s also a convenient little supermarket nearby, as well as the fascinating Roman bath ruins—so much to explore within walking distance. Don’t miss a stroll through the beautiful Sea Garden nearby; it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

One unique experience during our walks was seeing so many adorable cats around. We noticed many kind locals feeding and playing with them. If you’re an animal lover, consider packing a little food for them—they’ll appreciate it!

We’re already planning to return to Varna early next year, and we can’t wait to book this wonderful hotel again for our stay. Highly recommended!

Relatively new hotel, close to Varna port (passengers amd marina) and on 10 minutes walking distance to center. Parking available in front of the hotel. Breakfast can be better.

Nice location and okay hotel. The rooms were a bit old - especially the bathrooms, the showers are bad.
Breakfast is included and is quite good with a selection of local food options

I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay. The room was spacious, with a bathroom floor that prevented stumbling, and the bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered delicious options and I appreciated the variety of drinks beyond just orange juice, particularly enjoying the pomegranate and orange detox. The massage was fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation after a day of travel. The skilled masseur left a lasting impression, prompting me to book another appointment on my next visit to Varna. My only suggestion is to consider using essential oils for their therapeutic benefits to enhance the overall experience. On a note of dissatisfaction, I paid for a room with a city view but received a view of the neighbors, which was disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet can keep you going a whole day. Wallet parking, what not to like.
Room clean and tightly - and big i size. A hotel worth coming back to.
