I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay. The room was spacious, with a bathroom floor that prevented stumbling, and the bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered delicious options and I appreciated the variety of drinks beyond just orange juice, particularly enjoying the pomegranate and orange detox. The massage was fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation after a day of travel. The skilled masseur left a lasting impression, prompting me to book another appointment on my next visit to Varna. My only suggestion is to consider using essential oils for their therapeutic benefits to enhance the overall experience. On a note of dissatisfaction, I paid for a room with a city view but received a view of the neighbors, which was disappointing.

Hotel looks nice. Breakfast buffet is also ok. View of the ocean is relaxing. Receptionist's English is ok. However, the air-conditioning in our room doesn't work properly in the summer, in case you want to make the room cooler. It only blows warm air even when the controler is set to cooling mode and lowest temperature possible. We had to stay and work inside the room. It was just impossible without opening the window. When we raised the issue to the receptionist, they said they'd go and check the room while we're out for lunch but upon our return, they just told us everything is working and temperature is normal and advised us to just turn off the air conditioning. (The room was still hot) They basically said they won't do anything about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet can keep you going a whole day. Wallet parking, what not to like.

October 2021, room was still hot, and aircon was not working. Hotel management did not fix it, the only advice was to open window. No compensation was made. Nor I did not ask one. For the price , not really a good deal. We did work in the room, and street outside did bother us, since we did need to keep window open, there is big pool in ocean view rooms, trainer is blowing whistle all the time. From morning to evening. Noise insulation in rooms, not that great neither. Breakfast was decent. Tough coffee selection was narrow. If you like eggs, those they have multiple selections. Lobby lady was speaking good English. If air-conditioning is working could give 3 stars, since room was nice and clean. Nice pillows. And free soap was good.
Overall I can't recommend this place, so will give only 2 ⭐

The service, staff and the view from the upper floors are first class. The minuses: very few parking spaces.
