A beautiful, clean, tidy and safe hotel

Smells very bad! But room was good. 2-3Km away from downtown Varna. There is no parking problem.

We have few points which we would like to share
1) Hotel room doesn’t have room cleaning system daily also towels are not changed daily or room doesn’t have proper ventilation
2) it’s very far from downtown, they mentioned it’s 2.5km but in general it’s above 3.5 km or 6km. There’s is no way to get to Center by walk or E scooter. Public transport is not very good and after 10 pm only way to get to hotel is by taxi . It was quite far from most places worth visiting . On ur website it was showing only 2.5 km
3) we were not informed that mini bar was not complimentary . Last moment they did all calculations of our consumption creating the situation very chaotic and we ended up missing our bus . After paying 17 euros they told us they made mistakes in calculations and their house keeper told that we consumed more as if we stole stuff from minibar . Even water was not complementary which was quite ridiculous .

Big room, great conditions, very clean, furniture looks very good and stylish, staff very kind! Recommend!

Have stayed a couple of time. Better than some hotels that claim to be 4 star. I was arriving and departing at unusual times due to flight and staff very understanding. For the city it is a little out of the way but this has the benefit for a quieter sleep and parking right outside. During one stay I was put in a room that had some damage to the tiles in the bathroom. If the bathroom tiles were fixed, extra sockets in the room and brighter lighting in the room I would have given the place an overall 5 stars.

Situated close enough to the center, the hotel 🏨 is nice, clean 🧼 quiet 🤫. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Reasonable prices and delicious 🤤 breakfast 🍳 included in the price! Gigantic, comfy bed 🛌 and pillows. Recommending! Strongly!

Situated in a typical local neighborhood, not in the centre but close enough to it by public transport or car. Excellent transportation and there is a bus station very close to the hotel. There is parking and excellent service. There is a Mall very close on case of any emerging needs. The hotel stuff is excellent and the room extremely clean, comfortable and spacey. Recommended!!

Came here for the first niece's wedding. Didn't stay at the hotel. Writing this to pass the time. All in all, an ok place. Food somewhat pretentious but good. One bathroom for thirty or so guests of the restaurant. Some stuff like doorhandles is worn out.

My home when I am home away. I feel like I will never give up coming here. It s our six th year, and often we come twice a year. Don, t expect luxury, but it is very relaxing. And if you know few things about surroundings you choose it. There are few to be done like with the beds, some minimal repairs in the bathrooms. But as I told before, even at home not everything works great. If you come here, please take care and be polite. Feel this plce, enjoy it. Restaurant Modena is close, at city shop center. Great. For lunch.
