Excellent hotel, nice rooms, nice staff

Great view
It is a great place, comfortable, modern. Just one thing that in the middle of the night we heard a night club music heavy bit, not sure where it came from. Otherwise, all went well and their spa is great.

Best hotel in Varna
Overall very good hotel. Location, pool, service. The coffee shop was very nice in the past, not anymore, new management probably. The room was not prepared for two but for one person.

We enjoyed graffit gallery hotel very much. we were upgraded with no extra charges due to bday celebration.
everything was just perfect. the breakfast is ok. the suite was perfect. we didn't use the pool and sauna but it looked nice. unfortunately, because it wasn't the season we couldn't have a massage (the guy wasn't there every day).
the stuff was really nice and helped us with every question we had.
the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from Varna's recreation area. (restaurants, casino. etc.)
there is a bus station near the hotel (use 409 line- we traveled with him everywhere including airport).
there is a nice minimarket in front of the hotel the opens till 22:00 pm.
the hotel has a nice coffee that belongs to him where u can eat and drink.

Fantastic hotel
My second time stay in this fabulous hotel continuing from last year. The same receptionist was there, kind and hospitable as ever who made me feel at home and relax.

I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning, but they prepared packed breakfast for me not even ask for it. That was really impressive and helpful, thank you so much.

Everything is wonderful. I strongly recommend this hospitable hotel.

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels . 3 came up, I chose GRAFFIT. Great hotel . It's very fancy . Breakfast is delish . But the serviceeee. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude . Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here . Either way , you don't feel "welcomed" . Anyways , I did want to extend to 6 more nights , after a "lovely" talk with a a girl reception, I ended up to another Varnas best hotel in the area.

My wife & I were happy to be back at this wonderful property for a quick overnight stay at the end of our annual Bulgaria trip. We first visited five years ago on my wife’s recommendation and were amazed by the mix of modern & classical atmospheres that this chic hotel delivers “without trying too hard.” The Bang & Olufsen TVs are one of my favorite touches as this is a truly high-end luxury product that immediately elevates a space without being obtrusive. The biggest thing that I want to highlight this time around, however, is the amazing service that we received. The bellman was extremely helpful with our luggage upon arrival, and the amazing front desk staff, upon hearing that our trip had an unfortunate delay due to one of our kids running a fever on the morning of our expected departure, swooped in & made us a comfortable as possible by providing us with the location of a nearby doctor, allowing me to spend an hour & a half on the front desk phone trying to rearrange our flights, and allowing us to extend our stay beyond the standard check out as our plans suddenly changed. I want to highlight Velina, Ivan, and Kalin for their thoughtful contributions to our stay. The service was really above & beyond this time around, and although the aesthetics of this property are enough to provide five stars on their own, the service really came through on this stay and I can’t overstate that enough.

The adjacent cafe is also amazing with probably one of the best coffees that I have had on our trip! Definitely worth stopping in for even if you’re not staying at the hotel. This hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be in Varna & is close to a lot of great restaurants & a very nice strip in the popular part of the city.

Definitely consider Graffiti Gallery when looking for a place to stay in this area! I have sent friends here in the past & they have been blown away as well. I really have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here.
