The Westin Prince Toronto
Toronto, 900 York Mills Road 🧭 Map
I checked in with my daughter and the staff was amazing! The bar was beautiful and the lobby was updated. I was very impressed with the overall look. The parking was not far and easy to access. There is a nail salon in the lobby as well. The house keeping was very nice and efficient. If you stay here and the room feels a bit warm just open your balcony window to let the breeze in. There are a number...
I visited this property several years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see the magnificent upgrades that were made to this property. Pan Pacific has done a fantastic change over! The bar lounge, 900 is a great place to sit and have deliciously made cocktail drinks by their wonderful staff. They also have a nice menu if you are looking to just stay for the evening.
The room was spacious, very clean...
I attended a group event at the pan Pacific Hotel in North York in November. Everything was satisfactory. I had a tasty salmon for dinner at the restaurant just to the right on the reception area. The restaurant service was fast and the servers were kind. The hotel room was comfortable and I really liked the heated bathroom floors. I would highly recommend both the restaurant and the hotel. I...
Hotel and room were very nice. Room was cleaned properly. I would give a higher rating but there was a screw sticking through our carpet and I unfortunately found it by stepping on it. We immediately told front desk who advised us someone would be coming to remove it but they never did. They did end up discounting us at the end of the stay which I appreciate. I also want to add that parking is very...
It is a nice hotel with ample conference space for corporate events. I found the catering here to be better than most hotels in Toronto, so that was a nice change. The hotel itself is a bit dated and I cant quite see what justifies the high price tag, but I would stay again as long as I get a good deal.
I was here for a short conference for one day so didn't really get a full experience of the hotel. What I will comment on is the location is pretty easy to find and had lots of parking when I was there. It's an automatic license plate reader so no need for a ticket or going to the front desk. Also when at the conference they had an iPad at each door where you just punched in your license plate to register...

I wanted to amend my review and improve it, upon relection. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend. Thank you to the RC. We stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty nice. Considering the pricing it should be though. We got a club room which gives access to the club lounge which is totally worth it since you get basically all meals if you want. The food was definitely above average. There were a lot...
Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!
We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought this would be a nice way to relax and enjoy the perks of the Ritz but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I firmly believe our room wasn’t cleaned fully before we arrived, there was a rug laid in front of the shower and the extra bed pillow was shoved into the TV stand. After room service came thru and cleaned the next day, that...
Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. While marble is beautiful, I would rather have places to put my own things in the bathroom and have real privacy while I’m in there. The real luxury of this hotel lies in the service you receive in club level. Oana, Emma, and Olga were exceptional in their service...
There is completely nothing wrong with this hotel from the wonderful reception we had at check in from Audrie very pleasant thank you to the wonderful little treat we got for our 10 year anniversary surprise on behalf of the office staff a big thank you my wife was super surprised. The room was amazing so clean super fresh smell as you walk in the door so many cool futures with the automatic sensor...
Pretty great, though I expected more from THE premier 5 star hotel of Toronto.
Everything was great, but not excellent. To be honest, it felt like a 4 star hotel. No complementary drinks, had to request bathroom supplies like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the concierge was not picking up the phone for ~1 hour between 3pm and 4pm.
They did honour our requested early check in and late check out...

Had a stupendous time during the stay at the Regis! The services was excellent and the staff was helpful.
Nice experience, well located hotel, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary comforts, even if the rooms could use a restyling.
This hotel was incredibly arrogant and rude! We booked for a week, stayed only two days, and then they moved us to a lower-class room, claiming it was for water issues and repairs. The very next day, they gave our original room to other guests. Only after we argued did they refund the price difference for the lower-class room. By the way, I lost my phone during my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying...
The front desk was very nice. We booked a room on short notice and were lucky to be upgraded. The room was very clean and the view from the upper floors was good. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
Very good experience. All the staff are very nice. The rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are great. The location is in the core area of downtown Toronto. It is convenient to go everywhere.
Was in Toronto for a bit of biz and a bit of a family holiday. Great location, decent sized rooms and amazing service! Full marks to the crew!

I thought the front desk staff was very warm and helpful. Kind. I loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, but was disappointed with breakfast selection.
We went here with a group of friends, and everything worked out great 👍. From the nice service to the clean rooms and a great location if you're traveling or have something specific in the area. We loved watching the planes continually taking off and landing 👌. It was a free show 🤣 . Thanks for the amazing time, and we'll be back 💯.
A nice place to spend the night after a flight cancellation. We were picked up near baggage claim by the hotel shuttle. Had a few drinks and some dinner then up to the room for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The return shuttle to the airport was packed every time and a bit slow to return - just leave 30 minutes before you planned and all will be well.
Love this place Rohan the breakfast waiter is super friendly. The bartender makes the best recommendations. I can’t forget the waitress and the customer service at the front desk check-in. These woman took care of me to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again, and this Hotel is highly recommended. Friendly service and worth the one night stay. We did not use the shuttle, but it takes you to airport...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Toronto Airport, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Close to the Pearson airport, this hotel has a black shuttle with chairs and seatbelts for easy transition.
I had a 2-double bed room with lovely modern and peaceful artwork, a love seat, small ottoman, a large full length mirror across from the closet, and a nice small bathroom. The bathroom had a rain shower head, multi-use shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the shower wall, a plug-in hairdryer...

Excellent service and clean environment! Highly recommend this hotel in North York area…
Convenient location, washroom is dirty. The staff need to do a more thorough cleaning before a new customer checks in.
The hotel location is good and you can reach it from the subway through the North York Centre. This is my only positive comment for this hotel.
I’ve stayed here a half dozen times for my trips to Toronto. It’s continent because it’s right on top of the subway, and a quick 15-20 minute ride to downtown.
It was years ago that I’ve stayed here, but it was my go to. Rooms were nice. For the price you pay per night, the parking is highway robbery.
One of the most affordable hotel I found in the area. The service was slow when I signed in, the computers weren't working properly. The rooms are nice and spacious, a bit o the older side but clean and well taking care of. It includes a nice gym and decent size pool.
Very nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms, well appointed, and tastefully decorated.
The standing guest room lights take some exploring to learn how to operate them, and the shower (in a lovely bathroom) could really use a safety grab bar.
Front desk staff were very polite and helpful, as were the restaurant waiters (and the breakfast spread was excellent).

The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who...
Next to Pearson Airport, you can see the runway from the window. The facilities are convenient. The air conditioning in the room is a bit loud. Parking requires an additional fee. The staff is friendly.
DoubleTree by Hilton Good quality Like
The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. I didn't drink the water on purpose...
The room was clean and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient
Clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and there are hot muffins on arrival, which taste good.

Absolutely no complaints. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. They are friendly, helpful and always so kind. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!
Check in was smooth and fast. I didn't drive because I thought parking would be expensive. Found out when I got there that it is 35 a night, I would have paid. The bed in my jacuzzi suite was TERRIBLE. Huge sink in the middle of the mattress, that cost me 2 nights of what I thought would be quality sleep. The jacuzzi in the room is very nice. Staff is cordial. Due to covid, they've implemented a 1...
Just stayed here for two nights in March. Very nice and clean hotel. Hallways, rooms, elevators, everything is clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was equipped with a fridge and microwave which was handy. The heated indoor pool is very nice, and very clean and all one level around 4' deep. No deep in. Hot tub was also great. My only complaint is that the parking prices are outrageous...
Good hotel in a good location. Staff is very friendly. Not sure if anyone else experienced this in their room, but mine had a few outlets not working in the bathroom and the tv had a terrible lag. I also didn't like how I couldn't use the thicker curtains to close off any lights coming from outside. I only could close the lighter white curtains. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay and liked that...
I really enjoyed my stay, staff were excellent and the room was beautiful. The sheets were so comfy! In terms of amenities, their pool and fitness room is pathetic to say the least. As in I've never seen a worse pool in my life. However, if you only intend to stay in your room and/or go out, then I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
Good hotel, great location downtown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the only issue was $48 for parking overnight... But it is downtown. I really enjoyed my stay at W Toronto. The room was very modern and I liked the vibe of the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Toronto (CN Tower, Harbourfront, etc.) and more east making it not as walkable, but you can easily find transportation to the Core. I didn’t order any food at the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, nice shower, generally quiet (aside from sometimes...
Overall, my wife and I had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The hotel offers a boutique-style experience with high-level of service the Marriott umbrella of hotels provides. The rooms are chic with a modern look. The lower rating was due to the service we had at the top floor restaurant. Although the atmosphere was nice, the menu didn’t have many vegetarian options. The service was also not...

My room is apart of the hotel shelter program in Toronto so I had no television or light with a shade on it, also no fridge or furniture for storage besides a bedside table dresser with two mini drawers. As shelters go this is one of the nicest, albeit temporary, in the area. All services and healthcare are currently available without leaving the building. I hope to stay until I can find affordable housing.
The staff here do not communicate and this results in constant problems. Things frequently go missing from the rooms (money, gift cards, prescription medications). Staff come into the rooms without notice and a few staff members are quite rude
Great atmosphere! The pool is an outstanding feature with water slides! Great for family fun.
I went there just for some drinks at the bar they have, i must say it was a little disappointing. The service by the staff was satisfactory, but the beers we had were stale. Very loud environment since the bar is right by the main entrance, which didn’t really bother us.

Great service when we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Julie at the front desk. The room was very clean and had good accommodations. The shuttle bus took us back to the airport on time and was free of charge. Definitely would stay here again if I have a long layover in Toronto.
My husband and I had a great stay. We got the shuttle bus from the airport and check-in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk, Tashia, was friendly, efficient, and kind. Our room was modern and clean. We had a great sleep on the comfy bed. Will definitely recommend and choose and choose this hotel for any future layovers.
Rooms very clean. Enough towels in each room. Pool was nice and the hot tub. Breakfast at moxies was delicious. The carpet in the rooms and halls was old but clean. I was a little worried when I walked in and saw the renovations but everything was clean and we had no issues. Staff was very nice as well.
Taisa received my sister and I, she was so delightful and it really made the start of our stay! She was super helpful and provided us with such a warm welcome! The rooms were spotless, and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The construction didn’t bother us at all, as we were told ahead of time of noise in the morning. Overall great stay! Will definitely come back!
Thanks again Tasia!
Loved the view from our room. Watching planes take off at sunset! Comfy bed, comforter, and pillows. Our front desk agent was so friendly and helpful. I do wish there were plugs/usb beside the bed to charge my phone at night.
Would definitely stay here again!
We always love staying for the beds. So comfy and clean.
We had an amazing staff check in during the evening. I didn't get her name, they were busy but she made sure our stay was fixed. Somehow the room we booked wasn't what we needed and unfortunately had to pay for a upgrade.

Big parking area and nice room for entertaining 200+ people (lower level). Realatively easy access to complex off 404.
1st room had no heat or refrigerator. 2nd room took a long time for heat to kick in. There was just a shower, no bathtub, which I prefer.

Location, location, location!!! Steps away from the Eaton centre. Next to Dundas Square. Walking Distance to all of downtown, waterfront, CN tower, arenas, restaurants and the Aquarium. The Bond Place hotel is a cute little hotel right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The room had a modern vibe, with lots of different lighting options, which I really appreciate. The only downside was the elevator issue, there were three elevators, one of which was out of service, and there was a period of time where a second one was unavailable, which made it pretty inconvenient for all hotel guests...
Location is fantastic. I generally stay here when I need to be in this area. Hotel is clean. Can be kind of loud sometimes. Decor is a bit like Ikea (lots of melamine). It all seems good at first glance but then you realize how it has aged. All that said it is a reasonable hotel in a good location for an acceptable price.
I arrived in late hours unless you are able to show an itinerary, otherwise, it is a bit difficult, especially in Toronto.

Only 10 mins walk from train station, CN tower and aquarium. Floor carpeting looking a bit grubby, changing area for pool needs an upgrade. Breakfast is okay as long as you don't mind scrambled egg everyday. Problem with only one working elevator during my stay which resulted in a 30 min delay getting downstairs and staff refused to extend the breakfast service closing time
The room is spacious with a small kitchen. There are charges for bottled water. Breakfast has little varieties. There is an heated indoor swimming pool and jacizzi which is quite relaxing.
Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite and the room smell like vomit and they ran out of 2 bedroom suites and they offered 2 single room suite with no other compensation. There was much lesser space in the 2 studio suite and they did not do up the sofa bed for the third person too. Never had the pleasure of staying in yorkville before. I was here on business and not sure what to expect for this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. I think the beds and furniture are exactly the same but I was really happy with the level of service. The only negative is the very limited loyalty program as part of a small chain.
First time stay since changeover from previous Intercontinental Hotel. Many elements of the Intercontinental remain (a good thing) but feels freshened up with some nice changes. Great location across from the ROM and a few minutes walk to Yorkville. Nice restaurant, nice lounge, well priced considering the great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you...
Excellent room and service, I will definitely return.
The price is only right for the starting position, and everything else is so-so.
The check-in time is too late. People staying in the hotel cannot have priority to dine in the hotel restaurant. They must make a reservation. The room is okay. There are many Middle Eastern people.
The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice...
Amazing hotel and amenities. Service team went above and beyond to make the stay memorable.

Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre
Toronto, 801 Dixon Road 🧭 Map
Helpful staff, comfortable beds, bar quiet and comfortable
My recent stay was great thanks to the staff, food, and cozy accommodations. But, I'll be honest, there was a tiny hiccup that initially caught us off guard.
We were super excited to hop onto the complimentary shuttle when we arrived. But here's the kicker: we ended up waiting for almost an hour before it finally showed up. Now, we had chosen this hotel primarily because of the shuttle service, only...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by the courteous staff at the front desk. Check-in was a breeze, and they ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was well-appointed and...
It was my first time staying at this hotel, I'll definitely be back. I was there for a conference, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, they answered all questions with ease. Whenever we had a problem they quickly fixed it.
I really liked this hotel. Great amenities in the room, I stayed there for a work function, unfortunately I was unable to obtain pictures of the conference room or restaurant.
The event was very well serviced, catered and taken care of. The food quality was very good. The organization of the staff as well.
The staff members very friendly, the accommodated us with late check outs helping us have more...
Very comfortable King bed. I just loved how soft the billows were. Very clean hotel. Sheraton hotel never disappointed me. Everything was amazing throughout my two days stay. At the reception, received the best customer service.
