We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you...
Excellent room and service, I will definitely return.
The price is only right for the starting position, and everything else is so-so.
The check-in time is too late. People staying in the hotel cannot have priority to dine in the hotel restaurant. They must make a reservation. The room is okay. There are many Middle Eastern people.
The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice...

Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre
Toronto, 801 Dixon Road 🧭 Map
Helpful staff, comfortable beds, bar quiet and comfortable
My recent stay was great thanks to the staff, food, and cozy accommodations. But, I'll be honest, there was a tiny hiccup that initially caught us off guard.
We were super excited to hop onto the complimentary shuttle when we arrived. But here's the kicker: we ended up waiting for almost an hour before it finally showed up. Now, we had chosen this hotel primarily because of the shuttle service, only...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by the courteous staff at the front desk. Check-in was a breeze, and they ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was well-appointed and...
It was my first time staying at this hotel, I'll definitely be back. I was there for a conference, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, they answered all questions with ease. Whenever we had a problem they quickly fixed it.
I really liked this hotel. Great amenities in the room, I stayed there for a work function, unfortunately I was unable to obtain pictures of the conference room or restaurant.
The event was very well serviced, catered and taken care of. The food quality was very good. The organization of the staff as well.
The staff members very friendly, the accommodated us with late check outs helping us have more...
Very comfortable King bed. I just loved how soft the billows were. Very clean hotel. Sheraton hotel never disappointed me. Everything was amazing throughout my two days stay. At the reception, received the best customer service.

very nice hotel!
Clean&comfortable.
stuff are very kind. you should choose this hotel when you'll visit toronto.
When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail...
The location is great! Satisfied! The actual photos are as follows! Convenient for eating and traveling around!
Great experience overall, with very friendly staff and great views of city and the lake. A big shoutout to Nathalia who assisted us with the room reservation and special requests.
Maybe because we checked in late, they upgraded our room for free!
Slippers, pajamas, and water were provided for the first time.
There was also a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.

Currently being used as a shelter to help with overcrowding hostels. Staff is optimal at the hotel. I am very much grateful to be living here currently giving me the opportunity of moving forward from here and find permanent housing. I feel safe!!
My wife and I stayed here recently while attending an event. The room was clean and we didn't have any noise issues. Some things have been updated and the king sized bed was comfortable. It had a TV, fridge, microwave coffee maker etc. The buffet breakfast was actually pretty good. It had mini omelettes, scrambled eggs, two types of sausage patties, pancakes, breads, cereals, yogurt, pasteries etc...
Go for breakfast as early as possible otherwise you may struggle for somewhere to sit.
Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff, breakfast isn’t that great (compared to the U.K. full English at Holiday Inn UK) but it’s free!
Lots of features I enjoyed. Friendly staff that helped us keep an eye out for keys we lost. A really great breakfast. Easily accessible computers of which you could print from free of charge. Pool and gym were of a satisfactory quality. The only thing is the beds were doubles in a standard 2 bed room so it was a bit small for my wife and I.
Rooms were great as well as the service. Free parking and a great, clean pool!

I'm giving this a 4 star because of the value based on park and fly to Pearson airport. It's an old hotel but it was clean enough. Large parking lot and the shuttle took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Pick up we waited about 15. It was considerably cheaper than other options and I was happy with what we got for a simple park n fly.
Doesn't look like much from outside but rooms are clean. We used their stay and park n fly for a 12 day trip. Best pick up service we ever had. Fast. Waited in past up to an hour. Only waited 10 min.
Friendly staff and quick service. I was in my room 10 mins after walking in. The entire is clean and well kept. Very satisfied

Staff friendly and accommodating
I was so pleasantly surprised by how gracious, accommodating and friendly all members of staff were at this particular hotel. We were there for provincials (hockey) and the hotel was busy and bustily. Thank you Courtyard Marriott (Toronto Airport) for making it such a great weekend. All staff members at this location is exceptional.
Comfortable and spacious room. Room temperature was too cold for this time of year, and could not get it warmer. Room had no water to drink. Question to the hotels, why have you stopped putting water in the rooms for the guests?
Although it's described as a hotel at the airport, you will need to catch either the shuttle or an Uber/taxi from the airport.
We stayed at the Courtyard for one night on two occasions during overnight layovers.
We stayed in room 324 on the first night, and it was fine. The room was clean enough and I appreciated that body lotion was provided by the sink. They have bottles for Shampoo, Condition, and Body Wash in the shower which was good, some kind of eucalyptus, lavender smelling thing. The clock in this room was also a...

Very friendly service, easy parking, clean room. Modern but basic.
I like having the 24hr diner in the same building that also provides room service.
This hotel rooftop has nice views and the pool looks nice. It does get crowded at night and almost looks like a club entrance but I just walked up to the front and the security asked if we were staying and was extremely friendly and opened the door...
Love the hotel and the staff were very welcoming. Bar is open at night and there are performances often. The pool and bar on the roof is amazing and the view is gorgeous. Only thing about the pool is that people can rent it out for events, which closes it off to people who paid for the night at the hotel. As a result, you may not have as much access to the rooftop pool. Rooms were super clean (hair...
The food here is great, and the rooftop bar has a great view. My room had a breathtaking view of the city. The room was nice and spacious with a well designed restroom. The location is right off Bathurst and steps away from King St. West. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Service was great, let be the lobby. Highly recommend staying here.
The view was one of the best I've seen in the city. Vibe was good. Only complaint was that we were hungry, and ready to spend money on food, but they only had a few sushi items available, and wouldn't bring the food from the main floor restaurant so we had to go around the block and get our own food.
Have (almost) always been here for private events. Even in a climate full of people feeling deserving, they make you feel special. The ground floor bar is FAR underrated - bartenders can sometimes leave something to be desired, but with our events, that's understandable.
I was a former steward. The hotel and people are best. The chef (mark) is one of the best I ever seen if there is 7 star I give him 7 star. He changed everything. Because of him I stayed there. Some staff's tried to abuse me because I am black. including the s. chafe I don't wanna mention his name because he knows what he did. Beautiful hotel the room was very roomy awesome bathroom i loved the walk in shower. Very good breakfast lots of selection very nicely set up. Everything was very clean and i loved that it was pet friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. My stay was very enjoyable.
Could use a few more parking spots. also the scenery around the building is pretty flat and nothing really around except stores and gas stations and a bus stop. The staff is very kind. The room is beautiful and you can even see the sunset from it. There is a snack store downstairs and they provide general hygiene items which help a lot. The bed sheets and bedding is clean. Just overall well run inn
The Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport. During my stay at the hotel from August 16th to the 20th, I was truly impressed by the spaciousness and quality of the rooms. Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. There’s a small putting floor next to the gym too.
Room was large and well appointed with nice amenities
Service was great. Room was nice, seem to be newly renovated - clean and well appointed. Room service was excellent! Lots of construction around, but that is Toronto right now - sound did not affect our sleep at all. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice and clean hotel good service...
Amenities: The Residence Inn's amenities were as complete as ever.
Service: I booked a king-size bed with a sofa bed, but was upgraded to a suite. I was very satisfied.
Amenities: There's a basketball court outside the hotel, but unfortunately I didn't have time to play. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
By the way, it's very close to the airport.
Very close to the airport. Convenient
The cheapest hotel in Toronto. The breakfast is not good. It is barely usable for business trips. There is no hotel shuttle bus. It is very troublesome.
A bit annoying to be asked at check in if I have a car and told it's an extra $25 a night for parking. I should have expected it since airport hotels all do it but still I wish it was just built into the price. Does anyone ever arrive on foot and not have to pay the parking fee?
Overall it's a decent hotel, our suite was spacious and comfortable. Quite clean overall. One of three TV's didn't work...
We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok.
