The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. Stayed here on a family holiday in July, the apartments were clean and well maintained. It is about a 25 minute walk to Ayia Napa town with plenty of shops if you choose the main road in or a nice walk along the front. Lots of places to snorkel, as well as other water sports nearby. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

we stay at limanaki beach hotel every year, this will be our 4th visit. Food is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it, portions are huge and you have a great selection to choose from. One of best hotels which I have stayed in ayia napa for bed and breakfast. The hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The location was perfect we could walk to restaurants and bars. The bus service is also very good to go to local beaches. Hopefully we will be returning in the future

We checked out today after 7 lovely nights at this hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor with an extra large balcony with sunbeds. The views of the harbour from the room were stunning. The hotel is in a great location steps from the harbour and the long sandy beach and also all the bars, restaurants and shops that you could want. Fantastic location. The rooms were all kept spotlessly clean daily by the team and the hotel reception were very courteous and friendly throughout our stay. We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

My experience at this hotel was brilliant! The staff are nice the rooms are a decent size. The food is great a big buffet every night whilst on all inclusive and the drinks on the all inclusive menu are better than the drinks on the normal menu. The swimming pool is huge! I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. I am very glad that we chose this place for staying during our holiday. The location was perfect: just half an hour walk from Nissi beach and Limanaki beach, close to evening fun locations, but far enough from all the noises. Strong Wi-Fi was available in all locations. We have spent 4 weeks at this facility and I have to say that the experience was amazing. Location is very central and you can easily reach all amenities. I am here right now. Our room is basic but very clean but behind us is a building site and they start very early, this morning it was 3am so very little sleep had. The food is good with plenty of choice and the staff are excellent. It's a small complex ideal for families and the pool is perfect. We are a couple but the children are no problem. Great staff, diverse catering serves vegetarians well and makes their options creative; close to great beach, plenty of activities for children and adults alike. Nice seaside resort hotel apartment. Rooms - studios with kitchen (there is a stove, toaster, kettle, dishes), two minutes to go to the sea. Of the minuses - the service is far from chain hotels - they are more or less cleaned, a continental breakfast with the same thing, wifi only in the lobby, they did not hear about replenished soap and shampoo in the showers.

Me way to rip off tourists - extra charge for air conditioning and you find out about it after you pay for the room. Welcome to stone age!
