The hotel was immaculate from the front stairs to our room. Everything felt really modern and cleanliness was always maintained to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful where needed. From a vibes perspective I would say this hotel is better suited to young travellers and part go-ers as the pool has lively music all day which may not be appealing to families.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. This was more of a hotel for people on package holidays but did the job for me as a stop over on my travels around the island. It was spacious and although basic had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and the pool are are pretty good either. It is rather loud though until 1-2 am, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it is difficult to fall asleap. The room quality corresponds to a 2* hotel, so don‘t expect anything higher.

The hotel is clean and welcoming, situated in a central location in Ayia Napa. The reception team are welcoming and accommodating and always on hand. Linda is amazing, looked after us really well and recommended places to visit. Linda also arranged car hire and taxis for us.

Cheap and relatively good location for this hotel. But not exactly clean but it is cheap for solo travellers

The room was nice. Unfortunately I stayed during a period in which they are doing work with bulldozers near the hotel, and in the morning the loud noises start already around 7, so I recommend always bringing earplugs.

Great location, in the heart of Ayia Napa but still in a more relaxed neighborhood with onsite covered parking. The people were extremely helpful and assistive whenever I needed them which was a huge plus! Breakfast options were a la carte and the food was good. The rooms might need some renovation but they were bright, clean and very large. Overall great value for money option !

Stayed here for a week in September 24. I had reserved expectations however it exceeded any I may have had. This hotel is clean, the staff are lovely and is conveniently situated to appease all ages. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a budget stay in Aiya Napa.

A big plus of this hotel is that it is located near a bus stop that takes you to different cities in Cyprus. We also arrived from the airport by bus and got off at the same stop. The New rooom they gave me for 2 nights was a good room, much better then the poolside room - Everything worked and it had a modern decor, which was ok. It is located away from the old town and beach, therefore is worth a look for cheap euro room. The pool is busy all day and night and seems a popular choice.

Very clean holiday apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and surrounding area. It was fairly quiet when we stayed so pool side bar was closed so we cannot comment on that. Short walk to the sea front. 10min walk to centre of town.

The Spartan exterior is deceiving. These units are very comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen facilities are great. Plenty are car parking is available. Manager is very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience, hygiene at the highest level (bed linen changed 3 times, towels changed every other day). The room is bigger than ordinary ones, and the pool is nicely decorated and not crowded. Special kudos to the owners for accommodating late arrivals and late departures.

Rooms were regularly cleaned and provided with new shower gel/soap towels etc. She even provided us with UK style adapters to use the plugs!
