Big and nice room. Really friendly staff and good prices. Unfortunately the breakfast isn't the greatest.

Very nice place and really you get your money's worth. Clean and tidy inside and outside, the surroundings and the pool. The food was also nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit.

(At least our floor was. Loads of teenagers banging doors, running, yelling). One small bottle of shampoo for 2 for 4 days. No soap.

Stayed here 1 week of May 2022. Had a 1 bedroom Apartment with Pool View. Pros - Clean and Newly Renovated - Reception helpful - Excellent Walking Location to Beach and Strip (5min) - Free Underground Car Park Cons - Teens coming Late Night making noise in corridor - Cleaners not friendly - Lack of amenities in bathroom like shower gel, hand soap and shaving sockets.

First time in Cyprus, beautiful Island. Hotel was fantastic and in a prime location. Staff are warm and friendly and can't do enough for you. Think I will definately come back later in the year.

The reception (George) called our room at 5.20am (!) asking that we return the rental car. We rented our car at a completely different company. When we told him that, he just repeated himself again and again, “Give me the car key, you rented the car”. Because we thought something had happened to our rental car (why else would you call at this hour) we stayed on the line, but the reception just kept...

The rooms are big but old the pool is okay. But what bothers me alot is that the airconditioner costs 6 euros per day and there are 2 in the room that barely works me and my friends had 2 rooms and it cost us 120 euros to keep the rooms cool for 5 days witch is alot of money and on top of that they took 15 euros per remote deposite.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and the pool are are pretty good either. It is rather loud though until 1-2 am, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it is difficult to fall asleap. The room quality corresponds to a 2* hotel, so don‘t expect anything higher.

Great base. Food is reasonable with portions being a good size. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shop on site for basic needs. Make sure you have air con before you get here or you will have to pay and it can be quite expensive. Overall I liked this place and had a good time.

At first we recived a very poor service! We booked 2 rooms, bed and breakfast for 4 nights, on our second day staff notified us that suddenly breakfast is not included, we tried to solve the problem and did not get any help, reception girl was very unhelpful. Great location, in the heart of Ayia Napa but still in a more relaxed neighborhood with onsite covered parking. The people were extremely helpful and assistive whenever I needed them which was a huge plus! Breakfast options were a la carte and the food was good. The rooms might need some renovation but they were bright, clean and very large. Overall great value for money option !

Stayed here for a week in September 24. I had reserved expectations however it exceeded any I may have had. This hotel is clean, the staff are lovely and is conveniently situated to appease all ages. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a budget stay in Aiya Napa.

Definitely a good location for going on a day/night out as it’s probably about a 2 minute walk to the Bar street, it’s about 10/15 minutes to the nearest beach and surrounded by brilliant restaurants or local Fruit market. Very good price/quality hotel. We stayed a week and it was quite good. The staff is lovely and always trying to help you. We had an issue with noisy room location and some party guests, and they sorted out immediately. The pool bar is great and prices too! We travelled as a couple. Parking is super easy.

Great apartment for your money: stylish new furniture, comfortable kitchen, a balcony. Located in the heart. Discos are very close, because heard good, although the bedroom standards. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is free, and in the living room 7.5 euros per day. Rooms on the upper floors very hot.

La Casa Di Napa provides an excellent service and puts the welfare for their guests at number one. We needed to cancel our booking. Even though they didn't have to, they waved our cancellation fees and were really understanding to our situation. We are really grateful for their generosity! And can only hope to come back to this loving place sometime!

We were there the last days of augoust and we really like the place. The breakfast was quite complete, they had boulangerie, coffee, fried eggs and fruit. Its also good that is quite separete from agia napa party town so u can rest and sleep weell.

Old hotel and rooms, located uphill away from the centre. They offer breakfast buffet for 8 euros with very limited options.

We just wanted a clean bed and bathroom for the night as we were geocaching in the area. The apartment here was perfect. Clean, friendly and close enough to everything. Only issue is the busy road it's next to and the loud quad bikes.

Pretty basic, the new rooms are fresh but doesn't feel so "home-y". The reception looks like its from the stone age, it is situated by the road so you always hear the cars during the day by the pool, so I recommend going to the beach instead. 20 mins to nissi

Don't mistake the Kaos with chaos. This place is really good for the money we paid. Checkin was fast and unproblematic. The rooms are clean, everything is working. No Extra for the AC. Great value for money. Good size apartments with little kitchen and AC. The place is clean and WiFi is free. There is no breakfast. Location is great for going out in ayia napa party and also to the main beaches.

The location and the aparment is fine, I only missed the drainboad from it and some shelves and hangers from the bathroom. The restaurant however is perfect with really delicious meals on the menu and a nice staff! Absolutely recommended!❤

A very modern great apartments to stay at the apartment is very well equipped, oven, 2 hobs, fridge freezer, iron and board, kettle, toaster, safe, air con. There is no pool but you are welcomed to use the pool across the road at another complex, you will not be disappointed.
