Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.
the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone
you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)
A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it
The poolside entertainment was very repeatative. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Very expensive for 3 stars Holiday. The waiters and staff were friendly

Definitely more pros than cons to this hotel, we had a lovely stay. Staff were all friendly and polite, spoke good English and couldn’t do enough for you. Pools were big and plenty of sunbeds
We’ve had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Great food and service all round. We will definitely be returning. Great location too.
UPDATED: Despite the two beautiful pools, they are unfortunately inaccessible. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels even before the pools open, leaving them constantly occupied
I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of ayia nap from my balcony which added to the overall sense of tranquility and escape from the bustling island outside. Dining at your hotel was a true delight

Didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant attached to it was one of the best from our trip. Would highly recommend the pork chops. Melts in your mouth and was genuinely the best pork I've eaten in my life

It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre, lots of restaurants, cafes, clubs. The sandy beach is 3 minutes away, but the hotel beach with pool is also wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Stunningly clean water. Beach not so. Quiet dirty under the sand and a strange sulphur smell. Good selection of bars in the front and clean toilets.
The foam party is great fun as well. We went on a Tuesday and it started at around 4-4:30pm. The staff are all polite and very quick to serve you. There are enough tables around to sit and enjoy drinks
The music is a bit loud in the central bar but you can find a spot on a beach chair somewhere aside or even stay on a small island (no shadow there so you can take an umbrella with you😉⛱)
Very nice beaches with white sand and warm water for kids and adults
Beds are comfortable and costs only €2,50. Cocktails are pretty cheap

Rooms are a nice size with a tv and a small fridge the food is so good that you dont have to go to any of the other restaurants around the hotel. Its clean the staff are polite and friendly covers a lot of age groups
4-star hotel which deserves a 5-star rating. Has everything you need close by, and the beach is amazing. We booked the beach suite, a bit more expensive but totally worth it.
