The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, right next to Nissi beach and not far from the Water Park which was a great day out. Plenty of lifts which was helpful! Great sea view

The staff were beyond amazing – warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights for our wedding anniversary. Nissi Blu went above and beyond to make it so special for us. I have a serious Nut allergy and they made sure everything was safe for me

Whether it was the breakfast buffet with endless options, or the à la carte dinners with local and international flavors, we looked forward to every bite! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

The facilities were top-notch too – the pools were crystal clear, the spa was serene, the gym well-equipped, and the rooms spacious and modern with stunning sea views

Great location, half an hour from the airport, very nice room with a Sea view, great pool (get your towel out early!), right next to the beach (sunbed was €15 for 2 for the day)

Separately, it is worth noting the food - very tasty!!! Variety of seafood, meat dishes and vegetables

Many of the staff have worked here for years and live in nearby towns, so it's nice to see familiar faces each visit. Maria at the kids club is amazing

Melissa at the hairdressers has done an amazing job with all our hair. Top head waiter (tall guy, whose name I forget) was so welcoming to all guests

Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

Stayed for 2 days as a family of 4 on All Inclusive terms and everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. Air condition in the rooms efficient. Drinks service in the restaurant is quick. Loved the omelette during breakfast

The rooms were spacious with decent air conditioning units which kept the room nice and chilled. The beds in the room seemed quite firm to begin with however I was pleasantly surprised as I slept extremely well in them

There a couple of small points that could be improved: the bars are quite a walk from the pool area, one being inside near reception- would be good to have a bar nearer,maybe on the terrace outside the restaurant

The resort is like an Oasis of calm amidst the madness. Tucked away but still close to the bars restaurants shops etc, but once inside it is charming. The rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out

What a fantastic holiday we had, The staff are lovely, the hotel is lovely, and the location is perfect for everything you'd want, right on the beach, but also only a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars

We had a great stay at Nelia Beach! The staff was amazing, whether it was the restaurant/bar staff, the spa staff or reception, everything went well. There was always space around the pool during our stay

Right next to the hotel is the beach which we loved, ended up doing a lot of snorkeling finding lots of fishes and crabs. It's also just a 2 minute walk from the town centre too so there's that plus

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, if you're young looking to get really drunk and party each night there maybe better options but everything else this is the place to be

Looking back I think this is more of a family, couples hotel as there were a few hotels around it where they had much more of a party environment, loud music going etc

Cathy our TUI wedding coordinator was equally amazing & we are so grateful to her. They both made the happiest day of our lives. The sea view gazebo we married in was stunning. The hotel staff are simply fab at their job

Our room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The pool areas were great too, not too crowded and very well maintained

Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! We booked a swim-up bungalow with a beautiful garden view, got a wonderful room in a quiet area

The sandy beach was part of the complex and the sea clear and easy to swim in

The 2 pools were both very different, one offering lots of space and a good swim up bar, the other was a show pool with bubbles, chairs, jets and lights. Sun loungers were fairly easy to get before 9-10am

Pool side service was not really happening like other resorts manage, but we were happy to go to the nearby bars, where service was always with a smile by staff that were kept busy! The gardens and grass areas were beautifully kept and wonderful views from cabana day beds on the grassed area

Nice touch having some free items in the fridge, our chilldern (21/17) made sure they drank their refreshments. The only thing I would change would be more comfortable seating on the balcony but that's just my preference

The bar staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the drinks, especially the vanilla milkshakes! I have to say we have been to many all inclusive over the years and this hands down is the best buffet yet for each meal

Our room was clean and the miad kept it like this every day. My husband and I found the beds extremely comfortable and slept very well. The air con in the room was a great temperature too

The pools are a lovely temperature but a little slippery when you entered, there are hand rails though. The gardens are kept tidy and the garden red are constantly working hard

The hair dryer worked very well and there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The bathroom could have done with an update as was a but dated but still clean

There is then something different on offer every day and it's all delicious, I will need to diet when we go home! The puddings are lovely and well presented too

I have been to melissi hotel the first time with my family we are all very happy, the receptionist are very friendly also the restaurant staff and food is very nice a big choice, the Team off the pool bar there so friendly and nice choice of the menu food and drinks very nice cocktails,Sotos is so friendly and make the best cocktails, Thank you Mr Sotos and your nice team , see you all next year

From the moment me and my son arrived all of the staff were amazing nothing was too much always smiling the grounds and pools were immaculate and the room clean fresh great size and air con was excellent! I found this to be the right mix of activities if you wanted but also quieter time to chill

- A baby in a small seated float holding a small ball was told the ball was not allowed in the pool (he wasn’t even throwing it just holding in his float)

I fully understand safety measures and inflatables can be so ridiculous and unsafe however all the things I have listed above are not unsafe in anyway and we’re only the things I witnessed myself - there were so many others, it did make a lot of their paying guests feel unwelcome

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

Great location 5 minute walk from the infamous nissi beach. We paid extra for sea view room which we did not receive. Booked 2 rooms, one seems new renovated and decent however was very cramped

The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile

We also paid for lunch, just because it was convenient, but the lunch was not too good to our taste and priced similarly to any restaurant in the area, so I would rather recommend going to Gardens or Dione, both are 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Really nice hotel with a lovely staff, good hotel pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for free, rooms are clean and comfortable (we stayed in the hotel on the 4th floor) and they were cleaned every single day

Nissiana Hotel is located just off Nissi beach, at 5 minutes walking distance which makes it a perfect location. It is also on Nissi avenue, in close proximity to many restaurants and supermarkets

There is also a small pool in the underground floor, but unfortunately it was always locked for reasons unknown. The gym has many different facilities and is well maintained

The rooms are spacious, the bed was very large & comfortable with a nice sized en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with a large mirror

All was great, location, food, service, people. Only think the hotel should improve is be less PLASTIC and TRASH! I will explain

The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop

Your towels for the beach/pool are in your room but you can change them for clean ones daily at the pool bar. For me the main draw was the beach/es. The main beach is very pleasant, golden sand and clear blue waters

Clean, cozy, stunning view, you need to go down to the sea along the path, the view is gorgeous, the sea is clean, the sand is snow-white, the breakfasts are delicious, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the central streets

Great location, easy access to the beach,and short distance to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Staff very friendly, attentive and approachable. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the pool

Always something for the two fussy 13/14-year-olds. So you’re not caught off guard like I was they supply a kettle in the room with cups and glasses, but you have to purchase your tea coffee water etc

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

The local beach was beautiful. A blue flag beach that is kept immaculate. 50 euros for a sunbed, great vibes. We went in October and the weather was faultless. Would love to return here in the future

Cyprus sun and bliss in May Ayia Napa can go a little bit crazy party wise in the high season. But it was very chilled when I was there near the end of May. The weather was high 20's but dry - so perfect

The sea is safe but if the wind is strong, usually in the afternoon please take care in the waves as they can knock you down easily especially young people. Safe for all near the beach inside the sandy bar

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Got the All inclusive so free sodas, ice cream and snacks for the kids and drinks for mum and dad. Burgers and pizza on demand after 15:00 for the kids. Maybe evan for mums n dads?! Got a room with two bedrooms

The food is superb and varied to suit all needs. The restaurant and bar staff really make you feel so welcome. We will certainly return as soon as we can because we know from experience, we will not be disappointed

Also a lot of stray cats in the area. The trail to Nissi Beach from Sandy Beach stinks from old cat food cans put there by people without a clue. Really great! Hope to return! Have to return! Recommend!!

We stayed at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa with our family from June 24th to July 1st, 2025, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The hotel is recently renovated, very clean, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing holiday

Good hotel and nice and helpful staff. The hotel is clean; the towels are changed daily. The restaurant provides good food, and the waiters are very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable

What stood out the most for us was the food – absolutely incredible! The head chef is truly talented. We’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many resorts, but we’ve never had such tasty and well-prepared meals

One windy day, we decided to stay by the hotel pool, and we were glad we did! The water was warm and clean, the pool area included a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar – such a great way to spend the day

The hotel is decent, but there is room for improvement. We stayed with two children on an all-inclusive plan, and despite this, we encountered problems with the food

It was tidy and clean,big bathroom with bathtub, just what you need for your comfortable holiday. Very close to town center, beautiful seaside7 min walking way

The child swimming pool was super,we loved being in Corfu hotel garden. We have had a sea view room 1 floor, upper floors has little bit better view

Had a place to put our luggage when we checked out on the last day and as our flight was late we got the chance to spend another day at the beach and we then took a shower at the pool's changing rooms

THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAYS!!! Positives Parking- we rented a car and we found it super convenient that we can park at the hotel. Extremely nice staff especially the waiters and receptionists

If you want to use public transport is 3 min away from the hotel! We are very happy we have been that hotel, quite, peaceful place! Probably we will back next year
