Thanks to the entire hotel team, it was a fantastic holiday for us. After 17 years, we fulfilled our dream of a subsequent honeymoon because at this point our son was already on his way to seeing the light of day

The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening

Came with our 1 year old for a wedding and it was fantastic. Nice and clean, very nice rooms, lots of little details to make looking after a little one so much easier. Staff always friendly n helpful

Would 100 percent return and looking already at booking for next year however I wouldn’t stay in the same room and will hopefully be able to get a room with a pool this time around

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

The animation team is great especially Aleksandra and Jovana - my daughters never wanted to leave the kids club 😊 The staff are helpful and friendly

The toilets are dirty, dont even think about going bearfeet to the ones next to the kidsclub! The main bar is closed, you can now go to the lunch bar as an lousy alternative

Tofinis has a very nice water park for kids. The location is okay walking distance to a nice beach. The clientele when we stayed in the hotel was a mix of British, Russians, Greeks and Scandinavians

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat

The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused

Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great

Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

Didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant attached to it was one of the best from our trip. Would highly recommend the pork chops. Melts in your mouth and was genuinely the best pork I've eaten in my life

The gym is surprisingly well equipped and the wifi it's excellent reaching all the complex even up to the beach. Breakfast was a little monotonous but good quality

The room has a free safe and mini fridge. Only news channels in English. They change your towels daily even when you dont want to

The pool is very clean and the beach is a step away, also the beautiful Nissy Beach it's just some minutes away walking

The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food was also perfect - with a really nice and friendly "pancake guy" Mikola at breakfast who always had a small chat with the guests while preparing fresh and delicious pancakes for them

The cleaning lady came every day, she was really kind, leaving us extra coffee for request. The hotel offers quite well equipped wellness area with a free gym, a cross-fit room, different inside pools and saunas

We booked for 7 nights, and we received an offer for our last 2 nights to move to their 5-star sister hotel some kilometres away, with an upgrade from half board to all inclusive accommodation for free

:) Breakfast is mainly the same every day, but there was such a wide variety, you don't need to eat the same 2-3 things all the time. Dinner was varied every day, local specialities were also served

The beach by the hotel is rocky and not sandy but it was perfect for beach walks at night and beautiful sandy beaches were available within 1-2 kilometres, so it was no problem for us

Perhaps it was the end of the season and hotel staff was overworked, but almost everyday the house keeping (absolutely lovely ladies!just, perhaps, tired) either missed to add something in the room (towels, shampoos, clean glasses etc), or left extra things in the room, that didn't belong there (like pile of bedsheets or cleaning detergents)

We enjoyed our vacation in Cyprus and our stay in this hotel! The staff here is very friendly and always ready to help if needed

The sunbeds are well kept and as you lay basking, a young lady will come and offer you a cold towel, every so often. The cleaning staff were very good at their job and again very friendly and helpful

The clear waters and soft sand made for a perfect day of sun and sea. A special mention must go to Avraam, the General Manager. His office door was always open, and he was incredibly hospitable and friendly

A few steps away from the beach and not too off center from interesting sites in ayia napa. You can reach the nearest bus stop within 1 min of walking. All in all it‘s been a more than pleasant stay

Rooms were pretty good, I stayed in a superior room with a pool and sea view. Had two single size beds as a king, small balcony, bathroom with bath, and over shower. Wardrobe with safe and drawers

Told it was 18/30 but a lot of older couples go year after year. Went half board and food was bang on. Staff were extremely polite and the big big plus was that the hotel is spotless with a pool to die for

I celebrated my birthday out there and while I was chilling by the pool, they put a bottle of red wine and a fruit hamper which was a very nice touch. 10 min walk from the main strip. Would highly recommended this hotel

Excellent food at the hotel (we were half board), but we had lunch out and about frequently. An abundance of shops available and free parking if you hire a vehicle. I cannot fault the staff, the hotel and the area

lots of bars nearby and reasonably flat around the hotel. Overall it caters for all ages and we will definitely be going back again

I'm writing from the hotel's restaurant, with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is worth every penny, cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, beautiful rooms with sea views

Breakfast has a wide variety of foods for vegan and vegetarian people. Also bathed in the jacuzzi which was great. The hotel has a gym for everyone that likes working out and loves staying in shape even on vacation

It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre, lots of restaurants, cafes, clubs. The sandy beach is 3 minutes away, but the hotel beach with pool is also wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Our room had a great view so we could stare at the sunset in the afternoon. The rooms were cozy and romantic

Cool place with great location near one of the best Cyprus' beach. Delicious food, free parking places, good room service, wonderful sea view from our room on third floor

We had two family rooms, each had two twin beds and one huge full size bed, a small refrigerator, TV, A/C, bath tub and a nice balcony overlooking the sea

The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile

We also paid for lunch, just because it was convenient, but the lunch was not too good to our taste and priced similarly to any restaurant in the area, so I would rather recommend going to Gardens or Dione, both are 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Despite the somewhat outdated and kinda hospital-looking corridors , the rooms themselves are nice and in good condition. Wifi is available everywhere in the hotel. If you rent a car, the hotel has parking as well

Standard hotel with regural rooms, breakfast was also fine. Nothing special but the prices are according, so it is a great place to stay. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach are all in 10-minute walking distance.

If you visit, make sure to ask for a "Nick Special" – his signature cocktails are absolutely amazing and not to be missed! The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa, yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the hotel grounds

*breakfast was okay Bad points: * the night receptionist (not sure his name) was NOT welcoming or helpfull in anyway and quite rude. We arrived very late at night and felt like an inconvinience for him

No explanation of the hotel, we had to find our own way around. *bedding/towels was hit or miss. We had some which had stains and black marks on them

Prices in the hotel's bar are the same as everywhere in Aya Napa. It's very close to main bars street. There is nothing I would change here. Good job, staff! Keep up the good work

Stayed here for a week, not long got back. These are my opinions on the hotel but although there are good and bad points, i would stay here again

I am very satisfied that I came to this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite, they are ready to help you as much as they can. Also very nice staff at the bar. Food is very tasty, varied, well prepared

Perfect location, great value for money. The apartment and hotel were super clean. The people and management of the hotel are one of the best I ever met, big respect for them!

All good until I went out to the strip and lost my phone which had my boarding card on but the young blonde lady there was amazing! She helped me to print my boarding pass out and she give me another room card because I lost that also

Very friendly and good staff works there, always happy to help with anything inside or outside of the hotel. Only complaint is that WiFi provided in the rooms was really weak on 2nd floor, basically useless

Pool inside the hotel was fine, nothing too special but nice to spend some time and enjoy good music and cocktails. Note: they don’t provide towels for pool and pool is being closed after 7pm

They dont provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in the rooms. Rooms also doesn’t have TV’s but these are only some minor things. Overall opinion: would recommend and come back again!

Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view)

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team

He made us feel extremely welcomed and the services he provided to us were nothing less than impeccable. I wish we could meet him at every hotel we’ve visited, he is the reason the review is 5 stars and not 4

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

Location also very good! 2 mins walk to the nicest beach! 5 mins taxi (10€) to the center. One negative point is the noice from the hall, if there are loud people walking by, you can hear everything

Check out their breakfast option , it is just for 6 euros and get unlimited food. Highlights - Friendly staff, Swimming pool, Parking, breakfast buffet

Negatives - Rooms look a bit old (not a huge complaint) - But, for the price i paid, I am totally satisfied

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing
