Couple of negatives which haven’t put me off from returning. At least one outdoor pool could be heated during the colder months as they were extremely cold and there was an unpleasant odour in the indoor pool area

- Burger Bar - seems desperate to help in anyway possible & nothing is too much hard work. - we were kindly upgraded, but this room took us quite a distance away from our party, a member of which was disabled

Just returned from the Olympic Lagoon and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in 😎 Wonderful family holiday. Food and beverages excellent, fabulous dining experience in all restaurants

Book dining reservations early to avoid disappointment. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel is situated on fabulous grounds with friendly staff and the beach is 5 minute walk away

We have recently returned from our fourth stay at this brilliant hotel, many of the topics which I would usually touch upon have been addressed positively, but it is important to emphasise certain areas: - All staff were fantastic, they really do make such an effort to help ensure that your stay is a memorable and pleasant as possible

The only thing they could do better is have the evening bar in a more central location to attract more guests in. Local laws mean that even on all-inclusive holidays, drinks will be charged after 11

Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view)

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team

He made us feel extremely welcomed and the services he provided to us were nothing less than impeccable. I wish we could meet him at every hotel we’ve visited, he is the reason the review is 5 stars and not 4

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

Location also very good! 2 mins walk to the nicest beach! 5 mins taxi (10€) to the center. One negative point is the noice from the hall, if there are loud people walking by, you can hear everything

Visited this hotel several times , we missed a couple of years due to covid, so the hotel has obviously took that time to make some changes and I must say they have done a fantastic Job the restaurant and food has moved up a few levels , the food is by far the best I have experienced for a all inclusive package top notch

To many staff to mention but they really are fantastic and look after you, Elena at reservations has pulled out the stops and gave us the room we were after , so thank you Elena, we a over the moon with your pick , our boy Ben couldn't be happier

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

The temperature of the pool was pretty cold considering the climate season. Like: Although the pool was pretty cold, it was amazing and huge

Our kids didn’t want to leave because they had such a great time with her. She gave us parents a chance to relax and unwind, which we really appreciated

Many of the staff have worked here for years and live in nearby towns, so it's nice to see familiar faces each visit. Maria at the kids club is amazing

Melissa at the hairdressers has done an amazing job with all our hair. Top head waiter (tall guy, whose name I forget) was so welcoming to all guests

The hotel staff here are incredibly friendly and truly care about the guests. It's not our first time staying here, and we always feel welcome

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean spacious with modern design and with beautiful sea view. The breakfast was nice with a lots of choices

The beach is not on-site and you have to walk a few minutes down the road to access it. Good sun loungers are not included (they are approximately 20 rows back from the sea)

The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead

The beach adjacent to the hotel is truly amazing and highly recommended. We were also disappointed with the service and maintenance. The wardrobe door in our7 room was broken, and we couldn't unpack our suitcases

Stayed for 7 nights in the hotel at over rated cost The hotel is not a 5 star for sure Pros: location, near the beach, big rooms Cons: Not so clean rooms, no soft drinks are included even in full board

On the first day, we asked the front desk three times to send someone to fix it before it was finally addressed. However, the next day, the wardrobe door broke again, and we couldn't access our clothes

Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience

The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours! The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive

A good hotel, with a well-thought-out and beautiful area, although not large, excellent food. The staff could have been friendlier, well, if you are looking for something to complain about

If you like all inclusive, do nothing & just relax this hotel should be on the top of your list. Staff member are polite and good to talk to as well

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big, clean and had all amenities expected from a 4 star hotel, breakfast was excellent, pool area was well organized with activities expedited by dedicated persons (water sports, aerobics etc), bar prices ok but medium quality and finally, it was adjacent to the beach which was a big plus

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

The animation team is great especially Aleksandra and Jovana - my daughters never wanted to leave the kids club 😊 The staff are helpful and friendly

The toilets are dirty, dont even think about going bearfeet to the ones next to the kidsclub! The main bar is closed, you can now go to the lunch bar as an lousy alternative

Tofinis has a very nice water park for kids. The location is okay walking distance to a nice beach. The clientele when we stayed in the hotel was a mix of British, Russians, Greeks and Scandinavians

The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further

Absolutely amazing holiday with my husband and parents the destination is outstanding along with all the staff who are exceptional the hotel is spotless and the food is amazing with a great choice , we celebrated our anniversary whilst here with a lovely surprise fruit bowl and complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room was also my husband’s birthday and a card was delivered to our room for...

They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff

A positive/ negative is that the alcohol is quite weak but if you're drinking during the day, it's actually better, but you notice it when you buy a bottle of spirits or beers outside the hotel

Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids

It's been a long time since anything has surprised us so positively on a trip. The location of the hotel directly on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Check in was prompt and the view from the room was beautiful

The location was beautiful, right on the edge of Aiya Napa with perfect views out over the sea with the beach just a few minutes walk away and the bus stop literally across the road to take you into town or other nearby towns

From the moment I arrived at Atlantica Sungarden beach hotel I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail that is evident throughout the hotel

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat

The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused

The hotels location cannot be beaten, being right on the beach is something not many hotels can offer and the outside areas are faultless. The pools are big and it never felt over crowded even during the holidays

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel manager, Antonia, did an outstanding job. Everyone put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a perfect vacation

Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

It was the perfect hotel for us. Spacious and super clean rooms. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Awesome position and location since beach is just 10min walk away and bus station 5min away

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

The nightly entertainment is loud, the closer you are to the outdoor seating area, the harder it is for an early night, but if you're going along (or watching from your balcony) then it's an entertaining night

A very nice and brautiful hotel with excellent quisine and very kind and helpful staff. Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Nissi beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Cyprus

First time In Cyprus and this hotel is fantastic. Attentive staff, food is of a decent standard. The location is good and the sea is on your doorstep.

One thing I would say is that the entertainment may need enhancing somewhat - there was only one person (Picasso) who was doing all the entertainment for the whole hotel, and it was evident that he needed more support - not due to a lack of ability or effort, but just for the fact that single handedly running the entertainment for an entire hotel is a mammoth task

3 buffet all inclusive meals per day, snacks from the snack bar, and an a la carte Italian restaurant that was amazing, not one bad meal here! Drinks are on the smaller side so if taking back to your room, make sure you ask for a large but almost everything is part of the all inclusive package so plenty for everyone to enjoy

The rooms were top notch - always very clean and extremely comfy beds. Perhaps the only slight criticism that I would have is on the food - although each night had a unique theming for food, it did seem quite repetitive

One of the best choices to make if you want a relaxing, nearby hotel from the centre of the town. Amazingly clean hotel, very polite staff, rich tasty and so many choices in the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet

Didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant attached to it was one of the best from our trip. Would highly recommend the pork chops. Melts in your mouth and was genuinely the best pork I've eaten in my life

The gym is surprisingly well equipped and the wifi it's excellent reaching all the complex even up to the beach. Breakfast was a little monotonous but good quality

The room has a free safe and mini fridge. Only news channels in English. They change your towels daily even when you dont want to

The pool is very clean and the beach is a step away, also the beautiful Nissy Beach it's just some minutes away walking

Apart from the fact that although he said he would call a taxi, he was late to come, in the end an elderly gentleman came after 20 minutes, and at the end of the race he asked me for 50 euros, saying that he had to I ask the hotel receptionist how much it costs! We had an amazing balcony with views over the pool and tonthe ocean. The staff were brilliant and coco was full of energy running the activities. We will definitely be staying here again

I asked the gentleman at the reception to help me with a transfer to the airport, knowing from his colleague from the previous day (the gentleman with glasses who was very helpful to me!), that a flight to Larnaca airport costs 40 euros

Overall s two-week stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience due to exceptionally good restaurant service (many thanks to waitresses Nina and Diana, to the omelette lady at breakfasts), great location close to the beach, harbor and attraction park, nice pool, spacious rooms

Despite minor negatives (room cleaning was not the best, sometimes there was sand on the floor) I would recommend this hotel to people with children and those who enjoy hanging out with friends at a really vibrant spot in the town

Nice clean hotel near to the harbors. Rooms are clean and decently decorated. Beds are good and rooms have strong air conditioning. Pool area is magnificent with so many different parts and depths for all kinds of users

Very clean in every aspect with plenty of staff available 24/7 in every department who are all willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Food is of a high quantity and the rooms are of a good size

To find one area that could be improved would be the standard to which the rooms are tidied each day during your stay but even this is adequate with clean towels and drinking facilities refreshed every day

Breakfast is rich with different types of food and treats. Local Cyprus tastes can also be found, like grilled halloumi. All in all we very much liked our stay at Faros, and could imagine coming back
