All inclusive is amazing, with milkshake, ice-creams, hot and cold drinks, including bottled water. Top notch entertainment in the evenings

Just returned from the Olympic Lagoon and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in 😎 Wonderful family holiday. Food and beverages excellent, fabulous dining experience in all restaurants

try the 7 Orchids restaurant, Japanese restaurant, but don't bother with the Garibaldi as it doesn't really have any atmosphere

The only thing they could do better is have the evening bar in a more central location to attract more guests in. Local laws mean that even on all-inclusive holidays, drinks will be charged after 11

Book dining reservations early to avoid disappointment. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel is situated on fabulous grounds with friendly staff and the beach is 5 minute walk away

There are 3 restaurants on site where you can enjoy delicious food. Many come to this hotel to play a wedding

Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view)

A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team

He made us feel extremely welcomed and the services he provided to us were nothing less than impeccable. I wish we could meet him at every hotel we’ve visited, he is the reason the review is 5 stars and not 4

Location also very good! 2 mins walk to the nicest beach! 5 mins taxi (10€) to the center. One negative point is the noice from the hall, if there are loud people walking by, you can hear everything

Visited this hotel several times , we missed a couple of years due to covid, so the hotel has obviously took that time to make some changes and I must say they have done a fantastic Job the restaurant and food has moved up a few levels , the food is by far the best I have experienced for a all inclusive package top notch

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

Cocktail 🍸 are quite alright would have preferred more options for all inclusive but hey you can't have it all

To many staff to mention but they really are fantastic and look after you, Elena at reservations has pulled out the stops and gave us the room we were after , so thank you Elena, we a over the moon with your pick , our boy Ben couldn't be happier

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

I am currently in day 3 of a 5 day stay at this hotel. We are thoroughly enjoying this hotel. Front Desk - Eleni was delightful, kind, and patient at the front desk reception. Food - The food has been very good

The beach has lots of umbrellas and chairs. Clear water Miscellaneous- My daughter has a nut and sesame allergy and thus far，they have been treating it with the highest of priorities

The beach is not on-site and you have to walk a few minutes down the road to access it. Good sun loungers are not included (they are approximately 20 rows back from the sea)

Very wide ranging breakfast buffet. Lots of facilities in the hotel. Rooms are small with the balconies facing other rooms in the hotel so are not very private

5 € for a glass of wine in a public restaurant can be a little expensive, considering that the same price is in the Glasshouse restaurant on the 5th floor with gourmet cuisine, perhaps the best in the area, and elite service

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming

The food selection was limited, and the quality was mediocre

Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience

For that price, we could have had a lavish meal at a nice restaurant. Additionally, during lunch and dinner, the hotel does not include any beverages—not even water—in the meal price

We were surprised that despite the high cost, we had to pay extra for all drinks. On a positive note, breakfast was better than lunch and dinner

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big, clean and had all amenities expected from a 4 star hotel, breakfast was excellent, pool area was well organized with activities expedited by dedicated persons (water sports, aerobics etc), bar prices ok but medium quality and finally, it was adjacent to the beach which was a big plus

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

That's understandable for security. But the chains are so short, its difficult to move them as the sun goes round. Longer chains needed please!

Stayed there for 2 days and had a great time

The animation team is great especially Aleksandra and Jovana - my daughters never wanted to leave the kids club 😊 The staff are helpful and friendly

Tofinis has a very nice water park for kids. The location is okay walking distance to a nice beach. The clientele when we stayed in the hotel was a mix of British, Russians, Greeks and Scandinavians

Nice hotel, really big and very busy. Food was good, what you would expect from all inclusive hotel. Drinks weren’t that nice unfortunately but shop onsite. Staff very helpful and friendly

The cleaning of the rooms is spotty when looking under beds there were old socks etc left by previous guests. If you are not traveling with small kids I would suggest booking Tofinis luxury hotel

Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids

Two big pools, however you will need to get up early to bag the right sunbeds, what is it with the race to the beds?!! Great rooftop cocktail bar, but even better beach bar serving super cocktails and food

We had my sister in law's wedding here. The staff were great and super accommodating. Hotel is clean and the rooms are great for families

The pros(+) and cons(-) of the hotel: + the food is at a very high level, the choice is quite diverse, the meat is cooked great; + the beach, it seems to me, is one of the best in Ayia Napa, a golden delicate sand; - the drinks in All Inclusive are bad, they drank mostly water in the end; - there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

The lady checking you in to the restaurant is a bit unprofessional and a bit unfriendly, but perhaps wasn't a fan of us Brits! Very central, gorgeous walk along the front to the harbour

After the third day we just went outside to eat at one of the many restaurants on the main Street across the hotel

The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very clean and tidy, air conditioner works perfectly. Location is amazing, everything is very close(good restaurants, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop)

It was the perfect hotel for us. Spacious and super clean rooms. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Awesome position and location since beach is just 10min walk away and bus station 5min away

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

Food is very tasty and location for me was perfect. Options to take at bar next to swimming pool both snacks and drinks are very good with huge variety of them

A very nice and brautiful hotel with excellent quisine and very kind and helpful staff. Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Nissi beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Cyprus

Food is very same but I expect that with all inclusive staff took so long to bring drinks to have with food you had basically finished your meal before your drink came

The a la carte restaurant was fantastic. There’s nothing I can add on that front. Finally, the staff were great - not only were they polite, but they were also very friendly and sociable

One thing I would say is that the entertainment may need enhancing somewhat - there was only one person (Picasso) who was doing all the entertainment for the whole hotel, and it was evident that he needed more support - not due to a lack of ability or effort, but just for the fact that single handedly running the entertainment for an entire hotel is a mammoth task

The room has a free safe and mini fridge. Only news channels in English. They change your towels daily even when you dont want to

The pool is very clean and the beach is a step away, also the beautiful Nissy Beach it's just some minutes away walking
