There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

I am currently in day 3 of a 5 day stay at this hotel. We are thoroughly enjoying this hotel. Front Desk - Eleni was delightful, kind, and patient at the front desk reception. Food - The food has been very good

The beach has lots of umbrellas and chairs. Clear water Miscellaneous- My daughter has a nut and sesame allergy and thus far，they have been treating it with the highest of priorities

The hotel has a good water park - the slides are high, interesting, high. The pools are for children, for adults, everything is convenient. There is a bar - cocktails, juices, ice cream

A great hotel for the price: amazing food, clean rooms & friendly staff. The only problem is the music near the pool: every day it’s the same playlist over and over again

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews, however I have been pleasantly surprised. Buffet style food in the restaurant is fine, nothing extravagant but fine! Waiters and bar staff are all very friendly

The lady checking you in to the restaurant is a bit unprofessional and a bit unfriendly, but perhaps wasn't a fan of us Brits! Very central, gorgeous walk along the front to the harbour

From drinks we drank wine - the white is the most delicious, beer is ok, cocktails are so-so, but we are not fans. There is one pool, but there were enough sun loungers - we were there at the end of September

What a fantastic holiday we had, The staff are lovely, the hotel is lovely, and the location is perfect for everything you'd want, right on the beach, but also only a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars

Those who made that happen, thank you so much! We didn't have any issues with the food, each day was different which was good, think out of the 7 days we were there only 1 day we'd rather go out due to food options dinner time

Right next to the hotel is the beach which we loved, ended up doing a lot of snorkeling finding lots of fishes and crabs. It's also just a 2 minute walk from the town centre too so there's that plus

Looking back I think this is more of a family, couples hotel as there were a few hotels around it where they had much more of a party environment, loud music going etc

It was a little more peaceful here, the way it's laid out, you could let your kids have the freedom to play and you'd know they would be fine

Cool hotel! All inclusive system!!! The sea is cool, there are waves! Sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach are paid at 2.5€ per day. The hotel provides towels for the beach/pool!

Visited this hotel several times , we missed a couple of years due to covid, so the hotel has obviously took that time to make some changes and I must say they have done a fantastic Job the restaurant and food has moved up a few levels , the food is by far the best I have experienced for a all inclusive package top notch

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

Cocktail 🍸 are quite alright would have preferred more options for all inclusive but hey you can't have it all

To many staff to mention but they really are fantastic and look after you, Elena at reservations has pulled out the stops and gave us the room we were after , so thank you Elena, we a over the moon with your pick , our boy Ben couldn't be happier

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

Great family hotel,ideal location with an amazing beach over the road. Staff are amazing,working very hard. Food for everyone,and lovely..Cocktails I'm tje maim lobby bar are delicious 😋.

If you like all inclusive, do nothing & just relax this hotel should be on the top of your list. Staff member are polite and good to talk to as well

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big, clean and had all amenities expected from a 4 star hotel, breakfast was excellent, pool area was well organized with activities expedited by dedicated persons (water sports, aerobics etc), bar prices ok but medium quality and finally, it was adjacent to the beach which was a big plus

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

That's understandable for security. But the chains are so short, its difficult to move them as the sun goes round. Longer chains needed please!

Stayed there for 2 days and had a great time

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range

Fantastic location, a huge team of dedicated staff who are so friendly and work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean. The restaurant staff are so sweet and again work so hard

luckily the hotel has a Supermarket underneath. Once you have water, you can fill it up in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

Came with the child as guests. Not guests, to the water park. Very pleased. I took all inclusive. Everyone is happy. Fed up, drunk. Bought, sunbathed. In general, I advise everyone.

The only thing they could do better is have the evening bar in a more central location to attract more guests in. Local laws mean that even on all-inclusive holidays, drinks will be charged after 11

We dined at three of the resort’s restaurants: the main restaurant, the dinner venue, and “The Greats,” and each one was excellent, with consistently high-quality food

try the 7 Orchids restaurant, Japanese restaurant, but don't bother with the Garibaldi as it doesn't really have any atmosphere

A few improvements would be another lunch option as we found the diner food VERY poor so it only left us the buffet as a restaurant option during the day. Also please fix the air conditioning in the gym!

Book dining reservations early to avoid disappointment. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel is situated on fabulous grounds with friendly staff and the beach is 5 minute walk away

We had 3 restaurants to choose from besides wandering to other local restaurants. All 3 were brilliant especially the Nikkei restaurant. The breakfast was top rate with every choice available

Stayed here start of October for a friends wedding at the hotel next door. Everything from start to finish was first class. Champagne upon arrival with bags taken up to your room

We had a Superior deluxe room with side seaview room. The room was fantastic, clean, modern. Cleaners did a brilliant job everyday with new towels and bottled water left

I visited with my family at the end of October. Service is excellent, food is delicious. Beach within walking distance, sand and shallow entry. The water is just clear turquoise

I requested one for our room and was informed it would be €100 from 12. Somewhat pricey when a room for the whole night is around €127. Would we return - yes we would. Thanks to all at the hotel for a lovely experience

Sun beds - we did always managed to find one (eventually) but people are out there very early. The maids - cleaned our rooms well and were very pleasant. The only negative I can give is re the late check out

This is a great place to stay in Cyprus. Very nice and attentive staff, buffet with different themed dinners every night, a different show each night. Just an overall great atmosphere

Please clam chairs in the main restaurant they are really soooo dirty that I couldn’t seat on

Sunny side eggs are alway dry, salat is mostly missing and could be more tasty ones are already made. Laundry and dryer on -1 are helpful but dryer doesn’t dry really

When I came my phone and tv didn’t work they told me can be fixed only in the morning… Reception young guy is really so nice and polite

It's a really cool hotel. The boss is really polite. Waiters are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are overlooking the sea and it's amazing. Sea is really close to the hotel and beach is sandy.

I was there in May this year 🌴. The best hotel I've ever been! Service is perfect, rooms big. Food is delicious, pool so big. It's very nice that the hotel is close to the sea 🌊

I visited the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel during week 34. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive stay, and although I had some reservations about the concept, I was pleasantly surprised

The service was nearly perfect, with just a few minor issues—for instance, some pool bar staff members were not very skilled and occasionally made drinks incorrectly

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

Wonderful location, beautiful restaurant and delicious cuisine. But... the beach is under renovation, a lot of garbage. If the "first line" to build a hotel 5 stars, this is the best hotel chain in Cyprus )

The hotel is very nice, price and quality is so good. Breakfast and dinner are also great and fresh, for everyone's taste. The view from our room is amazing. See you next year!

The drinks we could have had a ridiculous amount of alcohol in them & weren’t drinkable. Only a few staff were friendly, majority didn’t pay much attention to us

We stayed in mid-September, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially the location and the staff. Lydia and Mikela at the reception were wonderful and incredibly helpful, always providing professional service

Came on a couples holiday for 7 nights. Pleasant stay but confused why we paid for all inclusive when we were very limited on what drinks we could have

Great hotel , been here at last week of the end of season and everything was perfect. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable

Location 15 mints walk from Nice Beach and a quarter from the city center. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation, cheap electric bike rental, a cell phone store, and much more

One thing that i didn't like is that the indoor pool and the Sauna is closed at 19:00 pm and not later. So we couldn't explore this facility on our stay

The food is superb and varied to suit all needs. The restaurant and bar staff really make you feel so welcome. We will certainly return as soon as we can because we know from experience, we will not be disappointed

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

The view out from the hotel and its restaurants was perfect. Nissi Beach is probably one of the top 3 cleanest beaches I have swam in ever. I only had a short time at Nissi but I will go back in the off season again

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Rooms simple but comfortable and clean. Food good but morning no healthy juices or drinks options everything very sugary and artificial

The location is great, between Nissi and Vathia Gona beaches, the rooms are spacious, clean, towels are changed every day, there is a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner that are fantastic, better than the expensive products I buy at the hairdresser

Beach is a few minutes away, but there are two large beaches, one of them is Nissi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Food was great, every day of the week there was a theme, so no redundant food

Everything is ok, the rooms are big and clean, the food is great, the staff is very hard working and attentive to customers. The Nissi beach is very close, the side from the "island" is the best
