Hotels All-inclusive in Ayia Napa

Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! We booked a swim-up bungalow with a beautiful garden view, got a wonderful room in a quiet area

Beautiful food and surroundings and attentive staff thank you! The kids got a little stuffed teddy which made my two very happy

Pool side service was not really happening like other resorts manage, but we were happy to go to the nearby bars, where service was always with a smile by staff that were kept busy! The gardens and grass areas were beautifully kept and wonderful views from cabana day beds on the grassed area

However with so many specialist al a carte restaurants we only used the buffet once. The fine dining Dom Pepe restaurant and Mediterranean restaurant has incredible service and quality of food

What a fabulous holiday with my family. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The location, staff, food, facilities, bedrooms were all first class

I stayed at Atlantica Sungarden Beach this summer with my boyfriend, and it was literally amazing! The views were breathtaking, the food was delicious with so many options, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing

I recently stayed at Atlantica Sun Gardens Beach for my holiday, and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! The location is beautiful, right by the sea with stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing

We still can't get over the stunning view from this beautiful hotel! Overall, it was the ideal place to spend quality time with my family. We'd definitely love to come back as soon as possible!!

Sungarden Beach Hotel was amazing we got married here on the 16th of June, the views are just out of this world, would like to thank all staff they are a credit to your hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was spotlessly clean

We especially loved the pool area and how close the hotel is to the beach, it felt like paradise! We’re already talking about coming back next year

My only negative were the toilets around the the hotel, these do need bring up to date, the ones near the adult only side of restaurant are very dated and dinge oftern look like they need a good clean, the ones near the outside pool bars are just as bad

Manager Anna deserves special recognition she was always present, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making sure guests had the best possible experience. Her service was outstanding and left a lasting impression

Shampoo, shower, gel, tooth brushes, shower caps, mini manicure set. Small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Kettle and Coffee pod machine. Large lounge area with 2 sofa beds and big comfy chair

Nice touch having some free items in the fridge, our chilldern (21/17) made sure they drank their refreshments. The only thing I would change would be more comfortable seating on the balcony but that's just my preference

The bar staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the drinks, especially the vanilla milkshakes! I have to say we have been to many all inclusive over the years and this hands down is the best buffet yet for each meal

Our room was clean and the miad kept it like this every day. My husband and I found the beds extremely comfortable and slept very well. The air con in the room was a great temperature too

From the moment me and my son arrived all of the staff were amazing nothing was too much always smiling the grounds and pools were immaculate and the room clean fresh great size and air con was excellent! I found this to be the right mix of activities if you wanted but also quieter time to chill

This resort has everything bar a beach although Lander beach is just 10 mins away and Nissi Beach is 20 mins away on foot. Service as excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Everything at this hotel deserves its 5 stars. My only gripe about this hotel is the same as all other recent comments. The pool rules are ridiculous and hold no common sense

We went into the buffet restaurant which didn’t disappoint, the breakfast was amazing and tasty, it was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing, not only attentive but friendly and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, right next to Nissi beach and not far from the Water Park which was a great day out. Plenty of lifts which was helpful! Great sea view

The hotel services and facilities are superb. It is a great place for vacation. The sea cave and Nissi beach are near the hotel. It is also very convenient to take the bus to and from the airport if you don't drive.

Whether it was the breakfast buffet with endless options, or the à la carte dinners with local and international flavors, we looked forward to every bite! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

The experience was overall very nice. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is in the middle of 3 beaches and close to some others. Staff was extremley nice and attentive

Great location 5 minute walk from the infamous nissi beach. We paid extra for sea view room which we did not receive. Booked 2 rooms, one seems new renovated and decent however was very cramped

the other was an older room with outdated furniture/ decor. The air conditioning in this room did not work and the room had a smell. The breakfast was average just classic buffet Items with fruit and pastries

The bathroom door touched the floor and made noise that also affected sleep. If you plan to use the kitchen ware, you need to buy your own soap and sponge, the cleaners wont do it for you

The food was really good (meat, fish, vegetables, salads, cakes, ice cream) and the cocktails were also tasty

There was quite a lot of street noise, especially motorcycles, that impacted the quality of sleep. One day we had ants on the kitchen table, but those disappeared

Nissiana Hotel is located just off Nissi beach, at 5 minutes walking distance which makes it a perfect location. It is also on Nissi avenue, in close proximity to many restaurants and supermarkets

Also using plastic for drinks around pool is very non ecological! Hotel should use reusable cups so there is no trash! As well some plastic at the breakfast and dinner! Hotel is close to the sea so it needs to be change!!! Its 2024 and most of the **** hotels are advanced in ecology! Please work on this topic! Anyway it was a pleasant stay but please clean the area around your hotel and care more about...

The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop

The hotel shop has the bare minimum, a fridge with cold drinks including beer and soft drinks and water, and some shelves with a small offering of snacks. There’s also some souvenirs and beach essentials

Your towels for the beach/pool are in your room but you can change them for clean ones daily at the pool bar. For me the main draw was the beach/es. The main beach is very pleasant, golden sand and clear blue waters

There was a wide selection of cold cut meats and cheeses, yoghurts, spreads, breads, fruits, pastries, and hot food including all the ingredients you’d want for a ‘full English’

My only small issue with the room is that they don’t have tea/coffee/kettle which is a minor problem for me as I do enjoy a hot coffee first thing in the morning

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range

Fantastic location, a huge team of dedicated staff who are so friendly and work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean. The restaurant staff are so sweet and again work so hard

luckily the hotel has a Supermarket underneath. Once you have water, you can fill it up in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants

The little beach in front of the hotel was a delightful bonus that was not even advertised! Most of all, we were extremely happy with One stop Entertainment who made sure our kids have non-stop fun

The manager and staff were so helpful. The hotel is well run and the rooms amazing. The beds were comfy and the food was lovely. The entertainment was always lovely

What stood out the most for us was the food – absolutely incredible! The head chef is truly talented. We’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many resorts, but we’ve never had such tasty and well-prepared meals

The indoor bar was a cosy, relaxing space in the evenings—just note that all-inclusive drinks finish at 11 pm. All in all, a lovely stay with a few minor downsides, but nothing that took away from our overall experience

Amazing stay at Christofinia Hotel – We’ll definitely return! We stayed at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa with our family from June 24th to July 1st, 2025, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The hotel is recently renovated, very clean, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing holiday

One windy day, we decided to stay by the hotel pool, and we were glad we did! The water was warm and clean, the pool area included a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar – such a great way to spend the day

We also want to give a special mention to Sudip, a very kind and attentive waiter from Nepal, who made our dining experience even more pleasant with his warm attitude and excellent service

This was all the more important, since many restaurants in the area were closed during this period

They bring drinks over to you in the restaurant. This is a good hotel, we paid for AI as it was only £150 extra each so for us was worth it

The pool bar offered lots of seating though! The hotel in general was so modern and stylish and brilliant location! Lost 1 star for the food, in my opinion it was cold and bland and chicken was slightly pink the night we ate there! But my Dad really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall would recommend but am happy we didn’t book all inclusive

The hotel is decent, but there is room for improvement. We stayed with two children on an all-inclusive plan, and despite this, we encountered problems with the food

There were instances when our plates were taken away while we went to get a drink, even though we wanted to finish our meal

The drinks we could have had a ridiculous amount of alcohol in them & weren’t drinkable. Only a few staff were friendly, majority didn’t pay much attention to us

We stayed in mid-September, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially the location and the staff. Lydia and Mikela at the reception were wonderful and incredibly helpful, always providing professional service

Got the All inclusive so free sodas, ice cream and snacks for the kids and drinks for mum and dad. Burgers and pizza on demand after 15:00 for the kids. Maybe evan for mums n dads?! Got a room with two bedrooms

Also a lot of stray cats in the area. The trail to Nissi Beach from Sandy Beach stinks from old cat food cans put there by people without a clue. Really great! Hope to return! Have to return! Recommend!!

We visited as a family of 6 adults age range 60 to 23 and we all cannot fault this hotel. Rooms like the rest of the hotel were super clean very modern and were located in the annexe which we quite enjoyed

Reception team very helpful and always happy to help. Location was exactly as we expected it’s 10 minutes to nissi beach and 25 into ayia Napa you can take the coastal path or road to both locations

Who needs more? Staff is great. The poolside bar staff consists of younger men. They will grow in to the service mentality. The bathrooms under ground by the pool is very practical and clean

I liked the food and the staff, except for the fact that I paid for a sea view room (such as room 519, which I received on the day of departure when I checked out later), but I was given room 524, facing the boulevard, where there was noise

The rooms were super clean and there were plenty of shops nearby and great restaurants close by

When I pointed out the noise from the boulevard, one of the ladies at the reception told me that next time I should go to Protaras, as it is quieter there

We have been to the Stamatia Hotel twice. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach, and close to the city center with restaurants and cafes. The reception staff is very friendly

It's bad for the hotel's reputation, because we all came on vacation and to have our own peace. We didn't eat in the hotel, but in local restaurants, they have an excellent range of food

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very clean and tidy, air conditioner works perfectly. Location is amazing, everything is very close(good restaurants, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop)

Tried the central cafe restaurant tonight ,which is part of the complex that you can use once during the week, and the food was excellent

The next morning we were not disappointed with the location of our room, however the room it’s self was tired by this we mean it’s not falling apart just in need of an update, everything functioned as it should air con was great

The restaurant… is a buffet style, there was something for everyone and plenty of it at all 3 sittings breakfast, lunch & dinner, it’s not like cooking for a family they are catering for 100s so it’s never going to be piping hot but everything was well cooked and very well presented

The pool area is what you see in the photos and it’s kept immaculately clean with the pool guy in every morning. Never any sunbed wars as there are plenty. Pool bar open daily and friendly staff

Let’s face it you don’t go looking for the sun to spend all your time inside, you use it to shower & sleep, we found the beds comfortable & housekeeping came in every day

Lots of mixed entertainment though out the day with a lovely young lady (Hungarian) asking you to join in but never put under pressure to do so

Evening entertainment could do with a revamp it was pretty weak. That was the only criticism but in fact it made you chat with others staying there

The all inclusive food was also surprisingly good, with a nice variety of options each day and better than we expected for a buffet

We also really appreciated how he didn’t pester anyone to take part but always made sure everyone knew what entertainment was being carried out, like the darts, pool games or evening entertainment

However, above all, the highlight of our holiday was without a doubt the entertainment, all thanks to the entertainer Coco. He was enthusiastic, engaging and incredibly friendly

He had such a way with guest, as he was always full of energy and made guests feel welcome

We stayed in the annex across the street which had its own pool which was handy when wanting a quieter day but mostly we used the pool at the hotel which had a brilliant atmosphere although we did have to get up early to put towels down

Tamara in the restaurant is a lovely young lady with excellent customer service skills that would be so suited to a Receptionist role. The location of the hotel was perfect for us

Panikos the restaurant manager, Andreas the pool bar manager and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant went out of their way to chat with us, serve us, and make our stay there memorable

Situated right next to a lovely sandy beach with lovely walkways to take a stroll. It took us around 30 minutes to stroll to Ayia Napa Harbour. We took a bus into Larnaca from the main street and this took about an hour

Fantastic location, spotless and the variety of food and drinks is fabulous, we cannot thank the staff enough from reception, bar staff, chefs, waiters and waitresses, cleaners etc you all do a wonderful job and make our stay extra special, loving the new restaurants this year and the renovations, so sad to be leaving Saturday but see you all again same time next year

Duty Manager Olga was so friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Antonio and George on the bar ensured our glasses were full and provided a very warm, relaxing environment

We took a trip with the Original Red Bus Company to see a bit more of Cyprus and learn some of the history. These trips need to be pre booked but you pay in cash to the driver on the day of your trip

The staff were super friendly, and the food was always great. I also used the gym and that was pretty great, the only thing missing is a water cooler at the gym

The lifeguard (sorry forgot her name) was busy most of the time, doing a lot of the jobs, so big shout out to her too! The bar and restaurant staff were very efficient and the service was very good
