A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

Amazing experience at the spa! Valeria, Marisa, and Ula did their best to make us feel welcome! Top-notch, could not recommend their couple's aromatherapy massage enough! Thank you ladies! XxxX

We had a superior sea view room. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but i have to say that they have a few minuses for a 5 star hotel: -there is no Ac on the corridors -very little entertainment during the evening and around the pool -no sunbeds on the beach and you have to travel all the beach to go to blue sunbeds where is crowded all the time.

Loved this hotel! Location is just a 2 minute walk from Nissi beach. Also, it was nice that the staff were mostly locals. My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team. Nissi Beach is one of our favourite hotels. We first visited 25 years ago and the standard of service remains amazing. I hope Sarah and I can enjoy many more stays in the future.

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

Not a 5 star. But nice enough. A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. The food was 3.5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

Solid 4+ hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Service is good. People working on the reception knows many languages and you definitely are able to solve any problem. I enjoyed my stay. View from the window is great. I could only complain on the breakfast which look the same every day.

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean spacious with modern design and with beautiful sea view. The breakfast was nice with a lots of choices. The only minus are the sun beds near the beach, it’s a narrow space, 50 meters from the beach.

Very wide ranging breakfast buffet. Lots of facilities in the hotel. Rooms are small with the balconies facing other rooms in the hotel so are not very private. The beach is not on-site and you have to walk a few minutes down the road to access it. Good sun loungers are not included (they are approximately 20 rows back from the sea). You have to pay extra for the hotel loungers near the sea.

Just spent a 2 week holiday at this hotel the rooms are spotless and clean and very modern. But it's definitely not 5 star we had a family room which was small. We was only bed and breakfast and we ate breakfast there about 4 times the food was very basic not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel!! When you check in, 100€ is blocked at the reception as a guarantee. You don't have water included in the half board meal, not even at dinner. In the shower, instead of a glass partition, I had a plastic curtain. The glass door does not isolate sound well and you can hear the traffic from the street. The beach, the sand, the pools, the sunbeds and the food deserve 5*, but not the hotel

It's a fantastic location, absolutely dreamlike! Amazing private beach with clearest water I have even seen. Good for families with kids. The only downside of this place it's absence of the AC in the main restaurant, it was so hot there that I almost fainted once.

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed. The main reason i stayed here was for the pool bar however i still had a great stay there.

The hotel in general was ok but the cleaning service was the worst, they didn’t do any cleaning at all, they used to change the towels and refill the shampoo and thats it, even the bathroom it smells awful and disgusting. The breakfast was almost the same every day

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception. This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. It is very well maintained. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner. There was also a wonderful view from the terrace of the room.

Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.

Clean rooms, clean hotel in general. Clean nice spacious pool with beautiful view to the sea. Huge tasty breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had is that the air containers were very dirty, but it seems that the maintenance team has missed our room during maintenance . The had them both clean early next morning.

Amazing food. The hotel is within 400 m near Nissi beach. In the hotel there is a gym and saunas, but the best part about this hotel is the food. Its delicious. There is lunch, diner, breakfest and snacks (in all inclusive.) A lot of food to choose from with deserts. I was pleasantly suprised with the vegeriarnian options. Fantastic place 5/5

We had a great time here. Everything is ok, the rooms are big and clean, the food is great, the staff is very hard working and attentive to customers. The Nissi beach is very close, the side from the "island" is the best. Also you can take a taxi to Makronissos beach - is 10E/way, the best beach. You can take lots of trips from the agencies on the main street. It's a very good value for the money.

Rooms were pretty good. Had to pay for Wi-fi and basically everything else at the hotel. Not good location. Had to walk about 40 minutes for a good beach.

I stayed in the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites for a week in July and I must admit it was a lovely stay. Staff is super! 10/10, all of them! Very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The location is good. One of the best hotels we stayed so far. Good big rooms, tasty breakfast, stylish pool and chill out area, free guest parking, room service everyday. The dinner will cost you €25 + drinks what is too high. The only bad points here are slow Wifi and glass door to the bathroom.

We stayed at the Nissi Plage Hotel for a week and the hotel was lovely. A big thank you to Steve (DJ Steve-O) on the front desk who made you feel very welcome and helped with absolutely everything he could as well as the bar staff who put up with us! Cannot fault our stay here and you are right on the beach front for easy access. Would stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in September. For us it is important to swim in the sea on holiday, so we were very happy as the beach there is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I had the best time in Agia Napa. The highlight of the trip was how warm and welcoming the staff was, especially Elias who greeted us when we got there late (at midnight) and made us feel at home. He also gave us the best tips for food and things to do which made the trip even better. Can’t wait to come back!

I chose this hotel because of the view on Nissi beach and sea. That is why I have paid for deluxe room with sea view. But unfortunately we got a room in the corner with view on big wall and little piece of sea … When I went to ask at the reception if this is any mistake (or joke?), they told me not. I definitely would not pay for that “view”...waste of money…
