We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

The beach is sandy and long. The sea is safe but if the wind is strong, usually in the afternoon please take care in the waves as they can knock you down easily especially young people. Safe for all near the beach inside the sandy bar.

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception. This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. It is very well maintained. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner. There was also a wonderful view from the terrace of the room.

Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.

Lovely hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautiful interior design, good breakfast, the showers in the spa are great, the service in the reception - really nice and welcoming, it seems that they have thought on all the small details and everything a guest might want or need.

Service was ok for everything you need. The air condition didnt work so they came to clean the filter. The shower was with low pressure, we didn't ask to fix it. The floor without carpet so all night i heard the people above my room that decided to walk with strong steps.

I didn't have breakfast but lunch and dinner in the hotel were very nice too! I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family as I enjoyed my stay here.

The rooms are tired and in desperate need of renovation. The aircon either didn't work or was turned of. Breakfast is poor so don't bother.

Good hotel and nice and helpful staff. The hotel is clean; the towels are changed daily. The restaurant provides good food, and the waiters are very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. There is a fridge, some stuff for coffee.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our second holiday away together, we were made to feel soooo welcomed. The food, cocktails and rooms (cleaned everyday) were unreal. The staff are amazing and the swim up bar always have anything we ask for. You are always able to get sunloungers, which was a main priority for us, and everyone is so friendly. I would appreciate a larger selection of dishes that do not include spices, sauces, or additional ingredients. The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk. Came on a couples holiday for 7 nights. Pleasant stay but confused why we paid for all inclusive when we were very limited on what drinks we could have. i liked the pool, the location was really great aswell. We had 2 balconies so the view was really nice. The staff is not helpful at all, very rude towards guests, only the bartenders in the evening at the bar were nice, and that you have to pay for drinks at dinner and lunch
