Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good. It's a shame you can only go once as part of the all inclusive. You can go again for a discounted price.

We love this hotel. Room better than expected. Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you. Special mention to Sandeep he always make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. Overall definitely we will be coming back.

When we first checked in, we saw that we had been given a double room, but we paid extra for a twin as we are just friends & work colleagues so sharing a bed would be rather awkward. Friendly staff and waiter's, rooms are clean and the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the pool water was clear, and the food on the buffet was unexpectedly good, the waiter's are actually waiting for you to finish your food instead of rushing you, making you feel comfortable, a place I would reccomand. Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere there simply beautiful!! Its also a very clean hotel and has all the required facilities and the food is excellent as well! We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Place is lovely. Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. Can't comment. No intention of leaving the resort. People can't do enough for you. Beds comfy, room nice and spacious. No English telly, would be nice to have some BBC news or something.

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning. I had a great experience here for my girls trip. We booked all inclusive for 7 days and the service was fantastic - the food was amazing, there were a lot of variety each day. The restaurant manager George was excellent and very friendly, he made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

Spacious, comfortable room with a good size balcony. Hotel seemed quite new, but already showing wear and tear. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a huge range on offer, unfortunately the quality was low - bacon, sausage, eggs etc all cold and flies were enjoying the meat and cheese selection more than guests were. I have stayed in this hotel many times in fact going there twice again this year. Fabulous hotel very clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are well cleaned every day and the maids are wonderful staff. Plenty of choice of foods at mealtimes. Overall the best hotel by far and I have stayed in nearly all those hotels along the board walk. I can't wait to get there next week.

We have just come back from a 2 week stay and have really enjoyed it. Perfect location, clean and inviting rooms although the bed my daughter had was very hard and uncomfortable. We are very satisfied with our holiday at the Vrissaki Beach Hotel. I want to start with a big thanks to Mrs. Carmen from the reception, who was very nice to us. I've been to this hotel before and had a good time. This time everything was fine except for the girl at the poolside bar, Marianna (a redhead with short hair). Every time she tries to rip you off in one way or another, thinking that we tourists are stupid. She laughs and speaks nicely, but on the other hand, she cheats you. We went to Adelais hotel in May '24 so it was just the beginning of season. We travelled with a 6 months old and here are few things we appreciated the most: baby bed, kettle in our room, easy way to 3 beaches with a stroller (walking distance), room on a ground floor and lift to dining area, big room with a garden. Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach. Staff all very friendly - the omelette maker at breakfast is a lovely guy and very chatty.

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge. The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man. Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing.. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected... Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us..

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard. Two lovely pools, one for families, the other adults only.

OK where to start lovely hotel. Very clean hotel with great owners who know exactly what hospitality is!! It is a beachfront property situated exactly by the most famous beach of the island, fig tree bay. Also in the heart of protaras all the restaurants and main street are very very near. Everything within really short walking distance. Clean rooms, friendly staff, overall very good and simple no fuss hotel apartments. The location is the best part of this hotel as it is 2 minutes walk from fig tree bay but nowhere as expensive as the rest of the hotels on this beach. It is also close to all bars and restaurants on the strip. It also has a nice pool and bar outside. Plenty of free parking.

Although stayed at Sunrise Jade Hotel, visited Grecian Park Hotel purely for the Cliff Bar - fantastic views across bay; wonderful cocktails. With a visit. Excellent service.

We got married here in September & couldn’t recommend the hotel & staff enough. Koula in events was phenomenal & made the process of planning a wedding during covid seamless! We stayed in the sea view terrace suite with magical views. Thank you!

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. His laughter was infectious....

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. Great service around the pool and other bars. Beautiful views from our room but, for a 5* hotel, the room (especially the bathroom) was too small and overpriced (230 euro/night). Housekeeping and room service were not reactive.

The hotel is very well located, very relaxing, perfect for couple’s trip. The staff is extremely friendly Anna, Maria and Andrea were always extremely kind and helpful! The hotel should charge an additional fee for the cuteness of the cats that surround the hotel premises, they make the entire experience even better!

Fantastic hotel. Overall service is fabulous in a beautiful quiet area of Protaras. Just a slow 15-20 minute stroll to fig tree bay. No sunbed wars, as you have your own throughout your stay. Excellent food quality and choice. Would highly recommend for adults looking for an adults only hotel.

Everything we wanted on this holiday. It was peaceful, the service was very friendly and good . The food was good. Whoever designed the rooms knew what the holiday maker wanted as everything is where you want it. No early morning rush for a sunbed as when you've chosen your spot, it's yours for your stay. It's just a 15 minute walk if you want a bit of town entertainment. Have recommended

We enjoyed some excellent spa treatments, and the staff was very polite and professional. However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents. This restriction is why we rated it three stars instead of the five stars the spa deserved.

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music. I spent a wonderful week at Sunrise Pear Hotel and Spa, located right on the beach. We had a room with a sea view, and the breathtaking sunrises were simply spectacular. Very nice hotel on the beach. Having your own allocated sun lounger is something all hotels should do. Clean and modern. Stayed at sister property Sunrise Beach previously but this would be my preferred choice now.

I visited here with my mum and sister in April 2023 and we had the most amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful and the food was always delicious! I am usually very sceptical of holiday food but the selection was great and always fresh - I’d say it’s the best hotel buffet I’ve had. I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Everything was always clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, location is great too. Food at the restaurants and at breakfast was delicious. We had a massage and facial at the spa and it really was excellent. The gym ceiling is very low, be careful if you’re lifting dumbbells! Lovely pools and beautiful views of the beach. We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious. The view is excellent. Staff is polite. Rooms and hotel in general are clean.

The most fantastic holiday so far and has been from the moment we arrived. Didn't arrive until the early hours and the guy on reception was exceptional. Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool. Only complaint was the pool hours, they were too short.

We had wonderful time at this hotel and it is my big recommendation. I was here with my family. The stuff are very kind and helpful, they always smile and say hello. This is an outstanding hotel. As you walk in, you are greeted by super friendly and helpful staff and it was like that throughout our stay, the facilities are amazing, except the gym, the gym is very, very dated and the machine selection is odd and they are very old looking with rust. First family holiday here and it was amazing. The staff are fantastic so helpful and understanding with every situation. Very family friendly hotel as well. Rooms were good size and pool/sea view is fantastic. The food was also really tasty every night was different and there was soo much selection, dessert being the best. Amazing hotel, we stayed here for 10 nights in May as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The staff are brilliant, so attentive and engaging with the children. We stayed here for a week and had one of the best holidays ever. The hotel has alot of choices for guests (bar, pools, arcade room, tennis court) and has incredibly nice service on the whole area. Lovely hotel, although I wouldn’t say it is a ‘5 star’. We prepaid for half board and most nights we didn't even eat the dinner. We stayed here for a week before the summer season began. The amenities, service, staff, location and food was impeccable! Lovely treatment and high quality service from the host, reception, dining hall, beach bar and auxiliary services alike. We didn't expect this level of hospitality and were more than pleasantly surprised. We can only recommend this resort and will make sure to return here for another...

Maybe the 5 stars can yield better results in some other place. But for me it was just perfect Maybe the food is better in some other hotels, some other hotels might have better amenities, but the personnel made up for every minor inconvenience. They are all warm and kind and helpful, something you rarely see in a big chain hotel.

The place is okay. The rooms are clean but that's all. The rest of the hotel isn't super clean. I understand it is big and has a lot of people but the management could have been better. I have recently made a booking Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel to attending a wedding in September. When booking I was meant to book all inclusive and clicked bed a breakfast by mistake. I emailed the hotel and they came straight back to me and help me change the booking before the payment had gone through and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is half dated and half has had a revamp. The poolside is dirty and very rarely cleaned properly saying that both pools are in good condition. It is in a fantastic position close to the beach and the strip. The cleaning is poor and not to a high standard at all. The complimentary room was disgusting a ball of hair blocked the plughole when i used it absolutley gross. The food is quite boring...

Hotel is very Good for ourselves, with fast and good bar service, Good position ( 3-5 mins from the beach ) and tasty food from morning to evening with snacks. Hotel is clean, rooms are big with big balcony And Amazing view on the city or on the pools with sea view aswell. Pools are clean and big.. Bathroom in the room are quite dirty but nothing baddest. I would like to share my experience I had in this hotel. When I arrived in my room everything was looking good but when I visited bathroom I was shocked. The hole bathroom was full of rust. Enjoyed an extremely great holiday stay at the Vrissiana Beach hotel. Staff were very supportive, fun, polite and courteous. In particular, Aris who is the lead Manager for the restaurant showed such professional customer service which was simply amazing. Good quality and variety of tasty food too! Certainly valuabled our stay and would definitely consider a revisit!!

Amazing location!! Hotel itself is very clean however a few times the sheets in the room were dirty however staff were very accommodating when told. Restaurant serves a good selection of food however not much for little kids.. Aris and David are amazing huge thank you to them!

Lovely hotel , right by the beach. Very clean throughout. Lots of choices in restaurant. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, go out of there way to help, including the management, feels like our friends. Thanks for making our holiday relaxing. Will be going back next year.
