The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Especially ANCA which was our wedding organiser for the hotel. ANCA went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the most amazing day! Many thank you to all staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location, and food was excellent. The Staff are very nice and friendly too. Trying to find a suitable sunbed was more challenging as you booked that for the length of the holiday!

Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids. Place is lovely. Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. Can't comment. No intention of leaving the resort. I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids. Only thing I will say the pool was a bit too cold.

Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good. It's a shame you can only go once as part of the all inclusive. You can go again for a discounted price.

Nice hotel, but I'd question 4 stars. It's only a couple of years old but there's flaws with the hotel. Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. We just spend 12 days at this hotel. It is nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant and the reception are very nice. It is a smoking hotel. I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge. Very nice hotel. The staff was super nice. The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

We enjoyed some excellent spa treatments, and the staff was very polite and professional. However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents. This restriction is why we rated it three stars instead of the five stars the spa deserved.

We have just returned from a 2-week stay at this wonderful hotel. Two adults and two children, and we all had a great time. The hotel area was tidy and clean, with nice pools and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food was very good! We truly recommend this place.

I have stayed in this hotel many times in fact going there twice again this year. Fabulous hotel very clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I've been to this hotel before and had a good time. This time everything was fine except for the girl at the poolside bar, Marianna (a redhead with short hair). Every time she tries to rip you off in one way or another, thinking that we tourists are stupid. She laughs and speaks nicely, but on the other hand, she cheats you. I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. We have visited Flamingo paradise beach hotel with my partner from a recommendation from a friend. We were glad we made this choice as the whole experience was great. This is the definition of hospitality, from the housekeepers, receptionists, waiters and Mrs. Lisa (owner) who were always friendly and warm. We felt like a family here. After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. We went only for the water park, which was €50 for a family of 4. Recliners are looking a bit old but working fine, slide are great for under teens, but a bit tame for older. Staff were lovely and the pool was lovely and warm. Let down by the pool bar not serving food, which seemed to be a surprise to the ticket office

Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning.
