Main pool not big enough though large quiet area under trees and private beach make up for size of pool area. Staff are very friendly helpful. Lacks a shower room if you have a late flight

The staff at the pool bar are also really nice. The grab and go food is a brilliant idea. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were fine and served in decent glasses. We had some sort of entertainment every evening

I requested one for our room and was informed it would be €100 from 12. Somewhat pricey when a room for the whole night is around €127. Would we return - yes we would. Thanks to all at the hotel for a lovely experience

Sun beds - we did always managed to find one (eventually) but people are out there very early. The maids - cleaned our rooms well and were very pleasant. The only negative I can give is re the late check out

During our vacation there was not a single problem with anything, staff and everyone was being so nice, solving anything we needed or wanted. We simply didn’t miss a single thing

The rooms are spacious, the bed was very large & comfortable with a nice sized en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with a large mirror

We bought that at the supermarket and kept it in our mini fridge. The room is missing a water kettle and maybe a hairdryer, other than that it’s a very nice room with a comfy bed and the most amazing view

I stayed at this hotel in November 2024 as part of a last minute beach holiday booking for 5 nights & I was very pleasantly impressed

Your towels for the beach/pool are in your room but you can change them for clean ones daily at the pool bar. For me the main draw was the beach/es. The main beach is very pleasant, golden sand and clear blue waters

The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further

The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop

The hotel has its own swimming pool, bar by the pool, gym, safe small playground for children, massage which is paid extra

What a fantastic holiday we had, The staff are lovely, the hotel is lovely, and the location is perfect for everything you'd want, right on the beach, but also only a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars

My only problem is that there are no dedicated sunbeds at the beach for the hotel guests and also the pool is pretty small with very few sunbeds. Very much first world kind of problems. Would definitely stay here again

This was mine and my partners' first holiday together and it couldn't have been more perfect. We were here from Oct 3rd-10th so it was still hot but not too busy

The hotel staff is very friendly and always will to help. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, which is located next to the hotel, and they are included in price of the stay

The outdoor pool was lovely, the time of year we went meant it wasn't too busy, there were always enough outdoor beds and all was tidy

UPDATED: Despite the two beautiful pools, they are unfortunately inaccessible. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels even before the pools open, leaving them constantly occupied

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

The hotel has a great pool bar with a varied menu selection, also for vegetarians. It is elevated with the best view of the bay and beach

It is public and a bit crowded. The pool is less crowded, nicely situated over the bay. The sea can be reached quickly with a short walk. Everything looks very clean, including the beach and water

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

The view out from the hotel and its restaurants was perfect. Nissi Beach is probably one of the top 3 cleanest beaches I have swam in ever. I only had a short time at Nissi but I will go back in the off season again

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)

A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it

Couple of negatives which haven’t put me off from returning. At least one outdoor pool could be heated during the colder months as they were extremely cold and there was an unpleasant odour in the indoor pool area

Just returned from the Olympic Lagoon and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in 😎 Wonderful family holiday. Food and beverages excellent, fabulous dining experience in all restaurants

Great location, half an hour from the airport, very nice room with a Sea view, great pool (get your towel out early!), right next to the beach (sunbed was €15 for 2 for the day)

We had a Superior deluxe room with side seaview room. The room was fantastic, clean, modern. Cleaners did a brilliant job everyday with new towels and bottled water left

Pool side is brilliant with a lovely big pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely be returning here again

A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Nissi Beach The food was delicious and varied, both for breakfast and dinner The room was spacious with a balcony, which overlooked the pool and further to Nissi beach, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen was changed every other day and towels were changed daily The hotel is extremely clean The staff was friendly and always ready to help and provide...

Everything could be perfect, but.. My costly sunglasses disappeared one day from the room.. I was in shock. Beside that: location, room, food (main chef was amazing), drinks (great stuff) pool area - great!

Our room had breathtaking views of the Sea that greeted us each morning and watching the sun dip below the horizon each evening was a highlight! Moved to sea view room as land side room was opposite a very loud pool area at the hotel next door (beware)

Our stay at the Amarande Hotel was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the wonderful staff, who made us feel at home immediately

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat

The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused

Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great

The location is great, between Nissi and Vathia Gona beaches, the rooms are spacious, clean, towels are changed every day, there is a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner that are fantastic, better than the expensive products I buy at the hairdresser

Beach is a few minutes away, but there are two large beaches, one of them is Nissi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Food was great, every day of the week there was a theme, so no redundant food

Everything is ok, the rooms are big and clean, the food is great, the staff is very hard working and attentive to customers. The Nissi beach is very close, the side from the "island" is the best

The hotel is within 400 m near Nissi beach. In the hotel there is a gym and saunas, but the best part about this hotel is the food. There is lunch, diner, breakfest and snacks (in all inclusive

Nice pool with special zone for kids. Good buffet, lunch and dinner drinks for extra charge. Beach is 5-7 min walk from the hotel, same for a few hotels, sunbed and ambrellas paid

Our stay at Alion Beach Hotel was truly memorable! The location is unbeatable – right on the beach, surrounded by a stunning garden and a beautiful pool area that invites you to relax and unwind

The concept of being allocated your sunbed for your whole duration of your stay is perfect, you have a safety deposit box and also a buzzer for your waiter service

The food at Akti Pool was terrible, overpriced dishes, low quality and portion size does not reflect to the price. Come on! It's a pool restaurant not a luxury spot. Other than that it's highly recommended

It was an incredible experience—very romantic and set in a secluded spot in the hotel’s garden with a breathtaking sea view. The food was exquisite, and having our own butler made it feel even more special and intimate

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

For breakfast, several types of yoghurt, cereals with milk (cold or hot), fried eggs (fried eggs) and boiled, omelet. At least two types of soup for lunch. It is very difficult to stay hungry

Amazing hotel with some really nice facilities, location is perfect with the strips being a short walk away, and the beach being a short walk away. It wasn't noisy on a night time, or in the day time

My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile

The Food was a particular highlight! Overall, Napa Plaza Hotel offers a great blend of comfort, service, and location. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
