The staff were beyond amazing – warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable

From the front desk to the housekeeping team, and every waiter and bartender in between – their professionalism and friendliness made our stay unforgettable. The food was a highlight in itself

I won’t mention some kind things they did for us because there will be a moment when they won’t be able to repeat those gestures for some guests and I don’t want others to have expectations, we were just lucky and also the reception was really kind with us and I want to thank them

Whether it was the breakfast buffet with endless options, or the à la carte dinners with local and international flavors, we looked forward to every bite! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable

The facilities were top-notch too – the pools were crystal clear, the spa was serene, the gym well-equipped, and the rooms spacious and modern with stunning sea views

It is one of the most complete hotels I stayed in, with available services of any kind. Very child friendly and also prepared for any request you might have

The temperature of the pool was pretty cold considering the climate season. Like: Although the pool was pretty cold, it was amazing and huge

We loved staying in Grecian Bay Hotel!!! Everything was perfect, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful! The view is magical, the flowers are beautiful! The gastronomical experience is special! The taste and the serving are both fantastic! We suggest the hotel for you with love and hope to be back soon

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect

Absolutely top hotel - rooms, common places, facilities, pools, gym are excellent. Beautiful garden inside with a few bungalows. The hotel has its own beach (with beach service) which is a big plus

Our kids didn’t want to leave because they had such a great time with her. She gave us parents a chance to relax and unwind, which we really appreciated

Hotel was busy but there were always available tables during meals, sun beds around the pool and tables around the 2 bars

Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

Stayed for 2 days as a family of 4 on All Inclusive terms and everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. Air condition in the rooms efficient. Drinks service in the restaurant is quick. Loved the omelette during breakfast

I would like to say we had the best time ever from the room size to the air conditioning the food the pool the location of hotel, everything was perfect There are 2 people I would like to mention that I feel went over & beyond with the service they provided & the first person is Veronica who works in the food hall she is a ray of sunshine always so so happy & smiley so helpful & I looked forward to...

There a couple of small points that could be improved: the bars are quite a walk from the pool area, one being inside near reception- would be good to have a bar nearer,maybe on the terrace outside the restaurant

Cocktails in both bars are nice and refreshing. Between meals kids could grab a snack or ice cream from the grab & go

Could have been better due to this, the pool was clean and food tasty!

What a fantastic holiday we had, The staff are lovely, the hotel is lovely, and the location is perfect for everything you'd want, right on the beach, but also only a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars

The outdoor pool was lovely, the time of year we went meant it wasn't too busy, there were always enough outdoor beds and all was tidy

We had a great stay at Nelia Beach! The staff was amazing, whether it was the restaurant/bar staff, the spa staff or reception, everything went well. There was always space around the pool during our stay

Those who made that happen, thank you so much! We didn't have any issues with the food, each day was different which was good, think out of the 7 days we were there only 1 day we'd rather go out due to food options dinner time

Right next to the hotel is the beach which we loved, ended up doing a lot of snorkeling finding lots of fishes and crabs. It's also just a 2 minute walk from the town centre too so there's that plus

I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine, and the serene pools

We had a fantastic family holiday at Atlantica Sun Garden Beach this summer! The hotel has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with stunning sea views and direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were incredibly friendly

Our room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The pool areas were great too, not too crowded and very well maintained

We especially loved the pool area and how close the hotel is to the beach, it felt like paradise! We’re already talking about coming back next year

I recently stayed at Atlantica Sun Gardens Beach for my holiday, and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! The location is beautiful, right by the sea with stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing

Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep

Food was delicious, especially Italian a’la carte! Last but not least, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive

What a fabulous holiday with my family. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The location, staff, food, facilities, bedrooms were all first class

The 2 pools were both very different, one offering lots of space and a good swim up bar, the other was a show pool with bubbles, chairs, jets and lights. Sun loungers were fairly easy to get before 9-10am

Pool side service was not really happening like other resorts manage, but we were happy to go to the nearby bars, where service was always with a smile by staff that were kept busy! The gardens and grass areas were beautifully kept and wonderful views from cabana day beds on the grassed area

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)

A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

From the moment me and my son arrived all of the staff were amazing nothing was too much always smiling the grounds and pools were immaculate and the room clean fresh great size and air con was excellent! I found this to be the right mix of activities if you wanted but also quieter time to chill

- A baby in a small seated float holding a small ball was told the ball was not allowed in the pool (he wasn’t even throwing it just holding in his float)

- I was walking across the pool holding a small rubber ring (that was then allowed) to take to the other side of the pool while my daughter swam next to me and was told no adult is to hold a float in the pool (I was just carrying it for my daughter)

I witnessed myself: - Someone being asked to tell their 3 year old to stop laughing as they are annoying other guests resting (this was the family pool)

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

Whether it was at the reception, restaurant, or by the pool, every member of the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage

Of course it is not luxurious or a 5 star room but let's be honest why would you spend much time in the room when the pool and the beach is that great

the pools were clean and neat, the interior isn’t new but is has a certain vibe to it, it requires renovation though

It could do a deep cleaning but again we just done a bit extra cleaning on it by our selves. All in all I would say the room is a good 7. Few comments mentioned that the food is not great, repetitive or tasteless

This is my third time spending a holiday at this hotel with my now-adult children, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality and genuinely friendly welcome we receive each time

There was quite a lot of street noise, especially motorcycles, that impacted the quality of sleep. One day we had ants on the kitchen table, but those disappeared

Great location 5 minute walk from the infamous nissi beach. We paid extra for sea view room which we did not receive. Booked 2 rooms, one seems new renovated and decent however was very cramped

Really nice hotel with a lovely staff, good hotel pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for free, rooms are clean and comfortable (we stayed in the hotel on the 4th floor) and they were cleaned every single day

The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile

The pools are a lovely temperature but a little slippery when you entered, there are hand rails though. The gardens are kept tidy and the garden red are constantly working hard

My only negative were the toilets around the the hotel, these do need bring up to date, the ones near the adult only side of restaurant are very dated and dinge oftern look like they need a good clean, the ones near the outside pool bars are just as bad

Absolutely amazing hotel in an amazing position. Literally across the road from Nissi Bay. One of the best holidays we have ever had

We were at the deeper end of the main pool but had steps that stretched across the width of the pool so very easy access especially for anyone with disabilities

Shampoo, shower, gel, tooth brushes, shower caps, mini manicure set. Small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Kettle and Coffee pod machine. Large lounge area with 2 sofa beds and big comfy chair

Nice touch having some free items in the fridge, our chilldern (21/17) made sure they drank their refreshments. The only thing I would change would be more comfortable seating on the balcony but that's just my preference

The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop

The hotel shop has the bare minimum, a fridge with cold drinks including beer and soft drinks and water, and some shelves with a small offering of snacks. There’s also some souvenirs and beach essentials

My only small issue with the room is that they don’t have tea/coffee/kettle which is a minor problem for me as I do enjoy a hot coffee first thing in the morning

The rooms are spacious, the bed was very large & comfortable with a nice sized en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with a large mirror

My package came with breakfast and the breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint

The rooms have a mini fridge, tv and safe which is in the large wardrobe

A great family hotel with great facilities for children. Numerous swimming pools including the splash world with lots of slides for kids and adults to enjoy. The kids club was also available through the day

Great location, easy access to the beach,and short distance to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Staff very friendly, attentive and approachable. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the pool

The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range

There were lots of sunbeds however some ended up in the shade around the splash world due to the low sun in October and the locality of a neighbouring hotel

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

We thought we were getting a family room but ended up with a twin family room. A good selection of food each day with a different theme each night and a bar service open from morning until late into the evening

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

The hotel has a great pool bar with a varied menu selection, also for vegetarians. It is elevated with the best view of the bay and beach

We booked through Jet2 and could only get a garden view room so I called the hotel to upgrade our room to a top floor sea view room and spoke with Coola (spelling?) she was fantastic on the phone and extremely friendly and helpful and I think we had the best room in the hotel with an amazing view we were delighted

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

Elena, Vasilis and Giogia offer great service, you feel welcome! The hotel has by far the most beautiful and well-kept garden in the whole area. We had imagined the bathing bay to be larger

5 Euros for the sunbeds on the beach. It's just a 20 yard walk from the pool area to the "Sandy Bay". The pool is probably the best thing

Juat arrived home from a week all inclusive here and got to say it's the BEST all inclusive we have been to yet The food was great with good variety The cocktails were spot on The room cleaned everyday with new towels The bed was king size (loved it) The sun bed were comfy but got very hot being black Only downfall was the entertainment although the young girl did try Will definitely be returning

The gym is one of the better hotelgyms I have seen. 1 minut flip flop walk from the pool. On the down side quite a lot of plastic ends up by the shore. Someone should clean it up every day

Stayed at Pavlo Napa for 8 days in June during my 50th birthday. Wife and 2 boys, 10 and 12 years old. Whole experience was amazing. And the restaurant food is really great

Got the All inclusive so free sodas, ice cream and snacks for the kids and drinks for mum and dad. Burgers and pizza on demand after 15:00 for the kids. Maybe evan for mums n dads?! Got a room with two bedrooms

Who needs more? Staff is great. The poolside bar staff consists of younger men. They will grow in to the service mentality. The bathrooms under ground by the pool is very practical and clean

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants

On reception desk is able to rent a beach towel with formal 5 eur deposit and change for new every day. Room is daily cleaning and towels changing. Balcony with chairs and small table

The hotel is good, worth the money. Booked 2 adults and a child under 12. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room has everything you need, on request they put a good bed for a 5-year-old child

The only negative that we had was huge flying crickets, so you can’t sleep with an open balcony, in the morning the entire floor on the balcony is littered with them dead, because. Beach across the road very close 10 min

Amazing stay at Christofinia Hotel – We’ll definitely return! We stayed at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa with our family from June 24th to July 1st, 2025, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The hotel is recently renovated, very clean, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing holiday

One windy day, we decided to stay by the hotel pool, and we were glad we did! The water was warm and clean, the pool area included a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar – such a great way to spend the day

In the evenings, there was entertainment at the poolside bar, which created a lovely atmosphere

Our room was spacious with a large, extremely comfortable bed and a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The elevators worked smoothly, which made everything even more convenient
