The pool area was so much fun! Good for swimming (separate adults only one) and kids play areas. You get allocated sunbeds for your stay - so no having to fight over them in the mornings, and all are a good location

( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10. The adult pool was lovely to swim in

The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening

Fantastic place - best cocktails at any all inclusive I have stayed in - great sunbed allocation - food was really good plenty to chose from breakfast lunch and dinner, any complaints about the food is beyond me, the entertainment was extremely good all the shows and the service was brilliant it did get busy later on and you do need to arrive early , We had a garden suite with a “garden view” my only...

We booked an inland view room but we didn’t expect it to be overlooking the motorway, so it was very noisy. Thankfully the hotel were able to move us after a few days

Would 100 percent return and looking already at booking for next year however I wouldn’t stay in the same room and will hopefully be able to get a room with a pool this time around

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

The only recommendation is that if you have small children, try to book a room that does not overlook the pool because you can hear music until 11 p

The animation team is great especially Aleksandra and Jovana - my daughters never wanted to leave the kids club 😊 The staff are helpful and friendly

Phenomenal experience, we enjoyed every day with our family. The food was delicious, rich, diverse, and the location perfect for a vacation

The diner/lunch (except for the live cooking) is mostly too cold. Drinks were served to the tables, well not anymore! All the empoyees who pickup the finished drinks and plates are dark skinned

The toilets are dirty, dont even think about going bearfeet to the ones next to the kidsclub! The main bar is closed, you can now go to the lunch bar as an lousy alternative

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

Rooms again nothing amazing, but simple and fresh; the shower/wet room is not the best design as the water floods across the whole floor! Lovely gardens and pool area

Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat

The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused

Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great

Moved to sea view room as land side room was opposite a very loud pool area at the hotel next door (beware)

Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

The room has a free safe and mini fridge. Only news channels in English. They change your towels daily even when you dont want to

The pool is very clean and the beach is a step away, also the beautiful Nissy Beach it's just some minutes away walking

Didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant attached to it was one of the best from our trip. Would highly recommend the pork chops. Melts in your mouth and was genuinely the best pork I've eaten in my life

The hotel is in a good location, right across the street is Landa beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, and other beaches are also close by. The food is excellent, there is a choice, it is delicious

Unfortunately there was no daytime pool entertainment or music. When mentioned this to rep, she said Covid was to blame - couldn't see the harm in putting a bit of music on but there you go

Separate baby pool with like a mushroom type waterfall/sprinkler that was never switched on. Evening entertainment consisted of a 20 minute parrot show/magic show or the occasional singer

Safety deposit box in room which was extra if you wanted to use it. Poolside had lounges and umbrellas which needed attention as rods were poking out from material on the umberellas

Nice and clean hotel, sunny room with a beautiful view to the pools and the sea

The cleaning lady came every day, she was really kind, leaving us extra coffee for request. The hotel offers quite well equipped wellness area with a free gym, a cross-fit room, different inside pools and saunas

The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food was also perfect - with a really nice and friendly "pancake guy" Mikola at breakfast who always had a small chat with the guests while preparing fresh and delicious pancakes for them

We booked for 7 nights, and we received an offer for our last 2 nights to move to their 5-star sister hotel some kilometres away, with an upgrade from half board to all inclusive accommodation for free

:) Breakfast is mainly the same every day, but there was such a wide variety, you don't need to eat the same 2-3 things all the time. Dinner was varied every day, local specialities were also served

It was nice that we could also try another hotel, but if we had to choose in the future, we would opt for Anmaria again, as it was much quieter and cosier for us with a great service for our money

A few steps away from the beach and not too off center from interesting sites in ayia napa. You can reach the nearest bus stop within 1 min of walking. All in all it‘s been a more than pleasant stay

Food was amazing and lot to choose from - traditional cyperian meals and sweets, pasta, salads and so much more! People with gluten-free diet or other alergies don't have any problem choosing 😄

I celebrated my birthday out there and while I was chilling by the pool, they put a bottle of red wine and a fruit hamper which was a very nice touch. 10 min walk from the main strip. Would highly recommended this hotel

Told it was 18/30 but a lot of older couples go year after year. Went half board and food was bang on. Staff were extremely polite and the big big plus was that the hotel is spotless with a pool to die for

I felt like we were given fresh towels everyday and bedding every other day. The housekeepers also provided water almost everyday to put in the fridge

Just got back from a 4 night lads holiday. There were 6 of us, and baring in mind we were typical British lads with banter the staff were fantastic, especially the animation team billy and Iryna

My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. They were so helpful when we needed a larger room. Large rooms have two televisions. The pictures they advertise are exactly what you get

Breakfast has a wide variety of foods for vegan and vegetarian people. Also bathed in the jacuzzi which was great. The hotel has a gym for everyone that likes working out and loves staying in shape even on vacation

It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre, lots of restaurants, cafes, clubs. The sandy beach is 3 minutes away, but the hotel beach with pool is also wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

I'm writing from the hotel's restaurant, with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is worth every penny, cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, beautiful rooms with sea views

Our room had a great view so we could stare at the sunset in the afternoon. The rooms were cozy and romantic

The food was really good (meat, fish, vegetables, salads, cakes, ice cream) and the cocktails were also tasty

The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile

Better then another hotels in ayia napa. Cleaning in rooms every day, very happy. Pool was secured by staff, nice. Ping pong table or billiard close to pool. Children love this place Breakfast same every day, not happy

The area around the pool has umbrellas and sun beds, a bar, playground for little children and a small shallow pool for toddlers

The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa, yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the hotel grounds

No explanation of the hotel, we had to find our own way around. *bedding/towels was hit or miss. We had some which had stains and black marks on them

*breakfast was okay Bad points: * the night receptionist (not sure his name) was NOT welcoming or helpfull in anyway and quite rude. We arrived very late at night and felt like an inconvinience for him

Prices in the hotel's bar are the same as everywhere in Aya Napa. It's very close to main bars street. There is nothing I would change here. Good job, staff! Keep up the good work

Stayed here for a week, not long got back. These are my opinions on the hotel but although there are good and bad points, i would stay here again

I am very satisfied that I came to this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite, they are ready to help you as much as they can. Also very nice staff at the bar. Food is very tasty, varied, well prepared

I also noticed old beds, towels and bedding. This is not expensive for a 5-star hotel. This is an old categorization from the 90s. The maids also stole 50 euros from my friends

Pool inside the hotel was fine, nothing too special but nice to spend some time and enjoy good music and cocktails. Note: they don’t provide towels for pool and pool is being closed after 7pm

All good until I went out to the strip and lost my phone which had my boarding card on but the young blonde lady there was amazing! She helped me to print my boarding pass out and she give me another room card because I lost that also

Perfect location, great value for money. The apartment and hotel were super clean. The people and management of the hotel are one of the best I ever met, big respect for them!

Very friendly and good staff works there, always happy to help with anything inside or outside of the hotel. Only complaint is that WiFi provided in the rooms was really weak on 2nd floor, basically useless

They dont provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in the rooms. Rooms also doesn’t have TV’s but these are only some minor things. Overall opinion: would recommend and come back again!

My boys had a fabulous time in the various pools, especially the one with the water slides and the one with the pool bar. We also had a wonderful, spacious bungalow with a lovely garden

A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but i have to say that they have a few minuses for a 5 star hotel: -there is no Ac on the corridors -very little entertainment during the evening and around the pool -no sunbeds on the beach and you have to travel all the beach to go to blue sunbeds where is crowded all the time

Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view)

Very child friendly with kids pool, park, kids club and a shallow end in the big pool where they could play safely. We especially enjoyed ordering from the pool bar and the Theros bistro. The pizzas and pasta were great

My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)

A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

Melissa at the hairdressers has done an amazing job with all our hair. Top head waiter (tall guy, whose name I forget) was so welcoming to all guests

The rooms where very very clean and ofcourse they had all the extras that you need( for example: 2 toothbrushes, 2 toothpaste, slipper , 4 very good brand of conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, body wash, slippers, rope , and many many other small thing that for sure you will need

The hotel staff here are incredibly friendly and truly care about the guests. It's not our first time staying here, and we always feel welcome
