Hotels on first line in Ayia Napa

Couple of negatives which haven’t put me off from returning. At least one outdoor pool could be heated during the colder months as they were extremely cold and there was an unpleasant odour in the indoor pool area

The only thing they could do better is have the evening bar in a more central location to attract more guests in. Local laws mean that even on all-inclusive holidays, drinks will be charged after 11

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! We stayed as a family with two adults, a 4-year-old, and a 1. 3-year-old, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish

Great location with easy assessment to Ayia Napa and bus stop directly at the back of the hotel with regular buses to all nearby villages and Larnaca and Nicosia

try the 7 Orchids restaurant, Japanese restaurant, but don't bother with the Garibaldi as it doesn't really have any atmosphere

Would highly recommend and return again

Pool & restaurant area very clean! Prime location, Nissi beach is literally at the back of the hotel. Also loads of shops, restaurants & excursions within a 10 minute proximity

A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

Loved this hotel! Location is just a 2 minute walk from Nissi beach. Also, it was nice that the staff were mostly locals

What a great place for summer vacation :-). Hotel is excellent, rooms are clean and bug enough, food is absolutely fantastic, location is great, two minutes walk to Nissi beach, and five minutes to Sandy bay beach

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

A lot of patch work on pool, floors and walls. The water features in the pools weren't working. 5 star, Quite a lot of filler products. The evening shows were amateur performances, Reps doing most of it

The poolside entertainment was very repeatative. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Very expensive for 3 stars Holiday. The waiters and staff were friendly

Rooms - spotless, cleaned daily, seavew rooms have spectacular views. Amenities - Spa has sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool has plenty of seating and chairs

The temperature of the pool was pretty cold considering the climate season. Like: Although the pool was pretty cold, it was amazing and huge

Room always put a new bottle of water and some chocolates for us which was pretty nice. The hotel has its own beach and sitting area. I suggest that the hotel will put some music in the hotel area, it's very quiet

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

The only minus are the sun beds near the beach, it’s a narrow space, 50 meters from the beach

So far so fairly good. Clean and modern. Sunbeds limited and just ok. food very good. Will know more in a few days

What a wonderful hotel. The nicest staff, rooms are beautiful and the food was AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to visit again!

The beach is not on-site and you have to walk a few minutes down the road to access it. Good sun loungers are not included (they are approximately 20 rows back from the sea)

Enjoyed one night stay here, everything was perfect. Really loved sauna facilities and indoor pool in the evening. True 4 star hotel.

The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead

However, he did not apologize, did not call the police, and did not even remove the customer from the pool. The reception staff is very kind and nice but works very, very slowly, creating queues at all hours of the day

The beach adjacent to the hotel is truly amazing and highly recommended. We were also disappointed with the service and maintenance. The wardrobe door in our7 room was broken, and we couldn't unpack our suitcases

The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours! The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive

For those who keep kosher, the selection is significantly smaller, leaving only inedible options. On one of the days, a disturbed customer who claimed we were sitting in his spot started hitting my partner

The slides keep the kids entertained (although they only operate for two/three hours a day). The location is amazing and sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world

The main reason i stayed here was for the pool bar however i still had a great stay there

Great hotel staff cant do enough for you. Only reasons for not giving 5 star is they advertised pool bar and 3 restaurants however due to it being low season the pool bar and 2 of the restaurants were closed

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

A nice beach is literally around the corner. They feed "for slaughter"))) There are meat and fish, and various pasta hinges and potatoes in different forms

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

Tofinis has a very nice water park for kids. The location is okay walking distance to a nice beach. The clientele when we stayed in the hotel was a mix of British, Russians, Greeks and Scandinavians

We had a really good time here. There's a wide variety of food and entertainment

The cleaning of the rooms is spotty when looking under beds there were old socks etc left by previous guests. If you are not traveling with small kids I would suggest booking Tofinis luxury hotel

Nice hotel, really big and very busy. Food was good, what you would expect from all inclusive hotel. Drinks weren’t that nice unfortunately but shop onsite. Staff very helpful and friendly

During our stay the safe in our room did not work, we asked the hotel to have it fixed. After asking to have it fixed 3 times we gave up as it apparently was not a priority

The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further

They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff

A positive/ negative is that the alcohol is quite weak but if you're drinking during the day, it's actually better, but you notice it when you buy a bottle of spirits or beers outside the hotel

Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids

It's been a long time since anything has surprised us so positively on a trip. The location of the hotel directly on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Check in was prompt and the view from the room was beautiful

The hotel staff does nothing to address this unfair behavior. Our stay at the Atlantis Sun Garden Beach Hotel was nothing short of spectacular

The location was beautiful, right on the edge of Aiya Napa with perfect views out over the sea with the beach just a few minutes walk away and the bus stop literally across the road to take you into town or other nearby towns

We’ve had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Great food and service all round. We will definitely be returning. Great location too.

UPDATED: Despite the two beautiful pools, they are unfortunately inaccessible. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels even before the pools open, leaving them constantly occupied

Wow what can I say the staff all friendly and helpful the food was out of this world the pools really good beach 30 seconds away lots to do entertainment was not that great but we went in April and drinks wow anything you want even champagne please go

From the moment I arrived at Atlantica Sungarden beach hotel I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail that is evident throughout the hotel

In principle, the only plus is the water Park, but to sit there constantly - not for me. The beaches around 10 minutes walk. The restaurant was very against testimny in the sea, no

food was average, all inclusive is very convenient the disadvantages are: - water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer - one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived - the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

Close to the harbour and a short walk from sandy beaches. A ten min walk to the main drag of bars and closer to shops, the fair ground and other entertainment. We would gladly stay here again

Rooms again nothing amazing, but simple and fresh; the shower/wet room is not the best design as the water floods across the whole floor! Lovely gardens and pool area

I had a fantastic stay at Napa Plaza Hotel. The location is perfect, close to the city center, beach, making it easy to explore the area

Some things to take note as far as feedback and guidance for others: - No 24/7 gym, it’s only open from 9 to 6 - beach towels are somewhat rundown - one of the elevators didn’t work once we arrived but got fixed within two days - internet a bit slow and unreliable at times of high usage

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very clean and tidy, air conditioner works perfectly. Location is amazing, everything is very close(good restaurants, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop)

The staff on the front desk (Ari and Antonia) were so helpful. The room was amazing, the food was great, the location was excellent and the hotel facilities in general, were superb. We will definitely be returning

The hotels location cannot be beaten, being right on the beach is something not many hotels can offer and the outside areas are faultless. The pools are big and it never felt over crowded even during the holidays

Take rooms with a sea view - this is a great option and you are guaranteed a beautiful view in the morning. There is indoor parking for cars - this is great

Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

I would imagine it would be quite noisy once it's open and feel it defeats the purpose of going to an Adult Only hotel only to have to endure this, so I would highly recommend upgrading to a sea view or partial sea view room (our friends stayed in a partial sea view room and it was lovely)

Also the cleanliness is top notch. Amarande should be the only choice for anyone in the dilemma of what hotel to choose in the area!

It was the perfect hotel for us. Spacious and super clean rooms. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Awesome position and location since beach is just 10min walk away and bus station 5min away

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Housekeepers clean the room thoroughly every day, you get new towels. Beach towels are also available at no extra charge

Please clam chairs in the main restaurant they are really soooo dirty that I couldn’t seat on

More entertainment and care of their own guests a must to get these star ratings up! Location: a bit farther out than what I thought , but only a short walk to Nissi beach and the smaller one next door

That was the biggest let down Rooms were ok, service was good, location great (5 minnutes walk from Nissi beach) But the food really made this place bad in my eyes

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

A very nice and brautiful hotel with excellent quisine and very kind and helpful staff. Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Nissi beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Cyprus

One thing I would say is that the entertainment may need enhancing somewhat - there was only one person (Picasso) who was doing all the entertainment for the whole hotel, and it was evident that he needed more support - not due to a lack of ability or effort, but just for the fact that single handedly running the entertainment for an entire hotel is a mammoth task

The rooms were top notch - always very clean and extremely comfy beds. Perhaps the only slight criticism that I would have is on the food - although each night had a unique theming for food, it did seem quite repetitive

I came with my family and some friends, and this was the perfect hotel - situated relatively close to the strip allowed us to have a few drinks at the hotel, and then walk up to the strip (about 15 minutes walk)

The a la carte restaurant was fantastic. There’s nothing I can add on that front. Finally, the staff were great - not only were they polite, but they were also very friendly and sociable

I would like to mention two bar workers specifically, Ariata & Veronika from Latvia. They were great, and tended to me very well when working off a hangover from the night before

The hotel is in a good location, right across the street is Landa beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, and other beaches are also close by. The food is excellent, there is a choice, it is delicious

Unfortunately there was no daytime pool entertainment or music. When mentioned this to rep, she said Covid was to blame - couldn't see the harm in putting a bit of music on but there you go

Separate baby pool with like a mushroom type waterfall/sprinkler that was never switched on. Evening entertainment consisted of a 20 minute parrot show/magic show or the occasional singer

Safety deposit box in room which was extra if you wanted to use it. Poolside had lounges and umbrellas which needed attention as rods were poking out from material on the umberellas

We had an amazing balcony with views over the pool and tonthe ocean. The staff were brilliant and coco was full of energy running the activities. We will definitely be staying here again

Apart from the fact that although he said he would call a taxi, he was late to come, in the end an elderly gentleman came after 20 minutes, and at the end of the race he asked me for 50 euros, saying that he had to I ask the hotel receptionist how much it costs! I asked the gentleman at the reception to help me with a transfer to the airport, knowing from his colleague from the previous day (the gentleman with glasses who was very helpful to me!), that a flight to Larnaca airport costs 40 euros

Good points: Cleanliness, wonderful staff, entertainment, good location Bad points: Everything was wonderful until the last day, on September 28, 2021, at 7 o'clock in the morning
