L' Eros Hotel in Ayia Napa

I had a fantastic experience at L’eros Hotel! The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing stay. What made my visit even more special were the amazing staff members – especially Lavisa and Yoannis. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Their warm personalities made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am really gratefull to have stayed at this hotel, first we booked an airbnb in larnaca for 8days but in our 2nd day we already felt it so boring there so we went for a visit to ayia napa and fell in love with this city so we decided to move there, but this wouldn’t have been possible if the owner of this hotel (that was recommended for us by some locals) wasn’t very understanding and managed to give us a room the same day with a very good price, he saved our holidays. The location is the best you can have for day and night life, in the heart of the main touristic street where you have all the restaurants, bars, activities and only 3minutes walking to the beach. And also the hotel has his own nonstop little shop which was very convenient to get water drinks snacks and cigarets at any time with a good price. The room is clean and spacious, you have a big closet an AC a mini fridge a locker, and the sanitary is working well, the balcony is a must !! We got to know the owner his wife and his brother, very kind and smart people, we could stay hours talking to them, always patients and with a big smile, thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this hotel, for sure we will go back there with no hesitation 😍😍

We visited L’Eros Hotel on the end of september for couple days. Hotel was very nice and clean, food was amazing. Everything was preparing from fresh meat or vegetables. I still have in my mind soup of the day (mushroom soup) and can’t wait to eat it again ❤️ Staff incredible nice and friendly - love this people. Also, they helped us when our phones were stolen on the beach while we were swimming. We will come very very soon to L’Eros Hotel🥹🥰 ❤️ Klaudia and Szymon

This little family Hotel saved us 2 times from horrible Airbnbs in Cyprus.

If you consider to book a Holiday in Cyprus please do not take Airbnbs but only Hotels

This nice little Hotel is run by a super nice Family.
The rooms are good for the price and the location is one of the Best you can get in Ayia Napa because you are in the middle of the Restaurant street but its still quiet after 0 am.

The Sea/Beach is also only 5 mins to walk.

If you need something just say it and they will bring it to your room or give you advice etc etc.

Since we had to check out from our Airbnbs because of Ants and Roaches at evening, we searched for a short term replacement for our stay and the owner still had one room which he gave us for a good price for 8 days.
We checked in at evening and it was nice, we even could check our room first before moving in Which is very good because not every Hotel will agree on it.
And it was the Only Hotel in Area which had a free room.

The Air Conditioner was also brand new in our room
(Newer then in other Airbnbs or hotels ) And it safed our day because even in September it is very very hot.

Some people write that rooms and area are dirty etc etc, yeah maybe not everything is perfect , but people please dont expect too much for your price, you are nit paying a Ton of money for a 5 Star super City Hotel , so whats the matter?!

For the price its absolutely fantastic and i would recomed it for everybody who searches for a small hotel to stay in middle of Ayia Napa.

They even have a small Shop in the Hotel where you can buy Cigarettes and Drinks and other things.

We checked out yesterday, with a little selfmade present from the owners 🌷.

I wish the best for the family and maybe we will be back in a few years.

The location is ideal and peaceful. The staff was extremely accommodating, even offering me a room upgrade. It should be noted that this is not a five-star hotel, but for the price, I believe it is one of the best options in the area.

The staff and management are wonderful. They are friendly and trustworthy. The rooms are modest and the location is great. If you stay here you will happy you did. Even if you don’t decide to stay here, I recommend visiting the bar or to meet the management. Extremely nice and always happy to helpful.

I recently stayed at the L’eros Hotel in Ayia Napa and I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Not only were they attentive to my needs, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for things to see and do. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and great amenities, but it was really the staff that made my stay so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wanna feel home or looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Great hotel to stay in Ayia Napa welcoming people who know the area and have recommendations for what to do why you are staying there. The hospitality is never seen before and great food as well. Closer to the city/beach/nightlife. Totally recommending this place. Thank you Ioannis and Larissa.
