We had a superior sea view room. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but i have to say that they have a few minuses for a 5 star hotel: -there is no Ac on the corridors -very little entertainment during the evening and around the pool -no sunbeds on the beach and you have to travel all the beach to go to blue sunbeds where is crowded all the time.

Loved this hotel! Location is just a 2 minute walk from Nissi beach. Also, it was nice that the staff were mostly locals. My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

Nissi Beach is one of our favourite hotels. We first visited 25 years ago and the standard of service remains amazing. I hope Sarah and I can enjoy many more stays in the future.

We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

Solid 4+ hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Service is good. People working on the reception knows many languages and you definitely are able to solve any problem. I enjoyed my stay. View from the window is great. I could only complain on the breakfast which look the same every day.

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Beach activities are a short walk away.

Just spent a 2 week holiday at this hotel the rooms are spotless and clean and very modern. But it's definitely not 5 star we had a family room which was small. We was only bed and breakfast and we ate breakfast there about 4 times the food was very basic not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel!! Also having to get up and get sunbeds around 7am is not what we generally do on holiday but if not...

When you check in, 100€ is blocked at the reception as a guarantee. You don't have water included in the half board meal, not even at dinner. In the shower, instead of a glass partition, I had a plastic curtain. The glass door does not isolate sound well and you can hear the traffic from the street. The beach, the sand, the pools, the sunbeds and the food deserve 5*, but not the hotel

It's a fantastic location, absolutely dreamlike! Amazing private beach with clearest water I have even seen. Good for families with kids. The only downside of this place it's absence of the AC in the main restaurant, it was so hot there that I almost fainted once.

Beautiful place but the staff are very rude. Don't accept room 161 it awful. Really small and You'll be looking at a white wall as your view. We were not going to pay £4200 for 2 adults and a child for that.

The all-including experiences is great. The hotel as nice options of restaurants you can try instead of the usual buffet. However, this place isn’t in the center of Ayia Napa so you better take a ride with a car or taxi (not that bad.. 5 min drive)

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.
