Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Ayia Napa

And three days ago the evening, the water was calm and very warm, unlike other beaches

Beautiful resort, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. Only problem was the green seaweed washing up at the beach.

The bay allows you to choose a place depending on the wind - to swim in the waves on the left side or with children in the right side, protected from the wind, closer to the hotel. There is a parking lot for bicycles

Building and surroundings, like gardens plants and flowers very well maintained, best location ever.

All the small things add up to a mediocre experience. The pool are was nice and the quality of food when ordering al la carte was very good

Great location, easy access to the beach,and short distance to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Staff very friendly, attentive and approachable. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the pool

The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

Always something for the two fussy 13/14-year-olds. So you’re not caught off guard like I was they supply a kettle in the room with cups and glasses, but you have to purchase your tea coffee water etc

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling. The rooms were clean and catered well for us

Even at 6:00 in the morning it was already difficult to find a decent place, as nearly all beds by the pool and even on the grass areas were “reserved” with towels

The artificial bay in front of the hotel is a great place for small children and old people, but the water in it is not as clean as on other beaches

What a fantastic holiday we had, The staff are lovely, the hotel is lovely, and the location is perfect for everything you'd want, right on the beach, but also only a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars

Looking back I think this is more of a family, couples hotel as there were a few hotels around it where they had much more of a party environment, loud music going etc

We had a great stay at Nelia Beach! The staff was amazing, whether it was the restaurant/bar staff, the spa staff or reception, everything went well. There was always space around the pool during our stay

The outdoor pool was lovely, the time of year we went meant it wasn't too busy, there were always enough outdoor beds and all was tidy

Those who made that happen, thank you so much! We didn't have any issues with the food, each day was different which was good, think out of the 7 days we were there only 1 day we'd rather go out due to food options dinner time

The temperature of the pool was pretty cold considering the climate season. Like: Although the pool was pretty cold, it was amazing and huge

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect

Absolutely top hotel - rooms, common places, facilities, pools, gym are excellent. Beautiful garden inside with a few bungalows. The hotel has its own beach (with beach service) which is a big plus

Great breakfast selection, evening buffet meals are a high standard. No complaints, we did eat out 3 times in the week, but this was because there are lots of nice restaurants tempting us nearby

Just got back from a fabulous girly getaway! The hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entertainment and pools were top-notch

We stayed at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa with our family from June 24th to July 1st, 2025, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! We went with two small kids and everyone made sure we felt comfortable and kids were happy! The food was excellent, great variety and seriously- everything delicious! We also enjoyed great drinks and the pool (very clean and getting warmer each day)

One windy day, we decided to stay by the hotel pool, and we were glad we did! The water was warm and clean, the pool area included a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar – such a great way to spend the day

In the evenings, there was entertainment at the poolside bar, which created a lovely atmosphere

The food has been amazing and I can also highly recommend the chicken tenders in the Famous beach bar and restaurant that’s right next to the pool in the hotel. The staff are great in there too and so friendly

The room on the 5th floor that they assigned us was exactly in the middle, above the swimming pool and the pool bar, as I was dreaming for. The room was big enough, with very comfortable beds

About the room, those ambient blue lights were a touch of surprising cozy elegance. My big surprise and the icing on the cake was the balcony, wider than others, my favourite place at noon for a gin-tonic

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

We are having a great time! They surprised us really nicely for my daughter’s birthday! Location is perfect, but compared to other hotels around here is very quiet at nights

She kindly checked with the Chef to make sure which dishes were safe for me, and I really appreciate when staff take the time to do this, it makes such a difference

Room is amazing, spacious, the third bed we had is super comfortable not an old sofa like others. Mattress covers and pillows super nice

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

A little minus can get the food, fresh ingredients and so on but it misses the taste and feels dry; missing some nice juicy sauces which will complete the food? Maybe? I had partly sea view from my room and was located over parking place, so if you want to enjoy hotels fullest, book rooms with full sea view

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels

The rooms are very clean, modern and lovely looking. are restocked everyday and are by the white company which is such a nice touch. The food is really good and these lots of variety

I used mobile for most of my stay - found one cockroach pool side but that was the only one - loads of cats and birds on premises (good thing) - pool is only open from 9 to 7

We were a party of 2 middle aged couples and had planned to go to a different hotel but 18 days before the holiday we were warned that there would be construction work outside and were offered the chance to change to the Napa Plaza

The bar at the pool served great cocktails and we usually ate lunch there too. They serve hot food such as burgers, omelettes, fish, pizza but also lovely salads and sandwiches

To be honest the buffet was so good that we only ate at one of the other restaurants and used the buffet for the rest of our stay

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing

Great hotel. And Delux wing is a wing for guests 16+. With its swimming pool and restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Every waiter was always smiling, every bartender wanted to tell you all about cocktails, every manager cheered you up, even when you're lying in a bad mood - they come up and tell you funny jokes

The hotel is very quiet, clean and excellent cuisine. It is next to a beautiful sandy beach. The service is very nice and always helpful. Panikos and Costas were always helpful

Tui informed us of building work 2weeks before holiday, said it was minimal, just furniture being moved in, the noise was not and could also be heard all day when around small pool

The staff were exceptional – so hardworking, friendly, and professional. The spa staff in particular were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent: fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented

We also enjoyed our one visit to the on-site 5-One restaurant, which you can book as part of the all-inclusive package – a really nice touch. However, the pool sunbed situation really does let the hotel down

Just the building noise was so off putting, this work has being going on for 4yrs a local business told me, this should be advertised on Tui website, not informed two weeks before travel via email and phone call also reassured of light noise

The pool is clean and pleasant, and the location is great — close to the Sculpture Park, not far from the beach, and with a few food stores nearby

This hotel for its price is amazing, away from all the noise and at a great location, we had 5 5-minute walk to the beach, which in my opinion was better than Nissi Beach place

My two favorite people were bartender Andreas ( he was so friendly and funny my family loved him) and restaurant manager sadly I don't know his name,(great man )

Near it there is a restaurant, shop and bus station and at 15m you can reach the beach (but it's nicer at the pool)

Rooms are very spacious, everything is very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the food is good. The location is great, close to the beach and close to the bus station.

The hotel might have 3 stars because it's old, but to compare other 5-star hotels which are just buildings and nothing else, this one welt like 5

Checking in was brought a drink of our choice from the bar, nice touch never had that when checking in. Room was fabulous we did upgrade room before traveling and was well worth it. Sea view overlooking the pool

Hotel do have there own beds on the beach exclusive for guests but we felt more comfortable safely leaving all our items around the pool beds and walking down to the beach

Pool bar for the endless supply of drinks we had was perfect. Think we became the 2 small beers couple. 🤣 All the staff are so friendly and always have a smile

My 1st time to Cyprus and what a fantastic impression okeanas has left for me. Location is perfect on the beach, hotel is peaceful but if you want the loudness ayia napa has to offer its a short stroll away

From the room cleaners, servers, bar staff , reception girl, they all take there time and have a chat. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Defo one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at

Clean, comfortable, kind staff, great pool area. Daniella at the reception is the best! Close to everything really. Hint: ask for a non street facing room - Tommy's Pub across the road is insanely loud.

The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience

Great hotel, went there several times, never disappointed. I recommend the junior suite (1st floor), these suites have a private terrace and sunbeds with sea view. The pool bar provide great frozen margaritas
