Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Ayia Napa

Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience

realized that this is the best solution

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming

However, he did not apologize, did not call the police, and did not even remove the customer from the pool. The reception staff is very kind and nice but works very, very slowly, creating queues at all hours of the day

The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead

The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours! The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

After reading many positive Facebook reviews, we took our children to Tofinis Hotel in Ayia Napa. The rides and slides were great for the kids, but the food was disappointing

Our son with 135cm was a year ago 10cm less but could go of all slides, now he's limited in options because he has to be 140 to go in de spinn around or halfpipe

Location is 20 minutes walk outside Ayia Napa in quiet area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was good , always sunbeds available (was there in October)

This feels hard to say but this feels like a form of discrimination. Why is there no diversity? The slides have new rules

The lemonade was flat, the Blue Lagoon was artificial, and the frappe was awful. The nuggets were good and the chips were fine when fresh. The chocolate brownie was excellent, but €50 was too much; €30 would be fair

The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling. The rooms were clean and catered well for us

The hotels location cannot be beaten, being right on the beach is something not many hotels can offer and the outside areas are faultless. The pools are big and it never felt over crowded even during the holidays

The staff on the front desk (Ari and Antonia) were so helpful. The room was amazing, the food was great, the location was excellent and the hotel facilities in general, were superb. We will definitely be returning

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel manager, Antonia, did an outstanding job. Everyone put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a perfect vacation

Great service and food, fine rooms. All the staff are friendly and helpful. What I didn't like is that sunbeds are charged on weekends and there is no sign, no notice that says so

The restaurants are great with amazing views of the sea and it’s lovely being able to be served and sit together, makes a change from the buffet style food

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception

The bathroom is very small and that is the only drawback. The food is delicious and varied, the location is beautiful. I would gladly recommend the hotel

It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. The family pool was great fun in the day with good entertainment for both children and adults

The entertainment staff were great Rowan,Ben and the rest of the girls got you to join in with there acts. The meals were really tasty and the themed nights went down a storm. Will definitely be looking to return soon

The golden coast for me is amazing place to stay only came for one week and felt at home straight away ,the animation staff was exallent and we came with our 3 year old never once we did not feel as though she was not involved they all made us felt welcome ,the food is amazing the staff the setting what more can I say we will be back Janice graham and Martha Wakefield Yorkshire xxx

First family holiday here and it was amazing. The staff are fantastic so helpful and understanding with every situation. Very family friendly hotel as well. Rooms were good size and pool/sea view is fantastic

Rooma are average: Air conditioning is loud, rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Location is bit far from stores and restaurants, so choose All on! Service is very friendly and warm.👍

I am delighted with my stay at this hotel. The strongest point was the great service. Piotr, who approached us on the first day and explained everything about our stay

The food was also really tasty every night was different and there was soo much selection, dessert being the best. Would 100% recommend and would be going back

Couple of negatives which haven’t put me off from returning. At least one outdoor pool could be heated during the colder months as they were extremely cold and there was an unpleasant odour in the indoor pool area

The pool area was so much fun! Good for swimming (separate adults only one) and kids play areas. You get allocated sunbeds for your stay - so no having to fight over them in the mornings, and all are a good location

Just returned from the Olympic Lagoon and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in 😎 Wonderful family holiday. Food and beverages excellent, fabulous dining experience in all restaurants

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! We stayed as a family with two adults, a 4-year-old, and a 1. 3-year-old, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish

Book dining reservations early to avoid disappointment. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel is situated on fabulous grounds with friendly staff and the beach is 5 minute walk away

There’s also a Snackeria open throughout the day, offering treats like cookies, salads, sandwiches, coffee, and more. One standout feature was the reserved sunbeds by the pool

My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but i have to say that they have a few minuses for a 5 star hotel: -there is no Ac on the corridors -very little entertainment during the evening and around the pool -no sunbeds on the beach and you have to travel all the beach to go to blue sunbeds where is crowded all the time

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team

Loved this hotel! Location is just a 2 minute walk from Nissi beach. Also, it was nice that the staff were mostly locals

Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view)

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

This is our 6 stay at the hotel and it definitely won't be our last , I would highly recommend this hotel especially to families with young children

you have the ones that are happy to work there and the ones who aren't (those usually are at the bar's pool area quite rude and grumpy)

Been in the hotel in mid-september for 4 days. The hotel itself looks very good. The hotel itself has many facilities that makes it it a luxury hotel. It has its own beach with sitting area is that's great

Absolutely top hotel - rooms, common places, facilities, pools, gym are excellent. Beautiful garden inside with a few bungalows. The hotel has its own beach (with beach service) which is a big plus

Rooms - spotless, cleaned daily, seavew rooms have spectacular views. Amenities - Spa has sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool has plenty of seating and chairs

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

Rooms are clean and big enough. People working on the reception knows many languages and you definitely are able to solve any problem. View from the window is great

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean spacious with modern design and with beautiful sea view. The breakfast was nice with a lots of choices

My only problem is that there are no dedicated sunbeds at the beach for the hotel guests and also the pool is pretty small with very few sunbeds. Very much first world kind of problems. Would definitely stay here again

The only minus are the sun beds near the beach, it’s a narrow space, 50 meters from the beach

The main reason i stayed here was for the pool bar however i still had a great stay there

Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8

That's understandable for security. But the chains are so short, its difficult to move them as the sun goes round. Longer chains needed please!

Good quality selection of food at buffet

The hotel is fairly nice, and the food is good, but the staff are some of the most arrogant I have seen, the tall bald person working in the bar was extremely arrogant, me and my friend had a simple question about the drink and he said, „go away! Go away!!!” Also then proceeded to lie, and tell me and my friend that everything is 18+ whilst the next day a nicer member of staff was working he gave me...

So good hotel in general but staff are extremely arrogant!!!

The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further

Absolutely amazing holiday with my husband and parents the destination is outstanding along with all the staff who are exceptional the hotel is spotless and the food is amazing with a great choice , we celebrated our anniversary whilst here with a lovely surprise fruit bowl and complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room was also my husband’s birthday and a card was delivered to our room for...

They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff

A positive/ negative is that the alcohol is quite weak but if you're drinking during the day, it's actually better, but you notice it when you buy a bottle of spirits or beers outside the hotel

Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids

It's been a long time since anything has surprised us so positively on a trip. The location of the hotel directly on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Check in was prompt and the view from the room was beautiful

Definitely more pros than cons to this hotel, we had a lovely stay. Staff were all friendly and polite, spoke good English and couldn’t do enough for you. Pools were big and plenty of sunbeds

Rooms again nothing amazing, but simple and fresh; the shower/wet room is not the best design as the water floods across the whole floor! Lovely gardens and pool area

We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant

We stayed here at the end of August. Five families with kids ages from 2 to 12. All rooms are located in two-story buildings. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable for a family of five

Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat

I used mobile for most of my stay - found one cockroach pool side but that was the only one - loads of cats and birds on premises (good thing) - pool is only open from 9 to 7

Napa plaza is a little gem in Ayia Napa. The location is fantastic midway between the beach and the party area. The people working there are some of the friendliest people I have ever met

Very nice hotel located near to the party area! Every thing is very modern and clean. The Service was super nice until our last day. The food was pretty nice, not excellent but varied

Amarande hotel is simply amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming and the service was excellent. For any foodie out there, the breakfast has more variety than any person could ever hope for and the rooms are luxurious

It was the perfect hotel for us. Spacious and super clean rooms. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Awesome position and location since beach is just 10min walk away and bus station 5min away

Pool: very good size, always kept clean, pool bar offered good service. Only one negative, the lifeguard may as well not be there, as he was always on his phone

Lovely little pool for toddlers but vigelence needs stepping up if offering such a safety service. Facilities: very good, spa, volley ball, tennis, mini market

Despite having a board which suggests pool games, we only ever saw one Zumba class in 10 days

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is still unfinished, although the tours are already selling tours. Otherwise it will be a decent complex, quite similar to the animation 🥰

Our room also never had any sunlight on the balcony so unless you’re in the pool you’re in the shade. The “pool bar” is not a pool bar at all and always have queues

A very nice and brautiful hotel with excellent quisine and very kind and helpful staff. Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Nissi beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Cyprus

One thing I would say is that the entertainment may need enhancing somewhat - there was only one person (Picasso) who was doing all the entertainment for the whole hotel, and it was evident that he needed more support - not due to a lack of ability or effort, but just for the fact that single handedly running the entertainment for an entire hotel is a mammoth task

The rooms were top notch - always very clean and extremely comfy beds. Perhaps the only slight criticism that I would have is on the food - although each night had a unique theming for food, it did seem quite repetitive

The a la carte restaurant was fantastic. There’s nothing I can add on that front. Finally, the staff were great - not only were they polite, but they were also very friendly and sociable

I would like to mention two bar workers specifically, Ariata & Veronika from Latvia. They were great, and tended to me very well when working off a hangover from the night before

Very nice hotel, great family room with separate bedrooms. Perfect location for a beach holiday. All inclusive food was great, plenty of choices every day.

One of the best choices to make if you want a relaxing, nearby hotel from the centre of the town. Amazingly clean hotel, very polite staff, rich tasty and so many choices in the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet

The rooms are clean modern and comfy,there is plenty of hanging space and the fridge is hidden inside the cabinet coffee and tea is available in the room and a cute little patio set on the balcony

The room has a free safe and mini fridge. Only news channels in English. They change your towels daily even when you dont want to

The pool is fantastic enough space to do aqua aerobics,water polo large groups of lads playing ball and fantastic swim to cool down after laying on fabulous but hot sun loungers

The pool is very clean and the beach is a step away, also the beautiful Nissy Beach it's just some minutes away walking

The hotel is in a good location, right across the street is Landa beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, and other beaches are also close by. The food is excellent, there is a choice, it is delicious

Unfortunately there was no daytime pool entertainment or music. When mentioned this to rep, she said Covid was to blame - couldn't see the harm in putting a bit of music on but there you go

Separate baby pool with like a mushroom type waterfall/sprinkler that was never switched on. Evening entertainment consisted of a 20 minute parrot show/magic show or the occasional singer

Safety deposit box in room which was extra if you wanted to use it. Poolside had lounges and umbrellas which needed attention as rods were poking out from material on the umberellas

We had an amazing balcony with views over the pool and tonthe ocean. The staff were brilliant and coco was full of energy running the activities. We will definitely be staying here again

The hotel is well located near good café-bars (agrotikon), restaurants ("garden of eden" with a very beautiful garden and playground), shops

I asked the gentleman at the reception to help me with a transfer to the airport, knowing from his colleague from the previous day (the gentleman with glasses who was very helpful to me!), that a flight to Larnaca airport costs 40 euros

Good points: Cleanliness, wonderful staff, entertainment, good location Bad points: Everything was wonderful until the last day, on September 28, 2021, at 7 o'clock in the morning

Overall s two-week stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience due to exceptionally good restaurant service (many thanks to waitresses Nina and Diana, to the omelette lady at breakfasts), great location close to the beach, harbor and attraction park, nice pool, spacious rooms

Despite minor negatives (room cleaning was not the best, sometimes there was sand on the floor) I would recommend this hotel to people with children and those who enjoy hanging out with friends at a really vibrant spot in the town

Nice clean hotel near to the harbors. Rooms are clean and decently decorated. Beds are good and rooms have strong air conditioning. Pool area is magnificent with so many different parts and depths for all kinds of users

Very clean in every aspect with plenty of staff available 24/7 in every department who are all willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Food is of a high quantity and the rooms are of a good size
