Asterias Beach Hotel stands for great food, clean rooms, marvelous beach and very friendly staff. Evening attractions are something to work on, however we understand this is no longer the season. Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

The beach is sandy and long. The sea is safe but if the wind is strong, usually in the afternoon please take care in the waves as they can knock you down easily especially young people. Safe for all near the beach inside the sandy bar.

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception. Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.

Great hotel , been here at last week of the end of season and everything was perfect. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. One thing that i didn't like is that the indoor pool and the Sauna is closed at 19:00 pm and not later. So we couldn't explore this facility on our stay.

Lovely hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautiful interior design, good breakfast, the showers in the spa are great, the service in the reception - really nice and welcoming, it seems that they have thought on all the small details and everything a guest might want or need.

Service was ok for everything you need. The air condition didnt work so they came to clean the filter. The shower was with low pressure, we didn't ask to fix it. The floor without carpet so all night i heard the people above my room that decided to walk with strong steps.

I had a lovely time here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I had some noisy neighbors late at night, but the staff quickly responded and resolved the issue within minutes every time I called. I stayed in the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites for a week in July and I must admit it was a lovely stay. Staff is super! 10/10, all of them! Very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The location is good. Great service and food, fine rooms. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies are great. What I didn't like is that sunbeds are charged on weekends and there is no sign, no notice that says so. Also, the lady receptionist told us that check-out is at 11 but it's not, it's at 12. The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly. Despite other reviews, there were always free sun beds to lay on and place to sit at the pool (this was in the end of May 2025). Amazing hotel with some really nice facilities, location is perfect with the strips being a short walk away, and the beach being a short walk away. It wasn't noisy on a night time, or in the day time. The breakfast was really lovely, lots of options. The rooms were nice and clean, decorated really nice. Very nice hotel located near to the party area! Every thing is very modern and clean. The Service was super nice until our last day. The food was pretty nice, not excellent but varied. The extra restaurants are very nice as well. I do recommend, especially the all inclusive service!

The hotel was lovely. We took advantage of the premium rooms,but I was disappointed as the only difference was you had an extra shower head. Not worth the extra. The staff in the hotel were excellent. They made you feel very welcoming. Andrew and his bar staff were superb (living the dream ) 😜 The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Lovely hotel...great breakfast and the spa is wonderful. I had a superb massage which was on a special offer. However, the indoor pool is freezing and the sauna and steam room smelt quite badly so these were not really useable and was a little disappointing given the weather was not really poolside all the time. A gorgeous hotel on the seashore. Clean, cozy, stunning view, you need to go down to the sea along the path, the view is gorgeous, the sea is clean, the sand is snow-white, the breakfasts are delicious, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the central streets. The hotel is located near the famous landmark - "Lovers' Bridge", we walked there on foot. I'll come back again
