Medium level hotel. Nice pool with special zone for kids. Good buffet, lunch and dinner drinks for extra charge. Music show every evening. Beach is 5-7 min walk from the hotel, same for a few hotels, sunbed and ambrellas paid.

Great staff! Very helpful. Our mattress was very uncomfortable so the reception sent us an extra mattress that was perfect. The food in this hotel is very good, a lot of options for everyone. Rooms are clean but they are very old, nothing special. For 3 star hotel, they are OK. Cooling system is not working in a proper way on 3rd floor and we were boiling and sweating for 5 days out of 7. Location of a hotel is perfect next to sea and 3 minutes form center. Bus station is next to hotel so you can go anywhere you like.

We didn’t get any of the rooms that were in the advertisement, what we had was an old one that I don’t recommend, and the house cleaners were very loud and the smell of their cigarettes came through the air conditioning; nevertheless the location, breakfast, receptionists are really great. The view of the sea is very nice as well. So I only recommend a room that is renovated.

I don't understand negatives reviews... This hotel is very well located - rocky beach behind the fence, 10 minutes on foot to pretty sandy beach, close to the city center. Service is good, there is no reason to complain. Food is various and very yummy - there is English/French breakfast and each of day is a different dinner - related to another cuisine. Overall I recemmend to stay here :)

The hotel is in the center in an excellent location. I was accommodated in both the new and the old part of the hotel and both ste good. Beautiful view of the sea, rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. The staff is friendly and at the service of everyone. The price-quality ratio is 10/10

I am very satisfied that I came to this hotel. It has a good location. The rooms are clean. The staff is very attentive and polite, they are ready to help you as much as they can. Also very nice staff at the bar. Food is very tasty, varied, well prepared.

I also noticed old beds, towels and bedding. This is not expensive for a 5-star hotel. This is an old categorization from the 90s. The maids also stole 50 euros from my friends... This means that they are really stealing money in this hotel!

Stayed here for 8 days on a couples vacation. The rooms felt like a mix between new and old furniture. However, the room was clearly worn down. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had its’ own pool which was nice. The pool bar had great drinks and food. During the nights it was noisy due to other guest coming back from partying at the clubs in Ayia Napa.

I travel a lot in my work and I must say that this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. There hospitality, service and friendly helpful staff is on matched. I would even dare to say that I prefer this hotel over a Hilton. The stay here felt more like visiting good friends than staying at a hotel. The food had such a variety, another theme each day of the week.

Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.

The reception (George) called our room at 5.20am (!) asking that we return the rental car. We rented our car at a completely different company. When we told him that, he just repeated himself again and again, “Give me the car key, you rented the car”. The rooms are big but old the pool is okay. But what bothers me alot is that the airconditioner costs 6 euros per day and there are 2 in the room that barely works me and my friends had 2 rooms and it cost us 120 euros to keep the rooms cool for 5 days witch is alot of money and on top of that they took 15 euros per remote deposite.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I don't think there was a single request that they did not grant us. The hotel is very close to nissi beach, 2 minutes walk. The pool is very nice and clean. The only thing we would prefer is a bit of variety in the breakfast. We liked the hotel and chose it for its proximity to Nissi Beach. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is good. The pool area is cozy as well. The only downside is that the hotel has almost no parking—just space for four cars in the front, with two spots reserved for taxis, but they allowed us to park there.

Hotel was amazing! Rooms were modern, clean and contained everything that we needed (safe, mini fridge, coffee and tea station etc. ). There is a beautiful terrace with bright pink flowers where you can sit and have a drink or dinner. Also, breakfast was included in our stay and is wonderful and has everything you can think of. Had such a lovely holiday! The people there are lovely! The pool was so relaxing, there weren't a huge amount of people either so no struggle to get a sunbed in the morning. Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. There's a fantastic gym, and it's super close to the beautiful Nissi Beach. Bonus: there's a 101 bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere around. The place might look a bit dated, but the hotel great. There is an enormous pool and it is close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Special mention to Kiri, Chris and George.
