Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.

Rooms are decent ,but could improve the cleaning and some repairs needed .the staff is good ,7 stars to Katalina . I don t reccomend taking All Inclusive ,the food is hit or miss at dinner time ,also the drinks are impossible to drink ,besides the draft beer which is decent .They also don t give you espresso ,you have zero advantages taking All inclusive ,you lose money .

I am very satisfied that I came to this hotel. It has a good location. The rooms are clean. The staff is very attentive and polite, they are ready to help you as much as they can. Also very nice staff at the bar. Food is very tasty, varied, well prepared.

I also noticed old beds, towels and bedding. This is not expensive for a 5-star hotel. This is an old categorization from the 90s. The maids also stole 50 euros from my friends... This means that they are really stealing money in this hotel!

The food in this hotel is very good, a lot of options for everyone. Rooms are clean but they are very old, nothing special. For 3 star hotel, they are OK. Cooling system is not working in a proper way on 3rd floor and we were boiling and sweating for 5 days out of 7. Location of a hotel is perfect next to sea and 3 minutes form center. Bus station is next to hotel so you can go anywhere you like.

We didn’t get any of the rooms that were in the advertisement, what we had was an old one that I don’t recommend, and the house cleaners were very loud and the smell of their cigarettes came through the air conditioning; nevertheless the location, breakfast, receptionists are really great. The view of the sea is very nice as well. So I only recommend a room that is renovated.

The place is perfect comparing to what options there were after I got here. The advantage of this place is that the pool is surrounded by trees, you can sit in the shade or in the sun, it's quiet and the people are very nice here, you can eat at any time of the day at their place. Near it there is a restaurant, shop and bus station and at 15m you can reach the beach (but it's nicer at the pool).
