Very nice hotel, clean and the people were very friendly. The pools were clean, the water was perfect. They had activities for kids and they have a playground. The food was really good (meat, fish, vegetables, salads, cakes, ice cream) and the cocktails were also tasty.

Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.

I am very satisfied that I came to this hotel. It has a good location. The rooms are clean. The staff is very attentive and polite, they are ready to help you as much as they can. Also very nice staff at the bar. Food is very tasty, varied, well prepared.

I also noticed old beds, towels and bedding. This is not expensive for a 5-star hotel. This is an old categorization from the 90s. The maids also stole 50 euros from my friends... This means that they are really stealing money in this hotel!

Great staff! Very helpful. Our mattress was very uncomfortable so the reception sent us an extra mattress that was perfect. Medium level hotel. Nice pool with special zone for kids. Good buffet, lunch and dinner drinks for extra charge. Music show every evening. Beach is 5-7 min walk from the hotel, same for a few hotels, sunbed and ambrellas paid.

The hotel is in the center in an excellent location. I was accommodated in both the new and the old part of the hotel and both ste good. Beautiful view of the sea, rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. The staff is friendly and at the service of everyone. The price-quality ratio is 10/10

The outside temperature reached 37°C at the end of July, yet the air conditioning kept room temperature at a comfortable 23-24°C despite opening the balcony doors. Stayed here for 8 days on a couples vacation. The rooms felt like a mix between new and old furniture. However, the room was clearly worn down. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had its’ own pool which was nice. The pool bar had great drinks and food. During the nights it was noisy due to other guest coming back from partying at the clubs in Ayia Napa.

I travel a lot in my work and I must say that this hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. There hospitality, service and friendly helpful staff is on matched. I would even dare to say that I prefer this hotel over a Hilton. The stay here felt more like visiting good friends than staying at a hotel. The food had such a variety, another theme each day of the week.

Came here way back in 2016 and loved it so much. The ability to give the hotel room key back everytime you left meant you didn't have to worry about it at all. The rooms are massive with a huge sofa/living space. The pool area is very nice and relaxing This is a good walk to the strip or nissi beach but it's a nice walk in the sunshine

The staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast was very nice, and wi-fi signal is always strong. It is only a bit out of the city but the bus 101 goes every 10-15 minutes and it is very convenient. I got what I paid for. Nice Staff, Clean rooms, Good and comfy beds, Quiet AC. Its a bit thin walls.... Short way to beach and supermarket. Its a few Km from centrum.

For a 3 star hotel this is an AMAZING experience. The location is nice, quiet and right next to a beautiful beach. Short walk to Nissi Beach and a fine walk to city center. The service is top, and MOST important, the people working here are always happy and really makes your stay very special. We had an amazing time here and would come back. We are 32man and 24woman.

Morze jest blisko, najlepsza plaża Ayia Napa Nissi Beach znajduje się 5 minut spacerem. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzacja działa. Polecam! Śniadanie było "ok", mogło by być lepiej.

(At least our floor was. Loads of teenagers banging doors, running, yelling). One small bottle of shampoo for 2 for 4 days. No soap.

The reception (George) called our room at 5.20am (!) asking that we return the rental car. We rented our car at a completely different company. When we told him that, he just repeated himself again and again, “Give me the car key, you rented the car”. Because we thought something had happened to our rental car (why else would you call at this hour) we stayed on the line, but the reception just kept...

The rooms are big but old the pool is okay. But what bothers me alot is that the airconditioner costs 6 euros per day and there are 2 in the room that barely works me and my friends had 2 rooms and it cost us 120 euros to keep the rooms cool for 5 days witch is alot of money and on top of that they took 15 euros per remote deposite.

Hotel was amazing! Rooms were modern, clean and contained everything that we needed (safe, mini fridge, coffee and tea station etc. ). There is a beautiful terrace with bright pink flowers where you can sit and have a drink or dinner. Also, breakfast was included in our stay and is wonderful and has everything you can think of. Employees are really nice and welcoming. We will be coming back for sure

Had such a lovely holiday! The people there are lovely! The pool was so relaxing, there weren't a huge amount of people either so no struggle to get a sunbed in the morning. Staff were super helpful and friendly and I was very supported as I travelled solo. Close to Nissi beach, big ship open till late opposite the hotel, got everything I needed. Great location to the harbour, the main high street in Ayia Napa and to the strip. Nissi beach is a short cab ride at 10 euros. Most of the staff were friendly. The chef was amazing!
