we stay at limanaki beach hotel every year, this will be our 4th visit. Food is absolutely amazing, cannot fault it, portions are huge and you have a great selection to choose from. One of best hotels which I have stayed in ayia napa for bed and breakfast. The hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing. We checked out today after 7 lovely nights at this hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor with an extra large balcony with sunbeds. The views of the harbour from the room were stunning. The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and the pool are are pretty good either. It is rather loud though until 1-2 am, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it is difficult to fall asleap. The room quality corresponds to a 2* hotel, so don‘t expect anything higher.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. The New rooom they gave me for 2 nights was a good room, much better then the poolside room - Everything worked and it had a modern decor, which was ok. The room was nice. Unfortunately I stayed during a period in which they are doing work with bulldozers near the hotel, and in the morning the loud noises start already around 7, so I recommend always bringing earplugs.

Great location, in the heart of Ayia Napa but still in a more relaxed neighborhood with onsite covered parking. Trip got off to a bad start because we got placed in a room which was located right next to the road, considering that Ayia Napa is a party city cars go by all night which made us completely unable to sleep. I travel a lot and most tourist bunkers are simply not worth their money but this one surprisingly exceeded expectations. Super clean, new + well kept facilities, exceptional helpful staff and way above average breakfast, even a couple of hours late check-out was no problem at all. Great value overall and we'd definitely come back here.

World-class staff who absolutely needs a raise. Just got back home from an amazing week at this spot with my girlfriend, and I feel “homesick” from this spot. The staff welcomes you with a big smile every time they see you, the pool is great and the bar is good too. Location is perfect right next to everything. 5/5

Brand new well equipped rooms, some of them with pool access directly from balcony (Like ours ;)). Amazing staff, specially Andreas, such a friendly and funny guy. Breakfast buffet with very various options. Everything together was just at point, will definitely go back soon. Place for every recommendation! :)
