It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. The hotel is located on the main street “Nissi Ave”, which is great, because is walkable to everything, you don’t need a car or public transport. The food in the hotel was good, but not something special, it was good for all inclusive food. The rooms were clean and very big.

We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach. 15 mins by foot from center of Agia Napa. Shops and supermarkets, rent a cars etc very nearby. For normal people who know what they pay, pretty cool place. For those pretenders nothing special...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it truly exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was comfortable and very clean. The location was also ideal: close to the centre. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. Absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, and we felt at home during our 18-day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, and you can cook and do your laundry. I am very glad that we chose this place for staying during our holiday. The location was perfect: just half an hour walk from Nissi beach and Limanaki beach, close to evening fun locations, but far enough from all the noises. Strong Wi-Fi was available in all locations. I am here right now. Our room is basic but very clean but behind us is a building site and they start very early, this morning it was 3am so very little sleep had. Nice seaside resort hotel apartment. Rooms - studios with kitchen (there is a stove, toaster, kettle, dishes), two minutes to go to the sea. Of the minuses - the service is far from chain hotels - they are more or less cleaned, a continental breakfast with the same thing, wifi only in the lobby, they did not hear about replenished soap and shampoo in the showers.

Me way to rip off tourists - extra charge for air conditioning and you find out about it after you pay for the room. Welcome to stone age!
