Since the first visit in this hotel, roughly 15 years ago, it's not much changed. Even familiar faces of waiters or servants can still be found, and there is something personal and special about it

I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they had left wraps and drinks for us. We were also able to book a late checkout for 11pm for only €50 and they extended the all inclusive so we could have an evening meal

That was the only food related qualm we had all week, and as longstanding vegans we ate like royalty all week. Allergens are noted on all food labels. Our flight arrived late and we didn't get to the hotel until 12

The options at breakfast and dinner were plentiful, although one day I did see the chef use the lettuce tongs to pick up and move seafood. I mentioned this to a staff member who didn't seem to understand the issue

The hotel is in a good location, the stuff is friendly. The outdoor pool is still a little too cold. Food is ok, I wish full board would be as all inclusive and not only meals

The room was very big (deluxe suite) and very clean ,a great welcoming gesture with fruits and mini sandwiches, polite and helpful staff , abit far from the old city but 20 min drive you can get there , breakfast was good and freshy , private beach and nice indoor pool

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

You had direct access to the sea with a float (albeit not a sandy beach), and the pools were great

The hotel is in the main boulevard of Limassol, we got 2 rooms connected with a door with 2 showers and bathrooms. The view is amazing! The hotel has a nice breakfast and a nice pool outside, and indoor pool and gym

Sea View is good. No carpets. Gym and indoor pool was good enough to supplement the beach in winter.

I enjoyed the beach, it’s clean and the water is clear. We had lunch a few times and the food was good. It’s close to a few nice coffee shops for a morning stroll and not that far in a cab to Limassol old town

It also has a great restaurant and rooms with beautiful sea views. I have stayed at the hotel more than four times and highly recommend it

There's a kids section at the back of the restaurant. We enjoyed the entertainment on the stage and at the zeta bar. Mini disco Bingo and entertainment at half 9 Pools. Our son loves the kids pool with a big ship

Entertainment could be improved, and securing sunbeds was challenging due to a no-reservation policy before 8 am. Small lifts were problematic for wheelchair users

This caused a lot of people to gather and then literally run to reserve their sunbeds. There is limited things for young kids to do, there is no playground ect. Rooms The rooms were very nice and spotless

We’ve come to the end of a week all inclusive stay. We stayed in the main building above reception and our second floor room overlooked the evening entertainment and over towards the adults only pool

The main criticism was the sunbed situation; the hotel does not allow sunbeds to be reserved before 8 am, and this is actively monitored by staff

Plenty to do at the hotel itself with lots of activities available and in a quieter end of town with lots of high end restaurants nearby

We had a room that faced the car park which didn’t bother us as it was quiet and sunny once we got back to the room ear

Pool The pool was great , warm and has a jacuzzi, the only down side was people put their towels down early from about 6. 45 am as we got up to go on a trip and saw towels already down

The pool doesn’t officially open till 08. 30 and the breakfast not until 7am. However we didn’t put our towels down till about 8-15 and always go a sunbed despite the no reservation rule it wasn’t enforced

What can I say? We had the most amazing time at Atlántica Bay. We experienced the best service and the cleanliness was exceptional. There are so many activities to take part in but you’re not pushed

We love the pool area is very well kept and the hotel has so many facilities, from spa to tennis. The breakfast buffet is truly huge and the room comfortable and clean

Closing the door muffled it considerably. Breakfasts were varied and nutritious. In total, I spent 3 nights at the hotel and ate something different every morning. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly

At check-in, I was upgraded to a room in which everything was technically efficient. The only downside was the noisy exhaust ventilation in the bathroom, which could not be turned off

Took a quick 4 day break to Cyprus. This Harmony Bay Hotel was amazing. The room was fantastic, everything there, kettle, fridge, toiletries

The bus takes 10 mins to the centre of Limassol with the stop 30 seconds walk and is €2 The staff are very friendly and can't help you enough, big shout to the manager and deputy manager who made sure we was looked after and I noticed they kept an eye on everything

We asked if it would be possible to get a beer and guess what? there was no problem getting a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. Rooms ok, Small but ok considering that this is a 3 star hotel

I especially want to highlight the nice tiles on the floor — they look fresh and stylish, unlike what you often see in other hotels. The breakfasts were also great — very tasty and varied

Rooms are of a good standard and cleaned every day and have comfy bed's. The location is also very convenient with a local cheep shop just outside the hotel and bars and the beach close

Some staff are more pleasant than others ( same the world over). Bar staff served and were pleasant. Walk in shower, comfy bed, extra pillows if needed, hangers, safe, large mirror and dressing table with hairdryer

Food: We all ate well, always a choice of meat fish veggie rice potatoes salads and all the sides. Different desserts for the sweet tooth, juice tea coffee milk etc. Greek night, Chinese night, Italian night etc

There seems to be ‘regulars’ at the bar who are blatantly here to pick up women and they are quite straight forward in what they want to do. Accessibility: do not book if you are not very mobile

The service was okay, and the breakfast was good. However, after cleaning the room the next day, the hotel didn't replenish any toiletries, including water and towels. The packaging of the toiletries also wasn't very new

The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful without exaggeration, some of the nicest and most tasteful ones we’ve seen in a hotel. You could really feel the festive atmosphere everywhere

House keeping need to be improved as sometimes they forget to replace/ provide some toiletries, water, tea, suger etc…

There is a nice outdoors swimming pool available, with a pool bar. The hotel is in a prime location, just 150m away from the sea, in an area full of cafe, bars, restaurants and mini markets

They can cater for you for lunch and breakfast but bear in mind it cost 20euros per person and that does not include drinks. We found this very expensive but there are lots of restaurants around you can eat

The beach is 3mins walk and there is a bus stop infront of the beach that will take you to MY MALL and other places. There is a big park is also a close walking distance and has beautiful scenery

The receptionist are all so friendly and welcoming, they will guide you with activities you can do to enjoy your stay and inform you about hiring a private car (thank you everyone at reception)

The cleaner (old lady) on floor 6 is an angel. She ensured our rooms were cleaned every morning (even before we will ask she will knock to offer), most 5* hotel cleaners don’t even do this

The staff really try had to maintain the cleanliness of the place. They are 3 stars but have good potential to move to a 4*. The WiFi is great and a password is given with your room key
