It is a fantastic hotel and overall service—a real hidden treasure in the heart of Limassol. The hotel boasts excellent services, including a great breakfast selection, indoor and outdoor pools, and a gym

It also has a great restaurant and rooms with beautiful sea views. I have stayed at the hotel more than four times and highly recommend it

The hotel is in the main boulevard of Limassol, we got 2 rooms connected with a door with 2 showers and bathrooms. The view is amazing! The hotel has a nice breakfast and a nice pool outside, and indoor pool and gym

Well, where should I start? Overall, amazing experience! Great rooms, cleanliness, food, swimming pool! Me and my 4yo had amazing time

I enjoyed the beach, it’s clean and the water is clear. We had lunch a few times and the food was good. It’s close to a few nice coffee shops for a morning stroll and not that far in a cab to Limassol old town

You will die for the evening desserts! I felt like i was in France, amazing pastries… Japanese restaurant: the best sashimi! Amazing service! Shame I tried it towards the end of my stay, otherwise I would eat there every day

The main pool was great, very popular and the waterfall a nice feature

The bar tenders at the pool bar are efficient but not necessarily skilled in building rapport. Entertainment was mixed, kids loved the circus performer, fire eater and magician. The in house entertainers are great too

It's a perfectly adequate hotel, with some very decent staff. Tips if you're going: - get down for sunbeds early. 30am to get beds at 7am when the "guard" leaves - get your table for evening entertainment by around 7

If the hotel did the little things better it'd shoot up the rankings - for example if they wiped the green scum line off the pool side, mopped the pool side tiles daily, swept fallen leaves daily etc

Mikhail the server was absolutely brilliant too. I had lamb and it fell off the bone, 10/10 meal. Pool is large, great for kids

A let down is that their sun bed policy is not enforced at all - guests come down before 7 am and start putting towels on beds! Towels are not removed (I think a factor in this may be because your card details are taken for the towel so it’s not like you can just get another towel)

Pluses: the experience, live music, pool area, service, cleanliness, location with good parking, drinks Minuses: quite expensive laundry (36 euros), cockroaches coming in from the outside in the summer, lack of queen bed rooms

Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers available, but pool/beach towels can be obtained for a one-time deposit of €10. We also have to report that our room was not always cleaned

Park Beach was a great base to stay in while visiting Cyprus! Hotel staff is very inviting and warm, and the pool area is great

Amazing welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and rooms Excellent, nice and spacious. Only thing was bit traffic noise at front. Right outside is the beech which has actives to do ,food and bars resturant to go to

The hotel is relatively large, with many rooms. Unfortunately, our room was forgotten to be cleaned three times, and we had to keep reminding the staff, otherwise, no one would have come

Large portions and everyone is helpful. Breakfast is included and basic but lots to choose from hot or cold foods

Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time

Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at! The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel

To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system

The rooms look bright and clean with all amenities, although there are not enough electrical sockets within the room. The pool area looks lovely but is on the smaller side

This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station

It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome! The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us

The little balcony was a treat even though my room was at the first floor. I also liked the shower cabin, while I’m usually quite picky in that respect. The only thing I didn’t like that much was the bed

I’ve stayed several times at this charming hotel in Limassol. The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable. Truly deserves 5-stars .

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the beach as well as to the restaurants, the shops and the park. Wifi was quite good, the bar was useful. The room was spacious, with a convenient kitchenette

Very good and clean hotel. The staff are also very good and can speak English. If needed they can book a (cheap) taxi for you to your next destination.

Good three star hotel, nice rooms. The reception always answers all questions. Every morning I had an omelette for breakfast and it was very tasty

Of the minuses, I can only mention the road nearby, from which there is constant noise, but otherwise everything is fine

We had one of the residences, other parts of our group the regular rooms and it was all great. Service was always nice and everyone we met helpful and friendly. Also like pools and amenities, including the kindergarten.

Sweets are way to sweet, I have asked for gluten free option and minimum sugar and pastry chef made me a lovely desert. Beach and sunbeds are lovely, but drink prices are very high

I have been at a conference and I extended my stay here for a few more days. Top location, amazing pool, diversified restaurants. Staff always next to you paying extra attention to details

The hotel was of a high standard, and our stay was excellent. They took care of all the small details. The food was delicious, and there was no need to leave the hotel as it had many facilities, including restaurants

I must say I am impressed by this therefore 10+ for attitude and for an open mind! Everyone had a laugh and the cat got his share of salmon. So happy life! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

Our third time visiting Parklane with our children aged 7 and 6 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is great, the rooms are very clean, specious and the beds are incredibly comfortable

On top and for this they get extra points. Few cats are roaming around which they try discreetly to take them out. In the morning I had a bit of salmon. So basically jumped on the table

The hotel was enormous and had the highest level of service I have ever encountered. My wife and I enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon

We were all inclusive and have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that does such good food and drinks that are served in proper sized glasses with branded spirits. All very clean and all the staff were very friendly

Staff were very attentive even porters knew your first name. Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely and spacious with a great verandah

The hotel had a great ambience we mostly sat outside the captains bar as it was summer. We enjoyed the cocktails we had and kudos to the barman who knew exactly what they were doing

Good all around, with the following details: great very large green area to relax and walk and play and tan, very nice sandy beach, room cleaning a bit below average, good and varied breakfast, restaurants are on the expensive side which removes some value for money

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The sea is just a few steps away from the pool. Everyday the hotel has programs in the pool, for example water polo or aqua gym which the animators hold

They also have a pool which I have not tried but it does look very inviting especially on hot and humid days. I can see why this is a popular hotel with business guests as well as tourists

Cozy 🥰 staff was really nice and polite, food was good (options are limited tho), for me its location was nice too (walking distance from the marina) BUT in the weekends it gets a bit louder than usual because of the street parties

There is an excellent pool for everyone and there is a pool for children and there are 2 other swimming pools for adults. There is an ice cream restaurant and a bar that overlooks the sea

A great family hotel in a good location. Went with our daughter for half term. She had a wonderful time in the pool and on the slides/assault course! Rooms were decent and seemed to be fairly recently remodelled

Just popped in for a meal and some drinks. Excellent service, good variety in the menu and a well stocked bar. Priced quite reasonably for the area. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet evening meal.

You had direct access to the sea with a float (albeit not a sandy beach), and the pools were great

Ok, started with the bottom line: excellent. We took two connecting rooms, the beds are excellent and so are the showers. All facilities are very well maintained. It's fun to be anywhere and there are many places

At this point, you know you're going to enjoy your stay here! But wait, it gets better: there is a second adult-only infinity pool below the first, and a third salt-water pool accessible from the spa

There is plenty of complimentary water, Nespresso and soft drinks which is replenished daily. The staff were helpful and friendly

We stayed in a basic (deluxe) room and it was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. A separate toilet, bath and shower with shutters that you could open and look out across the balcony as you lay in the bath

Unfortunately, a hotel of this standard does attract certain types of guest who seem to have no manners or respect for other people so do be aware of that. However, that is out of the hotel's control

You should also be prepared to pay for such a fabulous hotel: it is expensive and everything from the cost of water at the pool to having dinner in top-end restaurants means your wallet will really feel this

Luxurious and defined! Restaurants are top class and the service is for royalty. Parking place available and the view of the sea is incredible. The sand kisses the sea and the gardens are so amazing

One thing I can‘t forget to mention, is that there are shows in the evening based on the food at dinner

It's important to note that from the balcony we received, the sea is not visible. When we presented the issue to the receptionist, we received immediate and courteous assistance

Pool has a bar you can order from while in the water, don’t miss out on the bar’s milkshakes! We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and the water. Perfect place to lounge out and enjoy a holiday

Pretty views at night across the illuminated hotel pools and out to sea, although you won't get a sunset due to the hotel facing South

Unfortunately we didn‘t have a sea view from our room but that wasn‘t so bad because we didn‘t spend so much time in our room, only for sleeping, showering and changing clothes

We had a sea view which I think made things a little better although our first night our rooms were mixed up and stayed in a room facing onto the main street which was not the best! Enjoyed my stay here, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The new indoor pools is fantastic. It also as a large outdoor pool and access to the sea. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea

the isolation between the rooms is very bad, you can hear the water in the bathroom and the TV. it is really annoying for such a well known hotel. We tried to enjoy our short stay there nevertheless

At one table there is a family with little children and at the next table a couple smoking one cigarette after another. Same at the beach or pool area

We also visited the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, a really good place to relax in Ajax Hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a 4 and 5 star hotels combined. It had everything you can imagine

The room was very spacious and modern, with a magnificent view of Limassol and hotel's outdoor pool, as we were on the 5th floor. The room was shiny clean as well as every part of the hotel

It is a good hotel with its spa facilities and external/internal swimming pool. Breakfast was average, it could have more varieties. Beds are excellent, the mattress is a dream

Ideal location near bus stops, beach and shops! Hotel rooms very clean and breakfast served was plentiful and fresh. Pool was large size with spacious area around. Behind pool was short cut to main road and supermarket

I suspect they have three stars because there’s a lot of rooms, serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, have room service, have a tennis court (we used it on day two and really enjoyed it) and a pool which i havent seen anyone use

No freezer No kettle To take a shower you have to wait 15 munits to hot water comes. 30 am they try to fix shower next room and too much noise

Nice budget hotel if you get the right price. We stayed here for two days and got a room towards the sea for 90€ per night. It’s definetly not a three star hotel

There’s no mini fridge in the room, no outlets by the bed, poor sound insulation and paint is peeling off on the walls, doors and frames

Their wifi is also really slow. I would recommend to take your vacation elswhere, but it dis serve as a decent stop on the way for us
