Overall a very nice hotel! We spent a week here. Food is also very nice. The view is fantastic! Wish the SPA pool area could be bigger

I went in the off season which means some of the restaurant’s are not available which is a shame. The hotel is really close to eagles nest which is worth the trip up there

Only thing that was wrong was that I was woken up by a drilling sound in the morning which was annoying but apart from that super cool hotel and I will be back

This family owned Hotel has thought of every little detail and fulfilled it. The rooftop has a restaurant/lounge, an indoor pool with a bistro and a large outdoor patio. Gorgeous views in every direction

My wife and I wished we had time in our schedule for this! In summer, you will have a beach bag with pool towel, pool chair blanket and pool robes

We spent the afternoon on the rooftop, in the pool and hot tub and then later just lounging. Views in every direction are stunning. Cleaning staff did an amazing job

Superior hotel in centre of Berchtesgaden, tastefully decorated with an excellent restaurant on the top terrace. Pool and spa have great views onto the mountains.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with breathtaking views. My daughter had her wedding celebration here and it couldn't have been better. Amazing staff who couldn't do enough for us. We shall return.

Fantastic! Hands down, the best place to stay in Berchtesgaden! My wife and I are staying here for 3 nights and tonight is our last night. We will be sad to leave and hope to return again

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony. We found all staff helpful and friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. The location is great for those travelling without a car

Very helpful reception, nice breakfast and nice balcony view. 10 mins walk from train station. They offered Berchtesgaden bus card which can be used on all local buses upon my request

Seemed a lot of people forgot to return the card back, I was reminded a few times to return them back. Would suggest that you collect deposit for the cards

Stayed here twice in the last four years, very central hotel, free parking in the middle of town. Nice breakfast too. Will definitely stay again

Our employees have strict instructions to wear a mask around the mouth and nose. We constantly remind them of this and in intense one-on-one conversations, pointed out the importance of the mask for some employees

We loved this hotel and Berchtesgaden is beautiful. Good facilities and clean, giant bedrooms and we had a beautiful balcony over looking the trees and mountains. Visited in October so the trees were changing colours

Fantastic authentic Hotel. Hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay! We upgraded to half board on arrival and enjoyed a delicious 5 course meal for a very reasonable price!

The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main town however the route is pretty and alongside the river so did not feel like a task!

I really enjoyed my 4D/3N stay (in June 2021) at this lovely hotel. I arrived a day earlier than planned but was promptly accommodated. It's conveniently located near the train station, as well as the center of town

Rooms have a wonderful view! (at least mine did) Couldn't ask for a more peaceful view while enjoying breakfast either! Loved the part of town with plenty of places nearby to eat (really enjoyed the Greek place across the street and ice cream up the road)

I had a room with an amazing view of the town and mountains. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The bathroom was fairly large compared to other European hotels I've stayed at

The location is about a five minute walk from the train and bus station so it is very convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

There was free parking at the back. The beds were okay, so was the bath room. We found the room was to hot during the night. We made use of the pool which was good, however if you use one their towels it costs you €5

The pool is a bit small and can get loud but was appreciated since it was very hot while we were here

We got a family room for our family of four and it's great (nearly a suite for a very good value). Very convenient to town and a decent breakfast

Got a great spacious room with super comfortable beds, a balcony with nice view to the Alps. Also included was a complementary breakfast. There is also plenty of parking available for free of charge

We stayed in an apartment. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The view of the river was beautiful and breakfast was fantastic. The bed, pillows, and towels weren't the greatest ever but still sufficient.

The Hotel is a bit old, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is probably the best aspect. It's a 5 minutes drive to the Königssee parking lot

We were pleased to get a family room here as a walk-in. The family room was very spacious and had one large bed and two twin beds. The breakfast is included in the price

A great place a stones throw from the historical Altstadt. (turn left out of the hotel and left again opposite the church). Upper rooms with balconies have beautiful views of the mountains above you

close to old town walking area...great restaurants and beautiful scenic walkway above the town. Close base to Eagles Nest Hitler's bunker, great for history buffs.

Terrific facilities(best sauna I have been in). Interior decorating was very well done and pleasant. The staff was very accommodating. Evening was expertly prepared and the presentation rivaled a 5 Star Hotel

The view is absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast was buffet style with many options. Our room was just what I pictured a room wood be like in such a scenic alpine setting, with large windows, balconies and comfy beds.

It is 15 minutes away from Berchtesgaden centre, up and down some very steep hills. We used this as a base to visit, Salzburg, The Eagle’s Nest, Konigsee and others

The village of Berchtesgaden is about a 15 minute challenging walk up a very steep hill and down a very steep hill

Clean and good. 25 Euro. Better to book 8 beds dormitory as it is quieter , no train at night. 很好。重回青年旅行時代。

Hotel is wonderful for backpacker, Dormetary is comfortable for Females. Beds, bathroom , toilets are clean. But the location is far away from Railway Station. It takes almost 40 mins to reach by walk.

Cheap and amazing location.

The location is perfect, you can take bus or train conveniently. The stuff is friendly even though I arrive earlier than check in time they allowed me to leave my luggage here and gave me ‘guest card’ to take bus freely

Promised view of the mountain ended up a view of the highway which was a bit noisy at night. Overall, good place to stay but pricey for what you are getting as it is the only hostel in Berchtesgaden

Nice, clean place with comfortable beds. However, checking in or talking to staff is a pain as they are also working the Burger King downstairs, and you'll have to wait till customers have ordered
