Cool hotel and amazing location. Staff are really helpful and kind! They speak great English and nothing is too much for them. I went in the off season which means some of the restaurant’s are not available which is a shame. The hotel is really close to eagles nest which is worth the trip up there. Really nice Alpine hotel just minutes from berchtesgaden center, salt mines and obersalzberg. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is really good and the views from the hotel are breath taking.

Not bad, but if u want to live with ur friend, the rooms might be too far cuz they have several buildings, and there is a bit scary if u walk alone, some rooms are good, but some are bad

Absolutely fantastic! Friends of ours were staying here for a few days and we stayed just the night in a city-facing room but it was amazing. Loved everything about this hotel. We loved this hotel and Berchtesgaden is beautiful. Good facilities and clean, giant bedrooms and we had a beautiful balcony over looking the trees and mountains. Visited in October so the trees were changing colours. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main town however the route is pretty and alongside the river so did not feel like a task!

Rooms have a wonderful view! (at least mine did) Couldn't ask for a more peaceful view while enjoying breakfast either! Loved the part of town with plenty of places nearby to eat (really enjoyed the Greek place across the street and ice cream up the road). The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly! This one is a very nice hotel. Got a great spacious room with super comfortable beds, a balcony with nice view to the Alps. Also included was a complementary breakfast. There is also plenty of parking available for free of charge.

There was free parking at the back. Check-in was easy and quick. The beds were okay, so was the bath room. We found the room was to hot during the night. We made use of the pool which was good, however if you use one their towels it costs you €5. The restaurant was also good, the free breakfast was good,

Very varying room sizes. The food is okay, not good nor bad. Service is fine. But the cleaning of the rooms could be stepped up.

Good price for location. Quite complete facilities. Good bfast and dinner. The elevator stops between floors. So better prepare if u need to bring a stroller with u.

The Hotel is a bit old, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is probably the best aspect. It's a 5 minutes drive to the Königssee parking lot. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The breakfast is also excellent.

The rooms are small , but quaint, with beautiful woodwork in the traditional Bavarian style. The bathroom very modern and clean. The Breakfast buffet has a nice selection of everything one could desire, even a few vegetarian spreads. Great hotel! Wonderful location too, 15 minute walk into the Bertchesgarten, we walked several beautiful routes on an evening. Rooms comfortable and clean, fridge, hairdryer. We had a balcony with a wonderful view of the rolling hills and mountains. Continental breakfast was fresh and varied. Only one coffee machine so you can when it's busy.
