This hotel has everything you could ever want if Berchtesgaden. Many of the staff speak English, and most are very helpful. The rooms are made on a punctual manner and the meals are excellent. All of the amentities provided (pool, fitness, spa, etc) are well maintained, and they have something for everyone.

There is quite a trek uphill to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant, bar has good food and drinks.There is a sauna but not much else, but don't worry, the uphill trek will be enough exercise.

I found the inflexible table seating policy disappointing. It felt like being treated as if in a prison or school, where guests staying in more expensive rooms were given priority and I was asked to only sit at the assigned table. Old World Charm Wonderful breakfast. We had our own table by the window for the length of our stay. Super attentive and friendly staff. The pool and sauna area were lovely. The pool has an exercise jet. Location is a bit of a drive out of town, but it made it relaxing and peaceful. No a/c in case it is hot. Nice accommodation. Everything was fine. The family lives in the same house, which is of course not a bad thing, but it is sometimes louder. I found it a bit annoying in the morning. When showering there are only small towels to dry off with.

This place is amazing, near the mountains and close to the town. The house has been renovated and is very comfortable and cozy! Irmi is the best! She takes care of everything to make you feel at home. Breakfasts are delicious and on Sunday we got a picnic basket :) We totally recommend this place

Very cozy place! Location is perfect, it takes 20-25 min on foot to get to the main attractions ( Lake Königssee, Jennerbahn am Königssee). Breakfast was super delicious. The staff were very kind and hospitable! Thanks a lot! I highly recommend!

Street in front of the hotel is sometimes a bit noisy (had a room facing the street), but with the windows closed you can't hear anything.
