This hotel has everything you could ever want if Berchtesgaden. Many of the staff speak English, and most are very helpful. The rooms are made on a punctual manner and the meals are excellent. All of the amentities provided (pool, fitness, spa, etc) are well maintained, and they have something for everyone.

Well, this highly rated hotel didn't really exactly meet our expectations to be fair. And it may be bad luck (for them), but doesn't change what happened. Great location, excellent food, very good service. Our room faced the parking lot & we were flooded by light most of the night. We tried to cool down the room by opening the windows, but had a lot of noise & not enough air.

There is quite a trek uphill to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant, bar has good food and drinks.There is a sauna but not much else, but don't worry, the uphill trek will be enough exercise.

Super hotel! Good food, friendly staff, nice wellness area and pool👍🏻 everything was great! I can only recommend it. Street in front of the hotel is sometimes a bit noisy (had a room facing the street), but with the windows closed you can't hear anything. Hardly any traffic at night, so you can sleep with the window open.

Nice hotel with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Small outdoor pool with loungers. Modern furnished rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Despite the direct location on the alpine road, you can sleep peacefully through the triple-glazed windows. Parking spaces at the house.

The room facilities give people a heavy feeling, and the door needs to be pushed hard to open. The coffee pot is also cramped.
