The hotel is set in a beautiful landscape. It is very quiet and very clean. The breakfast is very delicious, and you can also order dinner until 10 p.m. They have their own restaurant.😊 The staff is friendly. It is located in the city center with views of the mountains. 5/5* 😊

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to central bus station.
Spacious room for us to open our 3 suitcases. I really like the good view at the balcony.
The online checkin is convenient and the staff are very nice and helpful.
The e-guestcard provided by hotel is trully good, we use it to travel to the sightseeing points by bus free of charge.
The breakfast buffet offers us a great variety of fresh and tasty food.

Great hotel in the heart of Berchtesgaden right across the street from the Bahnhof. Rooms are spacious with up to date bathroom. Included breakfast and restaurant was very good, we actually ate there twice during our trip.

The location is excellent—right across from the train station and just a 3-minute walk to outdoor stores, DM, and supermarkets. The room is spacious, and the beds are quite comfortable.

However, the service wasn’t very detail-oriented. On the second morning, we turned on the cleaning light, but no one came to clean the room. It wasn’t until we told the front desk on the third day that housekeeping finally came—but even then, the cleaning felt incomplete. For example, used cups were left untouched. These are small things, but they gave the impression that the service was a bit careless.

Overall, I enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable room, and decent breakfast—though the coffee was quite weak. That said, I might explore other accommodation options next time.

The location is very convenient — close to the supermarket, bus stop, and train station. However, we’re not sure if the room had air conditioning or just a ventilation system. The room felt quite stuffy, and we had to leave the balcony door open to let in some fresh air. The bathroom ventilation switches off automatically after a while, so the floor remained wet even the next day. Due to the floor design, water around the toilet area couldn’t drain properly, so it stayed wet for a long time. The heated towel rack in the bathroom wasn’t working either.

Breakfast provided by the hotel was acceptable, though it didn’t change much from day to day. The food at the hotel restaurant was quite tasty — no complaints there.

There are enough parking spaces (free and located behind the hotel), but it depends on your luck. If the back parking is full, you may have to park in the garage or in front of the hotel, where there are time restrictions.

The counter staff is polite and friendly. If you arrive early in the morning, you can store your luggage for free and get a transportation Guest Card in advance. It's great👍🏻
The breakfast is rich and the room faces the station and the river, with a great view.
The only thing that needs improvement is that the towels in the room were not replaced. The exhaust system would shut down automatically. We stayed for two nights and the towels were not replaced, which was puzzling.
