Nice receptionist, helpful when I asked for a location somewhere. The hotel is 2 min from the subway or train. Located around many shops and grocery stores.
The room I booked was for 2 people, 2 clean single beds, nice pillow and duvet. Cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave available. Everything was very clean and perfect for a short stay!

The window in shower room doesn't have blinds, and matt covering doesn't hide the room enough. Anyone from upper windows can clearly see you.
Almost every day and evening some group of foreign men were shouting and making loud noises right behind my door.
I don't know why, but cleaners took my "don't disturb" sign. I asked for a new one and was told, that they'll bring the sign to my room. Never got it.
I've been staying here only for 5 nights, and managed to stumble upon the police, who were looking for something in the hallways.
Also you can't lock your door inside, so it's wasn't possible to open it with the key outside.
I felt pretty unsave here.

We had a reservation for August 4th. 5 days before the flight, we found out my brother had cancer and had to operate him ASAP. I contacted the hotel for trying to cancel the reservation and they not only ignored my messages but refused to return the money or at least reduce the cancellation fee.
Just immoral behaviour and greed when all we needed was a little help after this tragic news. I hope noone ever go to this hotel again so they get what they deserve for their unethical greed.

Absolutely awful experience! Cigarette smell everywhere, noisy hotel where you can't even lock your room from the inside + as a bonus - everyone can access your room,because the locks on all rooms And apartments Are the same! During our stay,bunch of drunk foreigners just unlocked our door And tried to get it. The hotel apartments look completely different from the pictures on booking, hot water only runs in the shower and kitchenware doesnt work on the induction stove which Is the only source of heat in the "kitchen". The hotel doesnt communicate via emails and they use the ringing of the phone as an Ambient music, So dont expect any information or refunds if you fall into their trap. Oh And they want you to pay 100€ in advance in case you break something in these luxurious apartments. Stay Away,they Are much better choices in the same Area for same money.

Nice location - next to bus stop, metro and train. Also there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, basically next street is kinda “main street” or we felt like it because there was TK Maxx shop, McDonalds, KFC, DM, ROSSMANN and many more shops.
We were quite sceptical of the hotel because there was a lot of negative comments. But the room was clean, enough dishes and we slept alright. One thing I would criticise that maybe the key rooms are the same so you can get to any room here. I can’t confirm it, but someone breached to our room on our last day.

For the price and quality I would say it rivals a high 3* hotel bordering a 4*. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are definitely good enough to sleep in. It's no 5* experience but for what you pay for you get a nice bed at a real good location, s-bahn right outside and u-bahn around the corner.
Paid 770€ for 4 people for a week and I am far from disappointed!
Go here for a cheaper visit in Berlin and a decent included breakfast!

I travel on a budget and this was a good hotel for me. HUGE breakfast with many options. Friendly Staff. Be aware of many steps.
Clean room and clean bathroom. I have stayed there a couple of times and will continue to give this Hotel my business. Close to many shops, Restaurant, bus stops and a train station close by.

A hotel and oddly enough with good reviews. Booked online (without refund) we were greeted at the entrance/reception desk by a lady who spoke only Russian and German. We have not found a person at the front desk that understood a good bit of English.
The room and bathroom clean but the other I don't know what to say... the room on the third floor was next to the breakfast room and the hallways noisy it was difficult to sleep in the morning.
Then their idea of "We have parking" were the places in the road with the down payment in hours!!

The Hotel has a lot to offer negative but also some positive. First, the positive:
-very good location in Charlottenburg (next to S-Bahn 5,7,75 & next to the Bus 100)
-The rooms are as described and new furniture
-The room service is extremely carefully
-The reception is permanently manned and the reception of the East are relatively friendly
Now for the negative:
Breakfast is cheap, little choice and poor quality
- Extremely unfriendly Breakfast force
-S-Bahn is loud, if you leave the window open
-our bathroom was shaking
-The outside facade and the staircase are strong come down
Plaster falls where the TV cable was moved from the walls
-The sockets are positioned very impractical behind the beds
-The W-Lan connection is relatively slow but stable
