Really lovely hotel, close to the station so easy access to the city. The noise on the streets might be a problem when it's hot, since there is not fan.

Icy cold 🥶, no heating at 6C outside, not cleaned up room, bed 🛌 and only superficially in bathroom. And overall pricy given that even (good) breakfast is not included

The new owner is with clear realistic ideas and i am sure he do it in time ...every new start is hard but with the greatest team who owner colect i am sure they will be do it great change step by step.

The hotel was disaster, like from horror movies. Stuff doesn’t speak English. Lady from reception was acting so strange. She took almost 45 minutes for check in. She didn’t know how to use credit card mashing. The rooms was not clean and smelled very strange. Internet was so poor. Almost didn’t work.

Pillows were horrible. It felt like they stuffed a thin blanket into a pillow case. The breakfast was pretty good. The wifi worked intermittently. You get what you pay for.

Terrible beds, very thin walls, bad sound isation. Not the cleanest place, TV remote was disgusting. Good breakfast, staff speaks German, English and Russian.

Small, old, cheap, not particularly clean, there were some problems with the room but was resolved to part, and the next day...

Very clean tidy and the breakfast was delicious. And in the near of the airport for that price a real winner

The rooms were basically clean and were cleaned every day. The beds were superficially (!)clean. Very small rooms, but for the price not much more is to be expected.
Apparently, no store room for cleaning supplies is available at the Hotel, because were each day and night time, the small and poorly-lit corridors in the Hotel.
Reception Not particularly friendly, but ok.
Breakfast: Sparse (but also here again: the price !), but does its purpose. Unfortunately, there is no fruit present, which would have lifted the quality.
All in all, perfectly okay for people who are looking for a cheap Hotel in Berlin.
