Was mostly happy with the stay. Clean room, 3 beds were comfortable and warm, bathroom and shower were adequate size. Super convenient location next to a tram and subway station, and only 15 minutes max to most attractions around Berlin and 45 minutes to the airport. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. You can order breakfast or not. We were greeted with a few free croissants.
Only thing I didn't like was that they make you pay for luggage storage after checkout - they give you a discount code but you have to sign up to the service and it costs 3.50 for one suitcase WITH the code. That was annoying - hotels should provide luggage storage for free.

We get here for work. They all state it’s silent, controled etc
Well look at the videos that are recorded between “quiet” hours in Germany.
Wrote a lot comments on Booking and after first message that they will check, no one did anything.
Please for love of god, think twice about this hotel. Sadly we had to pay in advance and we have two more nights here.

Hotel located in a very good position to visit all the attractions in Berlin, with tram and S-Bahn next to the property. The quadruple room in a mixed female dormitory is not very spacious and the lockers are small. I appreciated very nice bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and towels provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the property for a short stay.

Perfect location to visit the main attractions in the center of Berlin. I was in a 4 bed dorm. The rooms and private bathrooms are clean, modern and comfortable. There is enough space for everyone and lockers. The breakfast is amazing. I was very surprised by the large choice offered. The only negative point is the noise. It was still very hot during September and there is no AC. We need to open the window to get fresh air. And during the night, even the windows closed, we heard everything in the street. I used earplugs during my sleep and it was fine for me. But maybe not for everyone... However, I would totally recommend this place.

I had a pleasant and nice stay. The location is amazing, with the tram and S-bahn right outside. Nice beds, with good quality linens and a soft mattress. The charging port and light by the bed was nice. The only weaknesses was the lack of any AC or fans, there should at least be a large fan in the room. Another minus is that the toilet could use a chemical clean, because it had some dirt buildup. Also, the internet in the rooms was sometimes bad. However, I would recommend this hostel and gladly come back.

Our room was very spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and a few treats when we checked in. Right outside the hotel are various public transportation stops too so it’s a great base. Very nice breakfast in the morning too. I’d recommend it if you want a no-fuss and budget friendly place to stay in Berlin!

Our stay in your hotel was awesome. Very cozy atmosphere and the staff was always kind and quite helpful and ready to fulfill any request from our side. The room was clean as well as all the public space in the premises of the hotel. The only negative issue in our stay was the very low room soundproofing.
Overall, it is was a wonderful stay and I definitely recommend it for a future stay.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the ventilation in the room was terrible. Twice they made up the wrong bed when someone was checking out, once sending in an extra person who could not fit in the room. The room ran out of soap which was not replaced despite us telling the front desk. It also cost €6 per bag to store it after check out, even for a small backpack, which was an insane price compared to any hostel I have ever stayed at (where storage was complimentary. The stay was ok, but overall I have stayed at much better hostels for much better prices.

Besides sharing space with people, it's an okay experience. The location is great. The cleanliness was not good, ran out of soap, someone in the room asked for them to clean the room/toilet, they showed up ask what the issue was and said they would send someone eventually. 4 or 5 people checked out before they even returned. Got bitten about a dozen times by bedbugs and there was a dead bug smooshed on the wall with blood squirt dried. Pretty gross
