The room clean should be improved. I heard dogs bark from the other room, quite annoying.
In the morning, we were still at room and it was not check out deadline, but the clean staff keeps knocking our door , which is annoying…..
After waiting an hour, I tried the check-in machine again out of desperation and, unbelievably, it suddenly worked.
I’m honestly shocked by how low the service level is and how unsafe this situation was.
Firstly I was put in a studio, then when I queried why it was different to the online pictures and someone else’s name was on the screen, I was moved to a much larger room and told ‘it’s the same room type’
The drains stink, it wasn’t clean, you’re given 1 single quilt and 1 pillow, nothing to clean dishes, all of the dispensers were empty, the hotel itself isn’t ’safer than home’, none of the electronics work properly, the taps run on their own, lights turn on and off and then some don’t turn on at all (the bedside lights) a balcony with nothing to sit on, doors that you have to slam or they won’t lock.
Honestly, wouldn’t recommend unless they have an upgrade and a deep clean of the drains and the rooms.
Just to address the key issue previously mentioned by another, they have fixed it by adding extra measurements, I didnt face any issues.
