It was one of the best apartments ive ever stayed in. From comfy beds to having so much space. The metro at the doorstop. The view was pretty good from the 6th floor as well. The only negative is that I wouldve liked some salt, pepper, oil and a sponge to do dishes. Supermarket is just downstairs but we had to leave stuff behind that we bought for the apartment for just 4 days. Would definitely stay again.
Just to address the key issue previously mentioned by another, they have fixed it by adding extra measurements, I didnt face any issues.

Excellent hotel.
Beautiful and spacious rooms.
Very beautiful lobby with unique furniture. Very nice staff.
The room is well equipped.
There is also a Japanese toilet.

We stayed for four beautiful nights at this hip high tech apartment. It’s right across the street from the metro so you can get to wherever you need to be rather quickly. Organic markets, great coffee shops and a ton of restaurants are all walking distance from the hotel/apartment - a very pleasant walk btw. Reception was awesome and very helpful with any questions we had. (Love you, Shay!)
I can’t for the life of me understand the bad reviews. I’m assuming that these people complain about everything. I guarantee I will stay here again on my next visit. Thank you!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
I Came back to the room at 16:00 the card was not working, there is no one in the reception and I can’t enter the building tried to call them, sending emails with no response.
It was freezing cold and I had to find another place to stay!!

I did cancel my booking after looking at what did people say about this hotel ill pay more and stay in a 4star hotel i was lucky i could cancel my booking without paying any thing look alot of people are complaing about this hotel i will not take the risk thanks to every one saying the truth

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This is a scam! We stayed there for a few weeks in the summer of 2023, a few months after we left we received an email from the hotel that we caused flood in the room and that they had to completely renovated the room and charge us 2800 euro on our credit card!!
There was no picture of the room, no bills from contractors
Yet, they have taken 2800 euro from our credit card!! According to the terms and conditions which we sign, they are authorised to take the money, this is purely scam! We fought with the credit card provider, still there is loss of money due to exchange rate.
Do NOT stay there at all costs!

I could not enter into my room, because I did not receive an email to enter and nobody abser the „emergency number“ of the reception.

Email confirmation didn't contain the 4 digit door code to enter. Nobody answers any of the service phone numbers.
Was let into the lobby by another guest. Self-checkin machine didn't issue a key card.
Again, no service phone numbers were answered.
Stranded in the hotel lobby with nowhere to go.
Do NOT recommend.

I arrived on December 26. I had already paid online ($989 AUD).
However, when I got there, reception ensured me that I hadn't. I stupidly believed them. They charged me 480 euros.
Only until I got home I realised. I've tried contacting the hotel multiple times and am now relying on Prestigia to try and get my money back.
This is so disappointing and stressful for your customer. I will not remove this review until I receive my refund of 480 euros.

Thoroughly enjoyed my three week stay here. Clean apartment, convenient location (with lots of food and activities around). Laundry is convenient and great work set up.
