I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service. The Biergarten was a really nice plus at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Very green and family friendly garden space that filled up with locals throughout the weekend. My family had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable and we appreciated having high-ceilings, a comfortable lounge area, a patio and our own private spaces within our family room. I really enjoyed having on-site dining options but also a kitchen with everything we needed in the room to keep leftovers fresh and make or warm-up meals . We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and its coffee stations and the lobby bar was serviced by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Public transportation nearby made getting around the greater Berlin area convenient and inexpensive.

Not my first time in this Hotel, very helpful personal, clean and comfortable stay. Nice sauna. AC working with out problems. Definitely recommend to stay.

I spent several days there, but there were problems since the beginning.
To do the check-in, my data was incorrect and the receptionist changed it with typex and a pen, but just on the paper and not in the computer and she didn¡t give a copy or a paper to me. I noticed that when I asked for the invoice, what I did several times and there were always "technical problems".
Moreover, WIFI was opened for everyone and the signal didn't arrive adequately to my apartment. The AC worked, but too noisy (the apartment is from the 60s maybe, it was old).
I didn't receive the welcome bag at the begining and nobody asked for or mentioned it. The receptionist on the first day just mentioned I hadn't booked the breakfast, but not that you can get some things for free at the reception every day in case you need or ask for. She didn't give enough information with the check-in. I had to buy several things and then, they were included.
Another point to mention is that the technical service should come into the apartment and I mentioned what time I would be in the apartment to let him come in and he came in when I wasn't there, what I find lack of communication between reception and this person.
Last but not least, fan extractor in the kitchen didn't work.
However, some staff were nice and the room service too.
Taking into account that it is a four stars hotel, several things should be improved. Other hotels from the same chain are better organised and inform the guests at the beginning.

Great hotel for a family stay. The room was easily the biggest hotel room I've ever been in, and was better equipped than most Airbnb's. The location wad great. Quiet and surrounded by parks and ponds. There is a playground right outside the hotel. 10/10 would stay again.

The service and staff at Living hotel are very friendly and cheerful, everything is perfect, full of everything you need. Although I only stayed 1 night for a business room, it was a bit of a waste, what can I do but because it was late there was no train to return home. Thank you for the service

I was there for a week, the location was perfect for me because I have friends nearby and it's also a quiet corner of Berlin, which I like.

The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom facilities are a bit old, and the door lock is not sensitive to open. Independent balcony, quiet environment, only one bus outside. The breakfast is rich and the price is moderate. There are 4 floors in total.

They claim to have parking, yet wont even check availability for you. I was told the parking was full, I looked into the parking garage and a empty spot was right in front of me. Hotel thinks its fine to park on the street.
I drove 8km through the city to park my car in a normal parking garage.
The "airco" in the room is so Underpowered you can leave it on full blast all night and it won't make the temperature drop at all.
Kitchen had weird white stains on the walls.
O and reception was the one who told me there was no parking, while there was parking.

Although this was 5 months ago, it was so bad I still remember it.
I'm not sure a empty parking spot or 2 or 3 at 1 am are going to be filled by working people returning from their work.
I agree the traffic is atrocious, but I suspect they would be able to make it back before midnight at least.
The reception was not helpful at all and sarcastic time after time.
I honestly think he was not fully awake either, at least I hope so.
If your reception treats guests like this consistently I would not imagine a lot of guest come back.
The day after we gave our complaints to the reception.
However, this lady seemed annoyed that she did not receive a yes to was your stay pleasant.
Again, very sarcastic attitude.
Seeing the area the hotel is in, I wouldn't park a opel kadett there, next of the road as your staff suggested.
I would have appreciated if the reply came a bit sooner after the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, room was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. I found the staff to be very friendly. I was unable to connect to the internet for a few days which was ok as I only needed to use it for directions, however, a lovely lady at reception managed to give me the directions I needed. It would have been an issue though if I had needed regular internet connection. Hotel was close to trams. I would return to this hotel again.

We were for 1 week in the Hotel königin Luise, and we felt very comfortable there. The apartment was spacious and cozy. In the small kitchen, a few glasses were missing, saucers, Sets its use as a food. Otherwise, we found the bread service is very good, as we have made our Breakfast himself.
