Generator Berlin Mitte

The room was fine, but this hostel lacks common space for a comfortable stay. I would have preferred to have a kitchen and/or eating area as there are a lot of good restaurants around, but nowhere to bring food back to unless you eat in the courtyard.

Giving the reviews is not my things. But i really have to do this time. The room and facilities are all ok, fair with the price. Bar staffs are nice. Many things are pretty comfortable. Let’s get to the point. What’s wrong with all the staffs at the reception? (Except the late night one, i never met them) I saw the shifts and it doesn’t seem like they work too hard that make they can be rude and not very nice to the customers. If only me i will not surprise (Asian, girl). But i saw also with another customers and my roommate don’t even want to talk to them when they have a questions. You guys work as a services at least can just be nice or friendly. Don’t even have to be helpful. We travel across the world or even near by and choose to stay at your place. So we do like a good vibes and not to get any bad feelings from where we choose to stay. I hope this reviews can be help to make the training of reception’s staffs to be at least nice to peoples. Because only one reason i would not come back to stay here is them.
