This is not a Hostel, but a lunatic asylum!! All kinds of addicts, mentally ill people, beggars are staying there, most of them permanently.
Unfortunately homelessness is forcing me to share a 6-beds-room with an alcoholic schizophrenic guy, who keeps talking to the wall or some imaginary friend that nobody except him can see, which is really disturbing (& I just moved in recently).
If you are into peace of mind, better stay away from this horrible place!

I just loved the staff; the way they help you, guide you , regardless of from which part of the world you are, it just tells how good human they are💐. They are very supportive, kind and lovely. Nice hostel with homely environment. I highly recommend everyones to book this hostel.

I booked a room and unfortunately my flight was delayed and arrived in a different city, which lead me to arrive on the middle of the night to Berlin. Even though I emailed the hostel before letting them know and also explained in detail all that happened in the reception, they would not let me in because no guests can checkin after 12pm. Regardless of the rule, it was impressive how the receptionist had no intention to understand the situation or find a solution, just offering a private room for 150 euro and leaving me to stay in the street as I of course could find nothing at 6am. This posture and the dismissiveness in his approach to the situation was disgusting and inhumane. Would never recommend to anyone to support a place with this mindset.

The WORST hostel Ive been in. Highly unsafe, not only dirty, but unsafe. Literally people using drugs in the rooms, extremely disturbing behaviour during the night with people running and screaming in the halls all night long, which makes the purpose of booking a bed to be able to sleep pointless.

I took a family room for 3 nights in 420€,
It was a horrible experience that I got:
Very small room.
Not family friendly
No carpets on floor
No TV
No Air conditioning
No Hairdryer
No water glasses
No night-light, there is only one weak yellow light, and that is all.
- Heating system was off, despite of this the room was boiling, seems that there is a floor heating system and it is not adjustable.
Metal beds, hurts and not comfortable.
Pillows are small and not comfortable
- The people are very nice and helpful, but this is not enough to book in this hotel.
Simply I don’t advise families to book.
